Epilogue

Lux POV

We go to the tower, but we meet some enemies on the way they scattered around. We fight all of them, leaving blood and dead bodies everywhere in the hallway.

“Ace?” I look at the back of a guy that is creating a hurricane and leaving a slice anywhere on the body.

“Oh, It’s been a while Lux I didn’t see you after the attack,” he said

“You’re the only one who survives?” Jerome ask

“No, there are students that are fighting other areas but there are only few of student that is alive and everyone died. I don’t see Krystal,”

“Laura said that Vince take her to the tower,”

“Oh, I see,”

“How did you survive?” I ask.

“Remember when Miss Valerie calls us to her office? She said that I have to hide somewhere and keep on monitoring because Vince will attack us so I hide and I make a clone of myself and the clone is the one that goes inside the forest,” He explained.

“Who said that the two of you can keep a plan from me?”

“Well, you know it’s an undercover,”

“Undercover my ass, ”

“What is Miss Valerie thinking that she let a girl from Hemio to trespass here in the Academy,” Ace said it was like he wants Laura to hear him

“I’m sorry” Laura apologize but Ace just turn around ignoring Laura

“We’re wasting our time here. Let’s go to the tower,”

Laura just hangs her head low. What happens between the two of them?

Krystal POV

I woke up because water kept dripping on my face.

“You’re awake,”

I look up and saw Vince and Olivia

“Let me go” I said

“I will not let you go until you give your charm to me,”

“I will not give you anything,”

“oh yeah?”

He walks behind me and whisper right into my ear

“What if I kill all your friends?”

My eyes widen when a scenario flash into my mind. Lux, Nathan, Jerome and the others on the floor with blood gushing from their mouth.

“You don’t want them to be dead because of you, right?” he ask

Yes, I want them to live a peaceful life and I don’t want them to die just because they want to save me.

“No one will die in the first place if you give your charm to me when I ask you, ”

I was stopped by what he said he was right no one would die if I followed him in the first place.

“What is your desire?” he ask

“I want to have a peaceful life with my family,” I answer

A snake curled around my body, but I did not struggle. I can't move my body.

“Then let me fulfill your desires” he cover my eyes with his hand “Close your eyes and your desires will come true,”

I obey him and close my eyes. I don’t know why I feel like I was hypnotized.

“Good night dear,”

That was the last thing I hear, and I fall into a deep slumber. I feel a warm hand is on my cheeks. I open my eyes to see Aunt Angel.

“Wake up Krystal, they are already here,”

I sit up and look at my surroundings. I’m sitting on the grass and there’s a lake in front of me and a picnic matt and basket on my left. Are we having a picnic? Is all of that a dream?

“Hi Krystal, ”

I look at where the voice is coming from and I see Miss Valerie with Lux, Nathan, Laura and Ace following her from the back and Mom and Dad carrying foods with Rin.

I look at them. They’re alive? But I saw their dead bodies in the Academy, and Mom and Dad are already dead. Is it all a dream or I’m in a dream right now?

“How’s your sleep?” Mom ask

“I feel good,” I said

All of them sit and eat some food.

“Here” Lux gave me a bread and I take it.

“Thanks,”

It feels so strange in here.

“You’re in a day off?” I ask Miss Valerie.

She looked at me confused on what I just said

“What day off? I don’t have a job, remember?” he said.

“But what about the Academy?” I ask

She laugh “What Academy? There are no Academy around here,”

“What are you saying Krystal?” Rin ask

“The Academy, the s-students with a charm and special abilities,”

All of them look at me with a confused face. What’s happening?

“Magic doesn’t exist Krystal,” Mom said

“But you and Dad are already dead,” I said

“What are you talking about, sweetheart? Do you have a sick?”

Mom was about to lay a hand on my fore head but I immediately stand up.

“What’s wrong with all of you?!” I ask

“Don’t you want to live a peaceful life?” Miss Valerie ask.

“What?”

“You said that you want to have a peaceful life,”

"But I don't want to live in a dream,"

Is this a dream? My surroundings become black and all of them are gone. A light is going towards me.

“Krystal,”

It called my name.

“Mom?”

Mom's spirit showed up.

“Wake up Krystal you have to save them,” She said

“But how?”

“Your father's sword use it to cut Vince's mark on his wrist,”

“I- I can’t do it,”

“But you have to,”

“I want to be with you and Dad,” I said

“But they need you,”

Mom slowly faded, and I woke up to see a knife on my neck. I look up and see Olivia smiling.

"Die"

I burn the rope that is tied on my wrist and kick Olivia

“Krystal!”

I look at the door and saw Lux with the others.

“Kill them!” Vince command

I go to where Lux and others are and saw Laura

“Why are you with them?” I ask glaring at her.

“Let’s go for now” Nathan said and all of run away

“Let’s go fight them outside it’s too dangerous here,” Nathan said

“Run!” Lux shouts when Vince is about to catch up to us

“Wasser!”

Nathan summoned a water dragon, and it attacks Vince underlings. We arrive outside and Vince catch up.

“Give the girl” Vince said

“You need to kill me first before you lay a hand on Krystal,”

Vince glared at Lux and a strong wind came and when it stop, I’m in a forest and I can’t see Nathan and the others

“No one will save you,”

I look at Olivia that is laughing

“DIEEE!!!”

She tried to stab me in my stomach, but I dodge it. I create a spike from the sky and before I land it to her, I step back and one by one it pierced in her body.

I take a step towards her and I blow my hand and it creates a fire that burn her alive.

“AHHHH!!!”

She screamed in pain

“You will suffer in hell” I said and walk away leaving her

“Good job you kill Olivia” Vince said while clapping

“You’re not angry that I kill her?” I ask.

“Why would I? She’s a useless crazy woman,”

I slash my sword into him but he vanished and when I look at my back, he places the knife on my neck

“Too slow” he said

“Arg!” He cut my thigh and I step back

A fire showed up and a dagger fly towards Vince direction but he dodge it and it hit the tree on his back

“Krystal! Kill him!”

"Let go of me you brat!"I looked at Lux holding Vince's hands so he wouldn't get away. I stab Vince on his stomach and I make a spike that is made of ice and stab his heart.

He lay on the ground while he’s covering his wound. I step on his right arm and crouched down.

"You stole my necklace that's why I lost control and killed Miss Valerie..." I trailed off

"It's your fault!"

"I will take it"

I snatch my  necklace from his neck 

“Remember the poison that had your clone? It will transfer into your blood and will kill you slowly. You five hours are done. Enjoy,”

I step aside and get his right arm where the mark of the snake is.

“You’re Laura’s father, right? Now I already know where Laura inherited being a traitor,”

I cut his wrist, and the mark vanished and Vince stop breathing.

The sun rise and the dark sky is gone along Vince wicked reign. I go back to the Academy and I saw everyone outside with their head hang low.

“Me and Lux defeated Vince,” I said happily

Ace walks to me and tap my shoulder.

“Lux is dead,” he said

“What? He’s with me a while ago,” I said.

Nathan lay a body in front of me and its Lux body.

“Vince stab him multiple times with a sword,” Ace explained

“He help me to kill Vince! That’s not him!” I insist, looking at the body.

But no matter how many times I convince myself that it is not Lux I know Ace said is true. I just can’t believe it after all what we’ve been through.

“He really loves you that much,, huh?”

I crouch down. I hold his hand and kiss it.

“I love you,” I whispered “Rest well Lux,”

--23 Year’s Later—

“Mom, where are we going?” Kiyana ask while playing on her phone.

“On your new Academy,” I answer

“But I told you many times that I don’t need to change my school”

“You will enjoy in there for sure,” I said reassuring her

“Your Mom is right, so behave properly when we get in there,” Nathan said while driving the car

“Why does Luxurious also need to study there with me?” Kiyana ask

“Because he’s your little brother, the two of you need to go together,” I said

“He’s so annoying,”

“Well you’re the most annoying here,” Luxurious said

“What did you say?” Kiyana ask annoyed.

“You’re such a dog face,”

“Stop fighting,” I said

The both of them glared at each other and turn back. We arrive at the Academy and Rin wait for us on the gate.

“Uncle Rin!”

Luxurious run towards Rin.

“You’re grown up now. It’s been a while since the last I saw you when you’re still a seven year’s old. Let’s go inside,”

All of us go inside and Nathan grabs all the luggage. It’s been a while since I go inside here. The garden change and the hallway is filled with students. Rin became the Head Master of the Academy since Miss Valerie died.

“Your going to visit Lux grave?” Rin ask

“Yes” I answer

We go straight on the garden on the left side of the Academy, where the grave of Lux and other people who died 23 years ago is.

I put a flower on each of them and Kiyana and Luxurious along with Nathan go to Miss Valerie and Sir Rex grave.

“It’s been a while, Lux. How are you? Hope your doing well,” I crouched down and brush his tomb with my fingers “Thank you for everything,” I said.

"I know that you are the man that sitting on the frame of my window that night"

Luxurious run towards me.

“Uncle Lux, thank you for protecting Mommy,” I look at Luxurious “We will not forget you and I hope your doing well above there,”

I stand up and pat Luxurious head

“We will go now Lux see you again” I said and all of us go inside.
