At night she was sleeping in her room when she heard a knock on the window. She ignored it and slept. "Hey! wake up" she startled and sat up with a jerk when she heard his voice and felt his presence just beside her. She put her hand just above her heart as her heart was beating very fast.
"Rohan, what are you doing here?" She yelled and whispered. "Why so scared? it's just me" he said and chuckled seeing her afraid. "Cut the crap and get out," she said. "I am here to apologize to you but you are pushing me away, very bad," he said dramatically making a fake cry face.
"Rohan, stop your drama please go na I don't want someone to catch us like this too in the middle of the night" she pleaded with him joining her hands in front of him.
"Are you still mad at me?" He asked and she looked away. "Kriya, I am sorry. I am such a stupid I shouldn't have kissed you forcefully please forgive me" he said true heartedly and her heartfelt his truth.
"You know what I thought to gave you a chance but you ruined it by coming here at this time," she said. "Really" he was surprised. "You forgave me," he asked and she make faces. "Kriya, you can't imagine how much happiness you have given me. Thank you, thank you, thank you so muchhh" he squealed and hugged her tightly taking her off guard.
"Rohan I can't breathe" he broke the hug and held his ears whispering sorry again. She shook her head and smiled at last. "I am sorry for hurting you. I was about to tell you everything but you found out about it before. I realized how much you mean to me. I never wanted to hurt you but I broke your heart brutally. Please forgive me" he said, caressing her cheeks.
She saw his teary eyes which he was trying to hide but failed. "Rohan" she called him softly and he looked up at her and found her eyes holding tears back.
"I was hurt, very hurt. I didn't want to fall in love again and that's why I always avoided you because my stupid heart started liking you. And that's what I am afraid of, that you will also hurt me and see it was true" she said with a sad smile which made his heart clenched. And he again cursed himself.
"I am sorry" he whispered, closing his eyes and a lone tear escaped from the corner of his eyes and she wiped it shaking her head in no. "I promised myself that I won't fall in love again after my boyfriend ditched me. You know I was also a bet for him" she said and let out a dry chuckle and he felt bad because he also made a bet on her but soon he realized that she was the reason for his smile.
She was his peace. He loves her and he can't even imagine his life without her. He was about to tell her everything because he didn't want to keep her in the dark anymore but with his bad luck, she knew everything already for a long time.
"I forgave you already because I love you. And I heard from someone that if we can have the heart to love someone then we can also have the heart to forgive them if they asked you forgiveness truly" she said cupping his cheeks and both smiled for each other.
"You changed everything, you made me fall for you crazily and I let myself fall for you," she said and joined their foreheads, closing her eyes.
"I love you" she whispered. "I love you too, always" he whispered with a smile and leaned closer to her and connected their lips.

Mayank's POV:
I was in my office checking some files. I didn't come to the office often these days after my accident so there's a lot of work pending and some files need my signatures. After completing the files I attended the meeting and cracked the deal. I came to my cabin and sat on my chair just then my phone rang.
"I am coming" I answered and hung up the call. I walked out of my office and drove to my penthouse. After reaching there I walked to the basement where that driver was tied to the chair. The blood of his wounds had dried up. I picked the jug of water and splashed it on his face and he came to his consciousness.
"Sir I am ready to tell you the truth please don't kill me" he begged to cry in front of me. "Cut the crap and tell me the truth. Who sent you to kill me?" I shouted and asked him angrily. "Samar, Samar Choudhary sent me to kill you. He gave me a huge amount to do all this" finally he spilled the truth.
"Samar" I was surprised yet shocked. After doing research about him I found out that he was in prison for the last five years and the most shocking thing is he murdered a woman and he was imprisoned for 14 years.
"Sir the lady who was killed by Samar, her name was Sheela Sethi '' one of my guards informed me and it shocked me to the core. Sheela aunty Seher's mother. He killed her mother but why. Now there were many things that were still hidden.
What bad happened after my departure that changed Seher so much.
Whatever, I need to find out everything as soon as possible. I walked out of the basement and sat in my car and drove to the hospital.
I parked my car in the hospital's parking lot and walked inside. "I want to meet doctor Ashwini Sethi," I told the receptionist. She checked on her computer and told me that she was in surgery now so I have to wait. A ward boy took me to her cabin and I waited for her.
"Mayank, you here" after almost two hours she came and asked me as she took her seat. "I have something to talk about with you aunty," I said and she nodded at me to continue. "Samar is in which ward?" I asked and she lost all the colors on her face.
"Wh... What?" She asked, not sure that what she heard was right. "I know that he killed Sheela aunty, but why? I want to know everything aunty, and please this time don't hide anything from me" I said in a serious tone and she let out an audible sigh.
"He killed Sheela bhabi (sister in law). Seher suffered a lot only because of him. She was afraid of darkness and the reason is Samar" she said and I fisted my palm tightly in anger. He was the reason that she has nyctophobia.
"After you left India she fell sick. She called you that time when she got to know that you are leaving but... " I got angry at her and said many ill words to her. This time I was angry at myself.
