I sneered at him for calling me a little wolf because I did not like to be called little anything. "Why do you want to take me back home? What if I was running away from it?" I answered his question with a question. As it clicked within me that maybe he wanted to reject me in front of my family who will rejoice at my second rejection, except for pa maybe who had no idea that I Was indirectly rejected before I could reject Alpha Zach.
But then again, I wondered because pa was unpredictable in the presence of his stupid foolish wife 'Beta Diana.' maybe he too knew everything that was going on and chose to play dumb.
The handsome stranger scoffed with a slight grin on his face and looked deep into my eyes with so much intensity. " I'm Alpha Jacob Shephard of the midnight pack, what's your name?" He asked in a polite voice.
I peeked at him with a frown questioning his integrity and sincerity...But after a few seconds, I noticed his relaxed posture and let my guard down, and responded to his question. " My name is Bella Wood of the moonstone pack and I live in the nearby village called Garana. My father's name is Beta John Wood." I answered back with crimson cheeks. I became embarrassed because he was nothing but nice to me and I was here throwing my stupid tantrums at a nice gentleman who might accept me as his second-chance mate.
"Oh, I know him, I once had a chance to have a chat with him at the mega gala for all packs in Romania last year. He is such a good man," he declared with a bright look on his face like he just won the jackpot.
"Oh please, I wish you would have witnessed that great man earlier this evening," I murmured to myself while I pulled a face.
Pa was a great father when his wife was not around to influence his decision, but today was one of the horrible days I had to face him with his selfish manipulative wife causing him to shut down in her presence and not fight back for me. My jaws clenched at the thought and I guessed Alpha Jacob caught a glimpse of me and interfered with my thoughts
"Can you morph into your wolf?" He gently placed me down and I let out a painful moan which he noticed, then instantly transformed into his pitch Black majestic wolf as I jerked backward with marvel while I gawked at his beautiful wolf. Never had I seen such a wolf and not even Alpha Zach's wolf was this amazing.
'Get on my back' he snarled, signaling me to get on his back. He bowed down to allow me to get on his back…while I hesitantly climbed his furred back and clasped his long silky smooth black fur in my hands for support and then he bolted off back home to meet my parents.
The whole way home I was quiet in my thoughts as I wondered if I had made yet another great mistake going back home with him.
What will Pa think of me going back home naked with another Alpha from another pack, who had not yet said anything about our mate bond?
My heart ached with a lot of uncertain feelings and another one of those was going back to where I was accused of stealing Diana's expensive pearl necklace. I sighed softly with a sad faraway look on my face.
Why does Alpha Jacob not reject me to lessen the pain I am headed for?

Seated quietly in the living room in my loose-fitting green mickey mouse t-shirt dress with pa and Diana as we awaited Alpha Jacob who was getting dressed in Pa's borrowed jeans after we both arrived home in our birthday suits.
The sounds of crickets chirping echoed in the four walls of the living room, With Diana, looking at me with a scowled face and Pa once again evading my gaze hence I faced the floor to also avoid Diana's hot stare.
The tension in the room was slowly building up as seconds turned to minutes while we all waited quietly... but Diana looked like she had a lot to say to me as I tried to maintain a calm composure but Diana was talking with her eyes.
I swear, one day her stare will burn me to the core. I chuckled quietly while I fidgeted with butterflies in my stomach. I was nervous about what Alpha Jacob had to say to Pa and Diana.
I did not know if he would accept me or reject me because of the fact that I was an Omega. Besides, one Alpha already rejected me for my Beta sister, so what will stop Alpha Jacob from rejecting me? I sighed softly.
Suddenly Alpha Jacob sauntered half naked with only Pa's long ritzy tight black jeans barefoot...the jeans left nothing out of the imagination and I gawked at his wrestler's broad shoulders while my eyes unknowingly dropped to his crotch and Damm!!! He was well-packaged with his junk. I swallowed hard to his sight as I examined every part of his body, which I earlier avoided.
He was a six-foot tall man who had a smooth spade-shaped well shaved chin with a manful gritty stubble. His eyes dazzled with wonder as they let out a fiery fierce flare of passion and pain.
His devil-may-care outlook and stellar smile defined his cheekbones as he moved with a leopard-like grace…these were part of his burly physique with brunette short hair, pressed to one side.
"Welcome to my home, Alpha Jacob once again." Pa got up from his chair and ambled to the savior who saved his clumsy silly daughter who stupidly ran into the dangerous forest all by herself again...
