“ Asher “
I smiled, walking over to him more like limping after what happened last night. He quickly rushed over to me and looked at me concerned.
“ what happened? Why are you walking like that? Are you not healed- “
I smiled and shook my head, wanting him to calm down first.
“ I’m fine “
“ how did you fall? “
“ well, our baby being clumsy “
I rolled my eyes at aurora’s words as she slightly nudged me making just smile. Asher held my hand so carefully, not wanting to hurt me and sighed.
“ I was so scared “
“ we can see “
Aurora remarked making me want to hit her head but she giggled.
“ where’s calux ? “
Aurora asked, looking around to find calux as both of them stay together all the time.
“ he is waiting “
Asher offered me his arm and I chuckled before grabbing his arm. It was evening and we came to get our coffee but aurora had called them over once again because Asher had been insisting on meeting.
“ where’s your necklace? “
I looked up at him and my cheeks turned red hearing about the necklace. The thought of Luciano pulling me with the chain and touching me till I passed out made me blush so badly and I clenched my thighs feeling tingles.
“ I forgot to wear it and I was also scared of losing it so I kept it away safely.”
I lied hesitantly. The necklace, well Luciano broke it into the tiniest pieces and burnt it so I could never ever get it.
We all settled down and Asher looked at me before pushing his hand over my shoulders making me look up at him confused.
“ I was scared when I found out you fell. I wanted to come see you but your family- “
“ Adeline “
Aurora literally spit out her drink and patted her chest to calm herself. My eyes widened in horror and I stood up quickly, pulling away from Asher as quickly as I could.
“ Luciano “
I looked at him who stood with his hands in his pocket. His hairs perfectly styled with anger displaying on his face. My heart dropped to my stomach and I saw Christian standing next to him.
What the hell were they doing?

He called me making me feel goosebumps. Asher looked at me confused before looking at Luciano. He stood up and I was already getting the feels that this was not gonna go well.
I quickly glanced at aurora and by the look on her face, she was mentally cursing at herself for agreeing to meet Asher and calux.
“ who are you? “
My eyes widened as Asher questioned Luciano. Aurora quickly nudged me knowing how dangerous this whole situation was getting. I held Asher’s arm signaling him to stay quiet and I could feel Luciano’s burning gaze on my hand holding Asher.
I quickly stepped in between Luciano and Asher and smiled more like forced one to come out polite.
“ Asher. He is Luciano. “
“ my uncle “
Aurora quickly joined me before hugging Luciano whom gave her a stern look before looking back at me.
“ he’s Asher and that’s Calux. Our friends “
Aurora introduced and I blinked. I did not know what to do when suddenly……… Asher leaned down from behind next to my ear and whispered.
“ that’s the cruel- “
I quickly turned my head with my eyes popped open and he stopped his words.
“ the fuck are you both doing here? “
Christian literally growled making me jump in my place as aurora hid in Luciano’s shoulder. Luciano loved aurora as his niece and would not scold her much because he somewhere loved her but Christian was always there to do it in Luciano’s place.
I looked at Luciano and looking at his face, he had a hard look on his face. He wasn’t even looking at me now as his eyes continued to throw daggers at Asher. He wasn’t even looking just seconds away from throwing Asher on the floor and shed his blood.
“ that- we just- “
“ dude chill. We were just hanging out “
Calux replied like the cool guy he was but me and aurora literally cursed at him because the men he was trying to play cool in front of were not some random people.
“ Christian take aurora home “
Luciano ordered and aurora gulped before giving me a tense smile before quietly waking out with Christian. I timidly looked up at Luciano and by the look on his face, I knew he wanted me to walk out but all of a sudden, Asher grabbed my wrist holding me back making me gasp.

My heartbeat quickened as I glanced at Asher and turned my head to Luciano but before I could process, a hard punch landed on Asher’s jaw and he fell on the floor.

Luciano growled and stepped forward to jump on Asher but I quickly held his arm trying to stop him. Luciano muscles stiffened and he was mad. Hella mad like a bubbling volcano ready to burst.

Calux quickly helped Asher who had blood dripping out of his mouth making me widen my eyes. I took a step forward towards Asher to help him but Luciano gripped my arm tightly before glaring at me with his fiery eyes.

I looked at Luciano in disbelief. What was wrong with him? I looked at Asher with a sorry look as Luciano dragged me out and towards the car. I struggled to get my arm free but he did not even care about the looks we were getting from the people.

He opened the backseat of the car before pushing me inside making me gasp at his harshness. He got into the backseat and I turned to him, anger rising in me.

He warned me. His voice deadly making me back away from him. I pushed my hair back with my hand and closed my eyes. My head suddenly aching with a sharp intense pain. My feet burning and it was all because of his roughness.
I was still healing from my fall but he …… Is just blind.

I ignored him. He had to calm down because he was being too much. All of a sudden, he grabbed my arm and turned me around making me fall on his chest. I looked at him and my hands rested on his chest. His one arm around my waist, keeping me close.

He scoffed tightening his grip around my waist making me whimper. My soft skin ached at his rough touch but at that moment he did not care.

I hissed in anger making him hold my chin firmly and a devilish grin appeared on his lips.

I blinked rapidly as the scenes from last night flashed inside my mind. My body started heating up as I struggled to get out of his grip.
