Zara's POV....

Beep... Beep.... Beep... I could hear the sound..

Not again... I'm back to my favourite place... It's Hospital..!

Slowly I opened my eyes, I saw nothing but white hospital walls... Where is everyone..?

Where is Usher...?

I know Usher got me here then where did he go? I expected to see him the moment I open my eyes but there is no one.

I know why I'm here.. After I ended the madness forever.

When Luke gave me the gun to shoot Usher in Chicago., I pledged that time only , that the gun he is handing me will be the only weapon with which I'll end him. So I did..

I remember how Luke, Jason and all his men were laughing at me and usher when I stood there pointing gun at the love of my life.

Jason laughingly mocked me. " See Zara, this is what happens when you mess with a wrong person.. "

" Go on Zara... Don't waste my time.. I did gave you 48 hours.. But knowing how smart you are, I knew you will never kill him.. So I came here to make sure that you do it right in front of me.. " Luke said and laughed at my helplessness.. Standing beside where he tied my mom.

But little did he knew that my helplessness would soon become his.

They all were so involved in making fun of us and mocking us that no one noticed when I turned around and instead of usher, I shot Luke .. Straight into the chest... Three shots..

And everything fell silent after that.. Jason looked hell shocked.. His men were bewildered on what to do next.. I know they are evil but are made evil not born evil..

I knew that if I shoot Luke, then they aren't going to fight back.. But will be free from his illegal activities and filthy mindset.

And they did exactly the same.

While everyone was looking at me shocked, Luke's dead body was lying Lifeless at my mom's feet, at the feet of the women he tortured his whole life.

People say, you are not the person you are born from but the person who raises you.. Today I proved them right. . I became just like Luke... A murderer.even if I wasn't his daughter but I did what he does. Hurting and killing people..so I hurt him and finally did killed him. He wanted to make me just like him... And I became just like him.. Finally I finished the evil named Luke... He was gone .. Leaving me with a regret for life.. Making me a murderer.

Everyone looked hell shocked ,my mom and Chelsea were crying while Usher and others were looking at me completely bemused. His men were looking at me shocked..

I know his man would not attack me but Jason was there , he can manipulate them easily..so looking at them, I said..

" No need to fight back. You all are free from his evil mind "

As soon as I said that, they kept their guns down and started untying each and everyone.. I know they never wanted to be this, for the time I have been there in Chicago I have always seen that the men working for luke were forced.. So when they finally are free, I knew it for sure they would not like to go back.

Watching this made Jason, realise that his game is up now. He tried to run

but Usher caught him as soon as he was Untied.

Though the devil was gone, but one monster was still here who could easily destroy everything in a blink of an eye... Jason..

What if he told Usher the truth.

Then even after winning this battle against Luke, I'll loose Usher forever.. I know he could not comprehend the truth.. I know he can't.

My mind was unable to take the pressure anymore... And Vitiligo hit me.

I fell dizzy on the floor. Usher left Jason, the moment he saw me , falling and came rushing towards me and held me in his loving arms.. And after that I don't remember anything..

Suddenly the door opened at my mum came in..

" Thank god Zara, you are conscious, do you have any idea, how worried I was to see you like that.. " My mom said sobbing and hugged me.

" I'm fine mom.. " I responded and hugged her back..

" Zara... I'm proud to be your mother dear... I'm proud to give birth to such a strong and beautiful soul.. "My mom said looking at me with complete admiration.. And proud.

I'm happy that I could finally free her from that prison.. But where is everyone else and Jason.. Where is he...? Has he told usher about everything.?

" Mom, Jason...? " I was not even able to complete my question when my mom answered it for me..

" He is in jail Zara.. After you fainted.. We all got you here , while Jonah stayed there with usher to clean the mess, they got Jason arrested and Jason accepted all his bad deeds as well as revealed Luke's illegal business.. And there are no charges against you as what ever you did was not just a self defense but it was to save others too.. ... I'm so proud of you Zara.. Now all you need to do is relax.. There's nothing to worry about.. " My mom said lovingly and kissed me on the cheeks.

I missed her kisses, finally I got them back..

" And Zara, you chose a handsome man, ha... I like him already.. " My mom said teasing me.. And I know I must be blushing by now.

But. I can't relax... Not at all.. Usher is still unaware about everything.. How am I gonna tell him everything.

I was about to ask mom, that does usher knows everything when soon Chelsea entered.. My room.. I hate to see her now.. Her lies made us all suffer so much..

My mom greeted Chelsea and left us alone.

" Zara, how are you..? " Chelsea asked...

Really... How am I...? She must be kidding

" How am I...? Do you really care.. I don't think you do.. You don't even care about your own son, you didn't care about what happened because of your one bloody lie... You are nothing but a selfish woman Chelsea.. So stop acting like you care... Why you kept lying to your own son...? How could you let him suffer like this..?. You just are nothing but selfish..

I yelled at her in anger.. I have had enough of her poor woman foul play.. She isn't any weak.. But cunning.

" What are you saying Zara...? " She asked perplexed.

" What am I saying?Stop acting like you don't know..! Of course that usher is Luke's son not Jason that's why Jason mistreated him, and you being you. ... ! played your poor woman card.. Who exactly is nothing but selfish " I said angrily mocking her.

She looked at me with shock but then what she said made me regret screaming at her.

. " Selfish... Yes I'm selfish.. If loving my son makes me selfish then let me be selfish for the rest of my life.. And what Truth you are talking about which I too was unaware from,I too got to know that usher is not Jason's but Luke's son only after Usher turned four .. One day he met with an accident and he lost a lot of blood, he needed immediate blood supply to survive. I could not give him because mine blood group was A positive and Usher is B negative , so the nurse asked Jason's blood group but when Jason told that he too is A positive that shook my world.. All along, I thought that I was pregnant with Jason oblivious of the fact that I already got pregnant when Luke raped me, since then the loving husband and father Jason turned into a monster, thinking that I cheated on him even though I told him the truth...he never believed that..if I would have told my son then I would have lost him too.. So yes I'm selfish ! if I was trying to save my son from Luke's dark shadow.. Yes I'm selfish! if was trying to make my son into a man not a monster .. So tell me Zara... What would you have done if you were in my place.. You would have gone to Luke.. Telling him that see this your son now you can turn him into the devil you are .. Zara! All I did was to protect Usher.. And I beg you.. Not to tell him ever... He'll die.. He won't be able to endure it.. " Chelsea revealed all her story sobbing...

I was angry at my self for behaving so rude with her.. I didn't even thought there can be a reason behind this all.

" I'm sorry Chelsea... I promise I'll protect Usher with everything I have... " I said and hugged her. We both were sobbing..

" Zara, you need to take care of yourself more now.. " She said gently touching my tummy..

Holy hell she knows...

" You know... Does everyone else also know about this..? "I asked a bit embarrassed.

" Yes, I do.. The nurse told me just now....And no it's just me and your mum.. I know you kept it as a surprise for Usher... " She said smiling

" But where is he..? " I asked her..

Yes, where is he...? He never leaves my side... So where did he go now..?

Before Chelsea can respond.. Liam came..

" Hey, beautiful... Time to go home.. You are discharged.". Liam exclaimed..

Greg too came and he and Liam both hugged me ..

" Where is Usher..? " I asked Liam..

" Ohh, he called and told me that.. He is waiting for you at home.. " Liam said smiling..

After that we all left.. For home..

Soon we reached and as soon I got out of the car..

Jonah came into my sight.

He was looking a bit sad..

Then he handed me a paper..

" What is this Jonah? " I asked him bewildered..

" Please Zara don't ask me... See yourself... " He said in a low voice.

Making me go all worried..

I hurriedly unfolded the paper...

And as soon as I read it my world fell apart..

It was from Usher..

" Zara, I can't believe... You lied to me.. You kept this huge secret from me... You broke me Zara...! You hurt me so badly.. "

No way... Usher knows about everything.... How am I gonna live if he left me after this... ?

Has he already left..?
