Chapter 12 I Can Tell You're Really Enjoying Yourself

The intense sensation of weightlessness suddenly hit Ava as the arrogant airflow pushed her upward from below, rapidly slowing her fall.

In the midst of her rapid descent, she felt a thrill of being conquered, which she couldn't quite describe.

She struggled to lift her head, gazing through her goggles at the vast expanse of clouds below, savoring this moment of freedom.

The sunlight shone upon the white clouds, casting a large halo that reflected her graceful figure.

This moment belonged only to her and this world.

After Ava parachuted, Jeremy followed suit and witnessed this woman's daring beauty with his own eyes.

Back on the ground, a silent understanding developed between them.

Removing their gear, Jeremy handed her a bottle of water. "You did great, I can tell you're really enjoying yourself."

Ava said, "It's been a while since I've done this. After just one jump, I feel so much more relaxed."

"Not many girls enjoy extreme sports like you do," Jeremy said, his gaze slightly heated.

"Maybe I just have a craving for excitement in my blood." Ava's eyebrows curved lightly as she unscrewed the bottle cap, tilting her head back as the water flowed down her throat, her elegant neck resembling that of a swan.

Jeremy's vision was filled with this woman, her every move deeply stirring his heart, making him reluctant to look away.

He said, "I have another thrilling place in mind, would you like to go?"

Ava wiped the water off her lips, curious as she blinked, "Where?"

Jeremy answered, "The most mysterious manor in Tabott."

Ava's heart stirred.

She had heard of this manor before. It was said to have many thrilling attractions and the most luxurious swimming pool. It was considered mysterious because only a very small number of people with government backgrounds or the wealthiest people could go there, while others, even if they had money, had no access.

With this in mind, she gave Jeremy a sidelong glance, realizing that this person's background wasn't simple either! "I know that only wealthy and influential people go there. You..."

Jeremy raised an eyebrow. "You don't believe me?"

Ava didn't say anything, her clear eyes staring straight at him, full of suspicion.

Jeremy stylishly flipped his hair. "This mansion belongs to my cousin, so I can go anytime. But I promise, this mansion is really fun. It won't disappoint you."

Today, she had enjoyed herself being led by him, and she was interested, so she readily agreed.

The two of them, one in a cool sports car and the other on a stylish motorcycle raced all the way to this mysterious manor in Tabott.

Looking at the imposing hand-carved marble gate in front of her, Ava's eyes were dazzled.

Inside the manor, the streets were spacious and clean, shaded by trees. Along the streets were rows of tall palm trees and exquisite villa gardens, each exuding an air of luxury and elegance.

Jeremy took Ava to play on the sky swing and the glass slide.

Sliding down from the rooftop hundreds of feet high was no less thrilling than skydiving.

Ava had a great time.

Until both of them were tired, Jeremy brought out two sets of swimsuits from somewhere, and the two of them comfortably soaked in the pool, chatting and eating.

Ava lazily squinted her eyes at the setting sun, but suddenly, a black figure appeared in her vision.

The figure was walking towards the pool with his back to the light,

Ava thought, ‘Why does this figure seem familiar?’

As the figure approached, Ava's brows furrowed into a knot at the sight of that distinct and handsome face.

She thought, ‘How small can the world be? Why do I keep bumping into him wherever I go?’

"Cousin? What a coincidence! Are you here to play at the manor too?" Hearing Jeremy's loud greeting, Ava was surprised.

She thought, ‘So Ethan is his so-called cousin.’
