Chapter Thirty-One

"What is it you wanted to tell me?” I asked, a little bit nervous at his serious facial expression. I groaned and glared at him as he took my hand in his and pulled me to the stairs. "Aaron!” I exclaimed in frustration. He simply chuckled and continued to walk.

"We're going to the roof of the school,” he simply told me.

"Why?” I asked.

"I need to tell you something,” he said, making me groan.

"I don't think you left your mouth on the roof,” I retorted while rolling my eyes. He turned to look at me and sighed.

"Kimberley. Shut up,” he ordered. I pressed my lips in a thin line and let him guide me to the rooftop. He placed his hands on my eyes making me huff.

"I really want to punch you right now,” I mumbled. He chuckled while walking and guiding me on the stairs. Soon, I could hear him opening a door. I yelped as I felt the cold air touched my skin. He pulled his hand away and I opened my eyes. I gasped at the cute things that I saw in front of me. There were rose petals on the floor, a big teddy bear on the side, and what really caught my attention was the big picture of us. It was one of the photos where we were kissing. "I really want to kiss you right now,” I blurted out and he chuckled. We walked to the teddy bear, and he gave it to me. I took it while staring at him with a smile.

"I really need to tell you something,” he said while running his hand in his hair.

"That's what you said,” I giggled when I realized that he was really nervous. He pulled out a megaphone from behind him and I stared at him in surprise. "What are you doing?” I asked.

"I told you that I needed to tell you something,” he said as if I was stupid. I rolled my eyes while walking closer to him and gave him a grin.

"I'm not deaf,” I said and leant near his ear. "You don't need to use a megaphone,” I whispered in his ears and watched as goosebumps rose on his skin. I wanted to yelp in happiness because I have that effect on him.

"I just want to let the whole world know that you're mine,” he said and pulled away to kiss my cheeks.

"What?” I asked curiously. He turned and looked at the school yard where there were so many students. Oh hell. He took the megaphone and switched it on. "Aaron,” I said with hesitation. But too late.

"Ahem!” he said into the megaphone. Everyone road their head to look at us. I bite my lips as Aaron pulled me by his side. "Hello! My awesome friends,” he said happily making everyone clapped because he called them Awesome.

"Go Aaron!” Chase yelled from his table making me laugh. He looked like a fan girl right now.

"Yeah, Yeah,” Aaron said with pride. "I'm awesome.” I shook my head and tried to hide behind him because everyone's attention was on us. "Well, I wanted to tell you all something,” Aaron started seriously. He walked away from me and closer to the edge of the roof. I realized that there were many posters that were rolled in a way that nobody would see. "You may have noticed that gorgeous girl standing right here,” he said. I blushed furiously. I wanted to hide behind his back again. "That's my girlfriend,” he exclaimed happily. Nearly everyone started clapping.

"Oh god,” I mumbled in embarrassment. I put my hands on my cheeks to hide my red cheeks.

"Kimberly is simply amazing,” he stated, sounding a bit breathless. He held on to a poster and gave me a slight smile. "She's beautiful.” He opened the poster, and I could hear people gasping. I walked slowly to look at the photograph and saw one of the pictures where I was wearing the black dress. He rolled open the rest of the photographs and I gasped too. All the photos from the shoot were displayed in front of the school. "She's wonderful,” he said while staring.

Everyone was saying “aww” and I turned to stare at Aaron. He pulled me to him so that I crashed against his chest. "I have something to tell you,” he breathed.

"Go on,” I said, breathless as well.

"I love you Kimberly Ella Perry. I fucking love you,” he said with love, determination and sincerity. I could feel my tears filling my eyes. I wrapped my arms around his neck and sobbed.

"I love you too!” I cried as I pulled away to kiss him. He smiled brightly and he kissed me. His lips crashed against mine and he groaned.

"Aaron! Kimberley! Aaron! Kimberley!” Everyone was cheering which made me chuckle slightly.

"You're insane,” I whispered to Aaron. "I love you so much,” I breathed as I kissed him again.

"I love you too, princess,” he said.
