Chapter 13 Whole Plot

I punched him straight on his nose "ahh, what did you do that for." I ignored his question and anxiously asked him, "where is she, Alex? tell me, I will go get her today asap" "bastard," he mumbled, but one glare from me was enough for him to open his mouth.

"It's not as easy as you think it is, George, we only found out that she is under Evelyn viglianco, but we don't know where she has kept her. “Evelyn viglianco, this name was going on revolving inside my head. The last time I heard, she overtook her dad's mafia empire and ruled it like a queen.

I, Alex, and Evelyn had been together since childhood; Evelyn's dad was a perfect friend of my dad, so she used to visit a lot with her dad. Growing up together, I considered her my sister, but I didn't know when she caught her feelings for me. Finally, her feeling grew so intense that one day she tried to drug me and got herself pregnant with me.

She stooped so low that she once tried to poison herself during her second trimester, just because refused to do lovemaking. I stopped visiting her and completely neglected her presence in my life.

I was only 19 then to even think about taking responsibility and parenting our kid, so I decided to focus more on my career and the mafia world.

I sighed and tried not to cry or burst out but- "My Kendall... why her, if Evelyn hates me... then should have come after me... why... why my Kendall" but I couldn't stop myself from crying and was about to say something, but he cut me and-

"We have to tag along and play together, and we couldn't let anyone know that you're stepping into the mafia world again, so don't let the cat out of the bag" he smirked "By the way, welcome back, brother," he said with visible proud smirk.

There is something wrong. It's not only Evelyn in this; she may help hide the real perpetrator and the kidnapper of Kendall, but won't plan to try to destroy my entire family, which was the real motive of the whole plot.

I had no choice but to step back into the underworld. So, when I have already stepped in, why not enjoy it. Anyway, that guy has dug his own grave by kidnapping my daughter.
