Ria's pov

I felt so bored staying inside and since I had recovered, I decided to go do some training. But even while I held the sword and was fighting around the training ground, I could help but recall the main reason I was here.

I had just one purpose when I insisted they make me Luna, I was going to find out who framed my father and murdered the previous Alpha to prove that justice was served and then I would reject all three Alphas.

But even though so much had changed, I was more determined to find the culprit. While I was still engrossed in the fight, I caught Silas scent and as soon as I turned around, I noticed him just outside the training ground as he seemed lost in his thoughts.

“Want to join?” I asked with a smile on my face and that seemed to have jerked him back to reality.

“How can I refuse?” he smirks and starts walking towards the ring. “I must say, this is the last place that I had expected to see you, especially given what you had to go through”

“I am fine now. I proved myself to everyone and I won, I am don't think that I should still remain on the bed, besides I think that right now I should start preparing myself”

“Preparing yourself for what?” He asked in a confused manner.

“I don't know yet, I just have the feeling that I might have so many targets on my back yet. I don't know them but soon they will show their self”

Hearing my words, it seemed to have jerked something in his memory. He dropped the sword he had picked up before, held my hand and started walking out of the training ground.

“There is something I have been meaning to discuss with you and I don't think there would ever be the best time for it”

“Alright. I am listening. Go ahead and tell me what it is”

“We had a deal when we first talked about this marriage with you but my brothers and I have had sex with you and it's no lies that we can't deny the mate bond, now I want to know. Do you really have any plans of severing the mate bond?”

“Of course! That was the deal!” I responded nonchalantly

“Are you sure about this? You went through a lot of trails just to prove your stand as the Luna and now you are just going to let everyone of it go like that”

“I will be fine” I spoke coldly, but he was yet to understand the truth.

The truth was that once I was able to find out what happened to the previous Alpha, it would be easier for me to clear my name and then I can finally take over as the female Alpha.

Just the thought of that made me smile, realizing how much I already had my entire life planned out.

“Silas, if you don't mind, I have something that I would like to know”

“Sure. Whatever it is”

“You all were so sure aftee the death of your Father that the Beta was behind it, how did you find out”

I asked knowing that after my father was framed for the death of the Alpha he served with his whole life. No one ever cared to explain to me how it all happened, rather they were so quick to instigate that I was also working with my father, but now that I have some power as the Luna, I am going to find out so much.

“My father, Alpha Leo was poisoned and it was a rare poison, but do you know the funny part about all of this, whoever touched that poison, under a fluorescent light, their hands turned purple”

“You do realize that he could be framed, whoever that was behind it might have drugged him or accidentally make him come in contact with the poison”

“Yes. That was what Dante said at first, he also believed that your father was framed, but guess what. That same plant can only be seen in your father's garden and that same day, he had cultivated all of them, would you also regard that as being framed?”

He asked and this time I was silent, something was adding up and right that moment, I couldn't grasp my head around it.

Silas walked up closer to me, as his scent swept around me, he held both my hands and was staring right into my eyes.

It was a lie!

I kept telling myself, no matter what anyone thinks. There was no way they were going to make me believe that the man who raised me all my life after the absence of my mother was a murderer.

We all thought that you were a traitor and now that I know the truth, I hope that you can think it through about severing the bond, even if you don't want to be with Lucien and Dante. You should know that I value the mate bond and would never betray you”

I smiled and in that instinct. I kissed him softly then deeply with his hand tuck around my waist and began to go down slowly.

Even in this moment when I felt the mate bond spark between us. I was still certain that I was never going to let any of the Triplets Alphas mark me. Not Silas or any of his brothers.

After a while. I pulled Away from him and was smiling. “I am all sweaty, I think I should go have my bath then I can come down for some meal”

“Sure” he nodded but there was a hint of disappointment in his eyes while he stood there and watched me walk away.
