Chapter 39

"What trouble happened between you and Eloisa?" he asked with a frown.

I just shook my head and held my breath at what he said. His brow furrowed even more. I couldn't help but stare at his handsome face even though it was still furrowed.

"What now? Don't you intend to answer?" he asked me.

We both stared at each other for a while and his eyes seemed to be talking to me. It was as if he didn't want to let go of that look on me. I slowly approached him and immediately kissed him while pulling his clothes firmly. It took a few seconds; he was stunned for a moment after I kissed him.

"Do you think you will change your mind?" I asked him.

"What do you mean, Crema?" he asked me.

"What if you realize that I am not really your mate. There is another mate destined for you. What if you change your mind?" I asked him.

I will admit that I am nervous about his answer for reasons I can't explain. I could see the smile on his red lips. And those smiles soften my feelings.

"Crema, I can't be wrong. The first time I saw you, I knew that you were my mate. Your smell and the blood on you matched the blood on me," he answered.

I swallowed saliva at what he said, and even though I didn't admit it, it made my feelings happy. I couldn't stop smiling in front of him and I felt the fluttering butterflies in my stomach again.

"You are still not answering my question, Crema. What happened earlier? Aries and the gammas found you hurting Eloisa. Can you explain it to me?" he asked calmly.

"She was threatening me so I couldn't stop myself from rushing her. But she was the first, Alpha. I don't have to explain anything to you," I insisted.

"Calm down, Crema. I'm just asking. What kind of threat did Eloisa make to you? Why did she threaten you?" he asked curiously.

"She threatened me that she would take you away from me," I boldly admitted.

I saw him simply laugh at what I said and smile. Is there something funny in what I said?

"Why did you laugh? Is there something funny in what I said?" I asked annoyed.

"Because that's impossible. I already rejected her like Aryana. No one can own me but you, Crema," he said sincerely.

I smiled at what he said. But we both stopped when we heard a loud noise outside.

"What's that noise?" he asked while smelling.

We immediately ran out of the castle and saw wolves clashing. He looked at me and ordered me to go inside. But I stubbornly stayed by his side. I fought with him and was wounded when a Rogue attacked from behind. I writhed in pain and Alpha Dior's eyes widened when he saw my bleeding foot.

"Wahhhh!!" he shouted as he killed the Rogue that attacked me.

"Get out of here!" he yelled at me.

“The fang!”

I immediately remembered the fang, so I decided to go back inside while he was fighting the wolves with his pack and Aries. There were too many of them, so it wasn't impossible for them to get the fang back from its room. This fang couldn't be stolen because I will also use this to kill him at the right time.

My left leg was bleeding while walking into the room where the ancient fang was placed. I tore my clothes to cover the wound I had on my leg.

"Ahhhhh!!" I screamed in pain as I tightly tied the cloth around my wound.

I was restless while thinking about what was happening outside. I couldn't help but worry while I was inside the room. I thought that Rogues might have succeeded in killing him. I can't explain my feelings at that time.

A few moments later, someone suddenly knocked on the door of the room and I heard a loud noise. I prepared myself to protect the fang and I heard the two Rogues talking. I am not mistaken that other Rogues can enter this room because there are many of them.

I didn't think of anything else to do but use the fangs against them, especially since I was wounded at the time. I took the fang out of its case and looked at it. This fang was very sharp and golden in color.

My hand was shaking as I faced the door and prepared myself for the entrance of the enemy. But that noise disappeared, but suddenly the door cracked open, and I was thrown by the force of the impact. I immediately took the fan and saw a man with a bearded face and he was smiling at me.

"Give me the fang, Beautiful lady," he said with a smile.

"Why should I give it to you?" I asked him.

"Give it to me now or else i will kill you!" he shouted.

I was really surprised by the rise of his voice. But I took courage and answered him bravely.

"You can't get this from me!" I told him firmly.

"I think you want to be killed, beautiful," he replied, obviously holding back his anger.

"Then do it," I challenged him.

He suddenly changed his form in front of me as a big and fierce wolf. My eyes widened at what I saw and I suddenly remembered my parents. I remember how that merciless wolf killed them. But the fear I felt at that time was replaced by anger. My whole body warmed up and I could feel that the wolf was slowly coming to life inside of me.

"Wahhhhhh!!!" I growled.

I changed my form as a wolf. I couldn't control my emotions anymore and I immediately attacked. A fierce fight happened between us. I kept hitting him and I was getting stronger and more agile, so I managed to kill him with the fang. I can't believe that I am more powerful than what i expected.After a while, I returned to human form and with anger and hatred I stabbed him several times even though he was no longer alive.

"Wahhhhhhh!!!" I shouted while still stabbing him.

I lost myself for a moment at that time.And suddenly Alpha Dior appeared in front of me. Anger dominated my innermost thoughts when I saw him. It was obvious that he couldn't believe what he witnessed and he was very surprised by what I did.
