Chapter 33 Chapter 33.
Alpha Jacob's POV.
Minutes later, I was done then grabbed a towel and wrapped it up my waist, and sauntered out of the bathroom to the bedroom area only to meet Beta Samantha sneaking into my room.
This woman is never going to rest and leave me alone. I sighed heavily.
"Samantha, what are you doing here?" I questioned her in a deep authoritative voice trying to scare her out of the room, which most of the time worked.
"Alpha…" she stuttered while walking towards me.
Curling her lips into a seductive smile, she confidently moved closer to me, while eye fucking my body.
This woman needs to get it in her thick skull that I can never be with her, come what may. I growled under my breath.
Bella is my mate now and she too needs to move on with her life…besides it's her fault she was still single because she publicly rejected a good mate just to be with me, but I can't be with someone I'm not mated to by the goddess.
Droplets of water trickled down my chest and she gulped like she was ready to do anything to have me all to herself.
I narrowed my eyes at her to try to intimidate her but instead of running out of my room, the girl braved herself and moved closer to me.
This bitch is crazy! Is it a death wish she is asking for? Because I will gladly grant her that wish.
"Do you need help with anything, Alpha?" She purred, reaching me.
"No. Now get out. I have no time for games." I growled and she giggled.
"Come on, Alpha. I'll give you a good time." Her hands went to my chest and trailed her fingers on it.
I scowled with gritting teeth, if it wasn't for the respect I had for epsilon Emilio her father, I would have dealt with this girl a long time ago.
"Samantha, I'm not going to entertain your silly games today, so…" suddenly, she flung her arms around my neck and pressed her lips to mine.
What the fuck? I gasped while she tried to stick her tongue inside my mouth. I'm going to kill this bitch.
Suddenly, the door creaked open…
"Hey, Alpha are you in here?"
"Sorry, wrong room."
"Alpha?" Bella's voice echoed in the room seconds after she walked in on us and I'm sure she saw Samantha kissing me.
My instinct immediately told me to roughly push Samantha away, which I did and growled threateningly." What the hell is wrong with you?", but it was late, because Bella stood emotionless with her mouth open, while Samantha smirked triumphantly.
Bella turned and retreated out of the room without saying anything else.
"Bella, please wait, I can explain everything." I ran to her and stopped just as she was about to enter her room.
"Explain what Alpha? Uh?" She huffed and puffed with a reddened face."You want to say that she is your side chick and I'm the lucky Luna?"
What is she talking about? I frowned upon her statement with narrowed eyes.
"No, that's not what I want to say." I made an effort to clasp her hand but she stepped back away from me.
"Fine, then explain yourself because I too want to hear what other excuses Alphas come up with when caught red-handed." She put her hands on her hips with a terrifying scowl and a raised brow.
"Samantha kissed me but I don't feel anything for her. It's you I want." I said in a soothing voice while stepping closer to her.
"Stop right there Mr." She put her hand on my chest and it sent weird yet happy tingles to my wolf.
"If it is me you want, how come you have not yet marked me or initiated me into the pack?" She darted at me with a serious face.
"I'm planning on doing that tonight." I blurted out.
"Lies, all men are lies and cheats. You are so disgusting, Jacob." She exclaimed.
Did she just call me by my name? Damn, she is pissed. I swallowed hard at how little but vicious she was for an omega.
"Trust me, I never wanted to hurt you in any way. I only want to love you" I blurted out loud without care for my feelings for Avery my dead mate. I clasped her hands tightly trying to reassure her that it was only her I wanted in my life…I already had lost her to the cold hands of death at the pond before the goddess resurrected her back to me and I was surely not going to lose her because of stupid Samantha and her fucked up tricks.
Bella scanned me from head to toe as though she was looking for something to make her believe my words. She slipped out of my grip with a sad look on her face.
"No, Alpha, you liar. You don't just want me. What about Avery, I can't compete with the dead, can I?" Tears pricked in the corner of her eyes.
Avery? I sighed softly without an answer to tell her at that moment.
What was I to say? That I was still in love with my former dead mate or that I felt guilty every time I made an effort to show my affection towards her?
"Ya, I thought so," she veered around and entered her room, and slammed the door in my face.
"Bella!" I whispered while placing my hand on the doorknob wanting to open it but the strength in me vanished while I stood at the door emotionless.
What should I do next?
