Bella's POV.
Cupping my lips together with my index finger lightly resting on top of them, I let out a naughty tight-lipped smile across my face while relieving every moment of the kiss, Alpha Jacob planted on me a few minutes ago... He had just broken my lip's virginity... If there was ever such a thing as lip virginity lol.
My journey to womanhood was right on track with my rightful fated mate. And I was finally delighted that my stars were aligned with my destiny.
Even though I knew Samantha was going to be a nuisance if I did not put her in her place immediately, never was I going to allow her to hijack my happily ever after, as Crystal did. I sexually licked both my lips thinking of all the other possible things I should have done after Jacob kissed me. I glanced down at the tiled floor gazing at my well-manicured feet.
Maybe I should have stayed and allowed him to mark me... But what if he is still in love with Avery or any other woman? My simile faded away to that vicious notion.
He kissed you, Bella wood, the little Omega from the moonstone pack. Wow, I reassured myself merrily with optimistic tears prickling in the corner of my eyes.
I had never kissed anyone in my whole eighteen years and it sent joyful butterflies to my stomach while I relieved every moment of it.
The mate bond called to me, but his lips and touch made me crave for him even more than life itself… he was my mate, my very own Alpha. My body quivered at the thought of his touch, while my cheeks reddened with blush.
I was in love, and all the resentment I had for him for kissing Beta Samantha vanished because in as much as I saw them share a kiss I had a feeling it was all Samantha's doings.
I know her type, she was crystal's type and I was not going to let her win over my mate as crystal did.
Suddenly a soft knock on the door only brought silence in my mind while I wondered who it was, did Jacob come over to finish what he started before I ran out of his bedroom? A bigger smile radiated on my face as I was excited to think it could be him at the door.
I quickly forced the dress off my body and grabbed a white towel and wrapped it around my chest covering up my exposed naked body.
"I'm coming."
I rushed to the door and tensed before opening it. I exhaled silently with a tight-lipped smile and slowly opened the door with my eyes twitching wanting to see my Jacob.
"I see you can't stay away from me that long, can you?." I declared thinking it was Jacob at the door.
I yearned to see my Jacob, but my happiness was short-lived as my eyes set upon omega Zoey my assigned servant standing still with a puzzled face holding up yet another big black gift box like the one I had received earlier which had my red dress in it with two different groomers standing behind her while they scrutinize me from head to toe.
"Hey Zoey, come in." I slowly walked away from the door with a droopy posture because the person I was expecting at the door turned out to be someone else.
I stopped in the center of the room with my hands on my hips and veered around to see what she brought for me this time around.
"Good morning lady Bella, Alpha Jacob has sent you another gift. He said that you should be ready in fifteen minutes. He will be waiting for you outside the mansion."
"And these people with you?" I stared back at the two ladies who were talking loudly about what to do with my hair.
"There are your groomers for today." She answered back with a bright smile. Zoey was a very cheerful girl for an omega. Maybe she was treated better than me when I was back home in guarana.
"Ok, put the box over there, and let me take a quick shower."
"Will you not see what is in the box?" She looked at me with a frown.
"No, I trust whatever Jacob has put for me in that box is well thought out, besides I have been given fifteen minutes to get ready."
"Oh you're right, please don't be long in the shower." She said.
I veered around to step into the shower and then the strange voices came back to my ears.
'I would kill for such a life.'
'the new Luna's body is hotter than the previous Luna Avery. I can definitely work with her.'
I veered around with furrowed brows, confused by the voices in my mind.
Who keeps talking in my mind? I darted at the three ladies who were busy doing their own things.
Was I going insane? That dreadful feeling sent a cold shiver down my spine.
"Do you need anything, lady Bella?" Zoey's words brought me back to reality.
I flickered my eyes with a body quiver.
"No, I just thought I heard someone say something."
"No one said anything, please hurry now, so that you don't get late." Zoey insisted.
"Ok, I will be out in a jiffy." I hurriedly sauntered straight to the shower, dropped my towel on the floor, and quickly took a five-minute bath.
With my hair dripping wet on my shoulders, I wrapped up a towel around me and walked out to the panicking ladies.
"Lady Bella, Gamma Nick was here a few minutes ago to check on you, he said the Alpha is waiting for you downstairs in the lounge." The two groomers tugged me by my hands and gently forced me to sit by the little workstation they created by my dressing table.
Five minutes later, the two ladies had managed to dry blow and style my hair in loose curls and put on light makeup to bring out my natural beauty.
"Thank you, ladies," I got up from the chair and sauntered to the bed where my chosen outfit by Jacob waited for me to unravel.
With quick movements, I opened the gift box, and in it there lay a beautiful apple-green floral dress with matching high-heeled wedges.
Wow, I slowly unwrapped the dress and in it was another smaller box, which had beautiful pink diamond studs.
Oh my goodness, my mouth opened while I placed my hand on my chest. This is beautiful. Alpha Jacob surely had good taste in what his woman should look like.
Another frantic yet soft knock is heard on the door.
"Hold on." zoey jerked up from her seat to walk to the door.
The rest of us in the room turned our attention to the door while Zoey hastily walked over and slightly opened the door.
"Yes?" She peered her head outside the room.
"Is lady Bella ready?" Nick's voice projected out.
"Yes, just give her two minutes and she will be out." She answered back in a rapid tone of voice. She closed the door even before could say anything else, and sauntered back to me.
"Alpha Jacob is becoming impatient waiting for his new bride." Zoey chuckled.
'she is so lucky' a voice resonated in my mind once again.
I quickly veered around to face the ladies with a scowl
"Who said that?" My voice cracked.
"Said what?" Zoey replied with a puzzled face.
I sighed heavily while glancing at each and every one of them. Was someone pranking me or I was just going mad? My lips trembled while exhaling softly.
"It's okay, never mind. I just thought I heard someone say something." I quickly veered back to face my bed because I did not want the ladies to think the new luna was mental.
But I swear I heard someone say something. I narrowed my eyes while slowly dressing up.
I hope I'm not losing my marbles. I sighed heavily while Zoey hurriedly helped me put on my shoes and studs
Minutes later, I walked into the lounge, where Jacob sat tapping his foot impatiently with his hand resting on his thigh.
He wore sky blue shorts with a v-neck body-hugging t-shirt, which showed his well-sculpted chest, his face covered by dark sunglasses…he wore all-white converse canvases with his signature medium brunette hair styled with a side part. He looked sexy in every way possible. I swallowed hard while I admired my very own personal Alpha. Suddenly he looked at me and everything around me suddenly moved in slow motion
"Hey kitten, you look stunning." He stared at me with an amazed gaze while he slowly removed his glasses from his face.
"Thank you." I blushed at his comment while fidgeting with my hands.
'thank you moon goddess.' he let out a naughty smirk while I heard his thought in my mind again.
Ok, this is becoming serious because I clearly heard him think out what he thought about me.
What is wrong with me??? I screamed internally because I did not want to alarm Jacob at my bizarre ability.
"Kitten, are you ready to go?" Jacob's voice echoed at a distance
I stood frozen, stunned at my new ability to answer his question. Was it a blessing or a curse from the goddess…
Well, whether gift or curse, I was going to use my new ability to try and find out if Jacob was not just dragging me along for the benefit of his pack and sexual desires.
Let the games begin…I let out a mischievous smirk and sauntered confidently to Jacob.
"Hey, honey, where are you taking me today?" I gave him a baleful stare straight into his eyes.
