Chapter 107: Usher

Usher's POV....

My girl stood there staggered after reading my note.

She made me suffer a lot.. But I know she suffered more than me.

All the time she kept hiding about her family because of my hatred towards the families of people like luke... She thought that I might leave her , after knowing the fact. But little does she knows that nothing could ever make me leave her. I love her way too much than I can ever explain.

I adored her bravery, the moment she shot Luke. I was in awe of her.

How can she even think that I'll hate her for just being the daughter of underworld gangster..I can never hate her for that, though I know that I'm contradicting my own thoughts. Yes, I do hate the families of such person. But not someone who himself is the victim in this.

I always thought of her as a fragile and weak but my girl is the bravest one I have ever seen.

She didn't faltered even after enduring so much.

When she shot luke everyone including me was astounded no one ever thought that she could do this, she saved all of us..

When everyone thought that , it's the end Zara still held her hopes tight and saved us all.. I can never stop loving and adoring this beauty. She has my utmost respect.

When she stood there with a gun pointing at me, I could feel her agony , her pain...

I meant each and every word that I said..

I would not have flinched even a bit, if she would have shot me that moment. I would have open heartedly accepted that too,my life isn't mine anymore... It's hers, if my death could save her mother then without even thinking twice I would have done that.

My mind still was bursting with question, how Jason knew luke.. Why luke wanted to kill Zara and why did she ran away..? Before I could actually ask about everything , Zara fainted diverting my all attention towards her.

I ran towards her and then immediately took her to hospital.. Though my mind was still thinking about everything but Zara was more important. After getting her to hospital I went back to get answer of my question from Liam. Cause looking at mom's and Zara's mom conditions I wasn't able to question then.

So left with no other option, I went to Liam to collect the answer of the puzzle. And to send Jason back to where he belongs but when I reached there , Jonah Greg and Liam already did the job with Ethan's help they even sorted the matter if Zara's killing Luke.. Or else my girl would have been in legal trouble.

I asked Liam about everything. From the beginning.

Liam told me everything that luke wanted to punish Genna by hurting Zara cause she lied to him all along to keep Zara safe, she told luke that Zara was his daughter even though Zara wasn't.

Luke had abducted Zara 's mother even after she was already married and genna was pregnant with her husband that time.. Luke abducted and raped her, and kept her captivated .

But why..? When I asked him. He said that he too doesn't know about anything.

All he knows is that.. Luke's ego was hurt by Genna's lies so he decided to kill Zara to complete his revenge.

Still I felt I was missing few points... How Jason knew Luke...? How my mom.. Was there..?

Liam too was unaware about everything..

He too was looking at me perplexed..

" Usher... Look I told you everything I know.. Please don't hate Zara... That poor girl all this time was just trying to protect you . Cause she already knew that once Luke gets to know she loves you then he'll try to hurt you.. To hurt Zara.. And look exactly the same happened.. Please don't hate her for being related to Luke.. In reality actually she isn't even his blood.. " Liam said

Is he out of his head.I can never hate Zara.

"Don't worry.. I'm always gonna be with her " I said and then we all four left for the hospital. While I was driving but.

My mind still wasn't completely relaxed cause I still couldn't connect all the dots.

Looking at my flummoxed state .

" Usher stop over thinking, your mom could have been there only because Luke would have thought to make you hate Zara by hurting your mom.. See he already did planned a lot to hurt Zara. So he can do this too" Jonah said.. I think it makes sense.. May be it was also one of his ways to hurt Zara. But I still can't believe Jason.. He stooped so low that just to hurt me , he went all the way to become a friend of a man like Luke... Well, Jason isn't any different than Luke except Luke is a murderer and Jason is not.

Soon we reached to hospital., Zara was conscious now and was good to go..

I wanted to see her so I rushed towards her room, but then I heard my mom talking to Zara..

"Now you need to take care of yourself Zara more than ever... You aren't alone anymore.. " Mom said.

Zara blushed and asked her if I know about that...

What the heck... If what I'm thinking is true then I'm going to be a father..

Holy hell!

Zara kept it hidden from me I was ecstatic to know that I immediately rushed to the doctor to confirm my doubts and I was right as always..! ... I wanted to wrap Zara in my arms but I wanted to scold her for being so secretive and so care less .how can she endanger her life In such a situation, ?she knew that she was pregnant... And then also.. She acted so childish.. Damn it.. Zara..

Thank god nothing happened to her. Or else I would have died of guilt for not being able to protect the mother of my child and the love of my life..

I'm really mad at Zara for being so careless.

She really makes me go bonkers...

Now is the time to make her pay ,she really likes to hide things from me. I guess I need to remind her who is the boss.

I very much wanted to embrace Zara and kiss her heavenly lips.. But now is not the time. I have to be somewhere else. To prepare for our happy future .

I rushed back to home without even meeting Zara..

I know I'll meet her at home very soon and I have to plan her grand welcome... So with the help of Jonah I planned it all..

When she read the letter.. The look on her face was something I want to wipe away for the rest of her life... I knew I was making her suffer but I had too just for now... To make our happily ever after..

She stood dead in her tracks.. At the door thinking that I finally left her after knowing the truth..

But she does not know that now she can never ever get free from me at least in this life.

Jonah hugged her and wiped her tears.. Her. Mom and my mom was looking all puzzled , not having any idea about what was in the letter.. While I was watching all of them from the window..

Jonah slowly guided Zara inside..

" Why the hell it's dark in here..? " My mom complained... As soon as they all entered.

I could hear Zara's sobbing and her mother asking her what was there in the paper and.my mom still complaining about the darkness inside the house..

Jonah Went and switched on the light and Zara's mouth was hung open after she saw me down on one knees.. With a ring in my hands..

While she was in the hospital I planned this all to surprise her.

Well, she too surprised me ,first by her strength then by her carelessness.

I decorated the whole house with all her favourite flowers, and lighted the house in the colours she likes.

Zara was surprisingly shocked while rest were gawking at us.

" Will you marry me, Zara " I asked , sitting down on my one knees.

Zara looked at me like I have grown horns..

I reiterated my words but still she stood there all shocked her eyes were pooling with tears.

I got up on my feet and was about to shake her to see if she's fine, when she suddenly slapped me. !

What the hell is wrong with her.?

I was still in the shock of the slap when she all of a sudden crashed her lips on to mine kissing me passionately regardless of the presence of everyone around.

Zara was always to shy to even say I love you in front of everyone and now she is brazenly kissing me right in front of everyone..

I reciprocated the same passion..

"Jeez! Man you both need to get a room. " Jonah said teasing us,breaking our passionate encounter.

Then Zara realized what she did.. Embarrassed , she was trying to avoid everyone's gaze.

Rest of them started giggling at us.

" How can you do that to me..? " Zara suddenly asked me.

Before I could respond, she started pushing me and started yelling at me..

" How can you trick Me like that ha.. You know how Panicked I was when I read your note... " She was chiding me while I was giggling at her.

" How dare you... You are smiling at me... After making me so worried ha.. " She started slapping me playfully..

Really.. I made her worried what about her. ! She almost gave me a heart attack.. When she shot Luke.. And now when I got to know that she is pregnant and being so careless..

" Really.. I made you worried... What about you.? You kept hiding things from me.. And you now dare to blame it all on me.. Well done! Zara. . " I fired back at her.

" I..... Usher... Actually.... " She started stuttering and looked scared as if I caught her committing a crime.

" How can you hide that you are pregnant Zara... And on top. You dared to risk your life.. You didn't even thought about me not even once.. What would I'd done if I'd lost you.. "

Zara looked shocked after hearing that I already have ruined her surprise for me..

I hugged her , Jonah and the rest looked ecstatic after this happy news.

" You knew about it... Since when? " Zara asked..

"Not since very long... Just in the morning.. I heard you and mom talking. " I said releasing her from the hug only to seal her lips. I kissed her tenderly. I was still. Mad at her for risking her precious life but now it's all in the past. I'm glad that everything is fine now.

But wait she still hasn't answered my question..

" Are you going to accept me as your husband now Zara or you gonna keep refusing me like those other 99 times.. " Playfully I asked..

" Liar, you only asked me once so according to you, there are still 98 proposals on pending. But to answer your question, yes! Mr Montgomery a thousand times yes! ... I'll marry you" She said beaming,making me worlds Luckiest man..

Ecstatically I picked her up in my arms and twirled her around.

Finally she'll be mine forever..

We decided to get married as soon as possible. Cause I could not wait any longer to make her mine.

Though Zara was not happy as she wanted a destination wedding , she wanted to plan her wedding and wanted to make it look like Royal.

I can agree to all her terms but not the destination one. Cause Zara was pregnant and doctor has specially mentioned to avoid travel at any cost as it can risk the life of mother as well as the child, under no circumstances I'm taking that risk.

We planned our wedding date just after a week as Zara was already a month pregnant and she doesn't want to walk the aisle with a baby bump.

Finally our D - day arrived..

I specially looked out after decorations, and made sure it was as perfect as Zara wanted..

The wedding Hall was decorated with lavender and Roses the way Zara liked..

The stage was fully covered with jasmine and Lilly. With a water fountain behind.

Bright Chandeliers lighting up the ceiling. And the aisle covered with rose petals.. Everything was the way Zara asked..

I went to see my girl for one last time before I make her my woman.

Though she didn't wanted me to see her before wedding due to some stupid rituals. So I just sneaked inside her room and stole a glance of her, call me desperate but I can't wait to see her in that white wedding gown..

And holy cow... When I saw her.. I literally gasped at her beauty... She was looking adorable... Heavenly.. No adjective could ever justify how beautiful she looked.

The white gown was perfectly clinging on her body , modifying her each curve. And her beautiful face was beaming with her pregnancy glow..

I have never found her this beautiful. Pregnancy was definitely making her much more beautiful.

I wanted to wrap her in my arms and wanted to devour those petal soft lips..

I could not wait anymore to hear the word... " I announce you as man and wife, now you may kiss the bride.. "

. Enough of this.. I ran to get dressed.. Jonah helped me in getting groomed.. He is my best man at the wedding and for life..

" You are lucky son of cow... ! You moron..! That she finally agreed... Don't ever let her go.. " Jonah said tapping on my back.. My friend was genuinely happy for me .

" Can you add any more insult.. " I said making us both laugh..

Jonah got a call and left, when suddenly I heard a knock at my door .

I opened, there was no one but just a packet. I picked it up and opened.. It was a pen drive.

With a letter.the letter read

" Just hear the recording before you get married. " Thinking it as a surprise from Zara..

I instantly heard the recording that was in the pen drive..

My world ceased... Everything stood still... This was all a lie.... Nothing but a huge lie..

I don't deserve Zara... I can not be with her after this.. She doesn't deserve this...

I left my beautiful girl!.... There....! Cause I was way too broken to be her man.... !
