Kiss-es

Kiss-es
 Chapter Seventy-Nine

Lucian’s hands settled on either side of Artemis' waist, pulling him down to his lap. The shift in weight was sudden, a heavy, solid heat that shattered the agonizing restraint Lucian had been clinging to.

As soon as their lips met, all of Lucian’s jealousy and sadness disappeared. This wasn't a gentle kiss. It was wild and full of built-up frustration. Artemis groaned against his mouth, his voice thick with frustration and desperate need, his fingers digging ruthlessly into Lucian’s hair.

Lucian’s grip on Artemis’s waist tightened until his knuckles turned white. He pulled the boy flush against his chest, needing to erase every inch of distance, to forget everything about Stefan and the outside world as their tongues glided against each other.

The kiss became deeper and more intense. Artemis tried to pull away but Lucian wouldn’t let him go. He didn’t want it to end. He didn’t want Artemis to go back to ignoring him. He didn’t want to just fantasize the taste of him anymore.

"Lucian..." Artemis gasped against his lips.

But Lucian didn't want him to speak. He didn't want explanations about stalkers or their messy lives. He wrapped his arms around Artemis’s lower back and pulled him even closer, tasting the warmth he had missed so much. He wanted to tell Artemis how much he missed him with this one kiss.

Artemis wrapped his legs around Lucian’s hips, grinding slowly against the man. His lips dropped to Lucian’s jaw, lingering just for a second, before kissing down his throat until he buried himself in Lucian’s neck and gently bit the skin near his collarbone. Lucian let out a low groan, his lips parting as the tingling sensation of Artemis’ heated tongue against his skin ran through him.

Lucian shut his eyes, allowing Artemis to do whatever he wanted with him.

Artemis pulled back slightly to look at him. His grey eyes were dark and full of intense emotion. He was breathing heavily.

“Don’t leave,” Lucian pleaded.

A small smile touched his lips. “I'm not but I need to get that psycho out of here.”

“I can do that…”

“Sshhhh!” Artemis placed a finger on his lip. “If you just kick him out, he’ll come back tomorrow. Let me handle this, okay?”

There was protest in those blue eyes. Lucian’s arms were still tight around him. The man did not believe Artemis would come back to his arms after this. He was terrified that something would happen with Stefan and Artemis would permanently change his mind.

Aside from being a stalker, Stefan was pretty good-looking and young. He had all the qualities Artemis wanted.

“Lucian…”

The man gulped.

“I told you I don’t like clingy men,” Artemis snorted, cupping his cheeks. Those blue eyes searched his. “I'll be gone for a few hours max. You can text me if you’re worried, how’s that?”

“What about after?” Lucian asked. “When you come home…”

“Hmmm,,,” Artemis hummed thoughtfully. “You are kinda hard…”

“That’s not what I meant,” Lucian cut in, his ears turning red. He was very much aware of his current state but Artemis was sitting on him and kissing him. How was he supposed to keep his cool?

Artemis smirked, “isn’t it a little too late to act all righteous, professor. You want to fuck me, admit it.”

Lucian massaged his temples with a groan. But it was mostly to hide the flush on his cheeks. He missed this side of Artemis way too much.

Artemkis took the brief movement of distraction to get off his lap. “I'll be back, professor. Wait for me, okay?”

“Okay,” Lucian agreed. He didn’t want to act all needy and hungry because of the little attention Artemis gave him. He'd use this time to prepare his mind for whatever Artemis would throw at him when he got back.

Artemis walked towards the door, then stopped suddenly. Lucian arched a brow, wondering why he stopped.

Artemis glanced back with that mischievous smirk Lucina had gotten accustomed to.

“Or maybe I should take off my clothes first so you get a perfect image to jerk off to.”

Lucian laughed despite himself. “God! Get out, Artemis…”

“Oh?” Artemis teased. “A while ago, you were shamelessly begging me to stay.”

He was about to take a step towards Lucian when a knock came on the floor. His smile froze. Lucian’s eyes flickered towards the door.

A hint of annoyance crossed Artemis’s face and he spun around, opening the door. Stefan stood there with a sheepish grin.

“I don’t mean to interrupt…” his hazel eyes dragged to Lucian, before refocusing on Artemis. “We're getting late for our date.”

“It is not a date,” Artemis muttered under his breath, pushing past him. He shut the door behind him, facing Stefan squarely. “What do you think you’re doing?”

“What?” Stefan asked innocently. “I just wanted to tell you to hurry up.”

Artemis sighed, moving to his room door. “Go wait in the living room.”

Stefan nodded but didn’t move until Artemis shut the door. A few seconds passed before he opened Lucian’s door and walked in.

Lucian was still sitting on his bed when his door suddenly opened. He thought it was Artemis until Stefan walked in. Lucian stood up, eyes narrowing.

“What are you doing in here?” Lucian asked but Stefan remained unfazed by the iciness of his tone and continued approaching him. He stopped in front of Lucian, just staring at him. His eyes flickered to Lucian’s bruised neck.

His lips tilted. “he did that, didn’t he?” The question caught Lucian off-guard. “Did you enjoy it? Does it feel good?”

“Are you insane?” Lucian muttered, gobsmacked. Stefan smiled and closed the gap between them. He was a few inches taller than Lucian.

“Did he kiss you?” He reached for Lucian’s face but the man moved away. “I’ve always wanted to know what he tastes like, but I don’t think he’ll just kiss me if I ask.”

Lucian’s heart skipped. Was this the person Artemis was going to spend a few hours with? He sounded like a total nut job.

“Get out,” Lucian said calmly. He didn’t want to stir trouble with Artemis’s guest.

“Yeah, I think not!” Stefan snickered, closing the gap into a second. Before Lucian could react, a pair of lips locked on his.
