87. The Cute Date!
87. The Cute Date!
Author's POV
"Do you think she knows about her family?"
Oliver asked Arthur, they were in the gym.
"Why do you think like that?"
Arthur looked at him through mirror.
"She sometimes looks lost, It looks like she knows who she is. Probably her real identity. Have you seen that she has very classy and elegant style, just like the girl who has been groomed to be a princess or lady. Not much as it might have faded with time but the hint is still there... I saw her drinking tea the other day and guess what, she was more elegant than any queen while making a cup for herself."
Oliver chuckled.
"Just imagine if we find out that she is lost princess of some empire. I won't be surprised though. Wives of many fellow mafias has turned out lost princesses. Our mother for example."
"But if that's the case then why will she not go back to her family. Everyone wants a family."
Arthur questioned and waited for his answer amused.
Oliver shrugged.
"Not everyone want's to be with the family. You never know."
Arthur smirked and placed down the metal he was working out with. Oliver frowned when he noticed that mysterious smirk on his face.
He knows that he does that whenever he knows a secret. Arthur always uses his mind before power and Oliver knows how his mind works.
"You know something!"
Oliver turned towards him and Arthur's smirk widened.
"Fuck, Dude. Now we are a team, what the hell did you find out now?"
"I recently found out."
Arthur looked proud.
"You know about her family?"
Oliver demanded an answer.
"Yes! You think I won't find out the history of the woman who is going to be our life partner."
He smirked.
"I'll tell you everything but before that you should know that we have to marry her. As soon as possible!"
Oliver's eyebrows furrowed at his warning.
Meanwhile Rancho was celebrating his win that Arabella will no longer be fighting. He gulped down the drink and danced in his office.
"You look happy!"
Borlo asked, he was sitting calmly at his desk.
"Because I have already won the match...."
Rancho poured another glass.
"You think Rose is someone whom you can mess with? There is a reason why she has never lost a battle... She has brains."
Borlo was not liking his careless behaviour because it was going to be his doom. He knows that he uses unfair ways to win anything he wants and he did that to Arabella but how long.
"Rose is not going to fight..."
He cheered and moved his hips with the music.
"I have brains too and I know how to use it."
Borlo frowned, thinking what new thing he has planned now.
Arabella was walking with Rose in the garden.
"I am sorry, you had to step in because of me."
She was still not convinced with the fact that Rose have to fight instead of her.
Rose smiled.
"I enjoy these things. You think I worry about fights?"
Arabella smiled back.
"I am here whenever you need me."
"For anything?"
Arabella blushed, she feels special whenever Rose shows care for her. Who won't if it's from the person who hardly talk to anyone.
Rose chuckled.
"What do you want?"
Arabella cleared her throat awkwardly, it was a childish demand but she still felt like doing it. Didn't understand if it were pregnancy hormones.
"I want to eat red velvet cheese cake, it's been years I have had that."
Rose noticed how her innocence was coming out in safe environment. She liked how Arabella was embracing her family and their love.
"That's it? Let's go!"
She took her bike and Arabella sat behind her. She always wanted to see how it feels to ride a bike with Rose because she has heard that Rose was the best rider of her time.
Rose started riding and Arabella didn't even feel that she was sitting on a bike, it was that smooth.
"Do you know that Ombre has crush on you?"
Arabella chuckled, she was definitely a woman to fall in love with.
Rose laughed while focusing on the road.
"Every second women I meet has a crush on me... Can't help it!"
"Do you enjoy it?"
She asked curiously.
"Enjoy what, getting checked out by both men and women?"
She shook her head amused.
"No, the attention!"
They stopped by the shop.
"You have that too, do you enjoy it?"
Rose smirked as they walked in.
Talking with Rose was actually fun, she shared some of her funny incidents with her.
Somewhere Arabella was hopeful that her life will also change like this. The happy one!
Rose on other hand watched her eating her favourite cake and admired the happy smile on her face. She wanted to see that smile often and there was only way to do it and that was to kill Rancho.
They were done and both got up.
"I need to use washroom. You go ahead, I'll be back."
Arabella nodded and walked out, she stood by her bike and received Oliver's car.
"Where are you, kitten... I searched whole house for you."
"I am on a date with your mother... I wanted to have a cheeze cake."
She teased him.
"Date with my mother? You are the second lucky person to get this chance, first is always my dad..."
He chuckled.
"But why with her?... You could have tell us, I was free."
"It was unplanned... Someone sounds jealous!"
She laughed.
"Of course, I am!"
He sulked.
"I missed a chance to be with you."
"I love her company.... Poor you!"
She teased him more.
Rose came out of the shop and noticed her smiling and blushing on the phone, it was obvious that she was talking to Arthur or Oliver. She smiled but her smile dropped and turned into frown when she noticed red dought on Arabella's belly.
Within seconds she rushed towards her, Arabella stumbled with the jerk and next thing she witnessed was Rose getting hit with the bullet.
"No!"
Arabella screamed horrified.
