Louis's pov

"Shut up Brad," I said she took two steps closer to them

"If you take another move then I would cut your mate's fingers one after the other," Brad said

I stood on the spot as I watched them and I clenched my fists in anger I felt like beating the hell out of Brad but I knew that he wasn't joking and I didn't want him to hurt my mate

"This is why I hate love but unfortunately the moon goddess will also give me a mate," Conrad said

"But you see, here's my plan, I would make sure that we're not close" Conrad added and I didn't say anything, I tried to think of what to do now

"Ethan, you hear me," I said through the mind link

"Yes, I can hear you" He replied

"I have a plan," I said

"I want to mind link out soldiers and give them this place's address," I said

"That's good but how do we describe this place," Ethan asked a couldn't help but softly laugh but there was a little problem, I had to shut Brad out because Brad is also a member of our pack but what if another pack members decide to mind link each other, Brad will hear it but I need to worry less now because I'm a difficult position right now

"What's wrong Louis, you're surprised right," Brad said

"You didn't expect it right, it was all planned, we had plan B you internally saw those clues on the road because we didn't want it to look too easy," Conrad said

"Yeah, even the garage, we knew you weren't dumb to enter and you would think that's the plan," Brad said and chuckle

"It was planned," He said with a proud smile on his face

"Well planned brother, well planned" As I said and mind linked my pack members and they responded positively, I needed them to be wise and I made sure that I told them not to go into the garage

"Yes Louis, while you did your little Reunion with your baby mama, I was out sorting for ways to bring you down"

"She's my mate Brad and I don't blame you for not understanding, it only convinces me that you're a weak loser who doesn't deserve love," I said, keeping my voice calm and cool

"Listen to yourself talk Louis, Love? Love makes us vulnerable and you're vulnerable right now, I can't believe that you could stand in a spot without being held, the Louis I know wouldn't do that" Brad said

"Look how weak you are, look how weak you look, and humans?" Brad scoffed

"The fact that both of you can trust each other is so ridiculous," Brad said and turned to face Kayla

"Do you trust this man, he left you for years and you had to take care of those kids, he was busy enjoying his life fu*king other women"

"Brad!" I called, he was being such a jerk and I didn't know what he was planning to do

"Louis, I'm just pointing out the truth, isn't it obvious!"

"No Brad, we are not going to do this," I said

"What happen, why can't we, or are you scared that your weak human mate here who you are dying for will learn something about you and turn her back on you moreover, she doesn't feel the mate bond"

"What is he talking about," Kayla said

"Nothing important" I replied without turning to face her, if I had looked into her eyes then I would have found it hard to lie to her

"I'll tell you," Brad said and turned to her

"Brad!" I yelled

"Are you scared of losing a human Louis, I understand, I know you trust the mate bond but you don't trust her love because she's human?" Brad said and scoffed

"You don't have to worry too much about it because I'm going to kill her in front of you and you what the best part is, you can't do anything about it, you'd just have to stare and watch," Brad said

"I know you would feel the pain but it's only once, but I am still thinking, should I end your life after that or let you live in total misery," Brad said as he turned to face my mate

"Don't touch my face" Kayla said as Brad brought his hands close to her face and Brad burst into laughter

"You go into this mess Kayla, I know you didn't want this but who cares what you want, it's your fate," Brad said

"Louis, I don't understand all this, Louis explain something to me," Kayla said, I will not let her die, I won't let anything happen to her

"Everything is alright Kayla, I and Brad will talk things out and we will leave this place soon" I replied and Brad and Conrad scoff

"You know what I find more interesting, after I end Kayla's life if I kill you, it would make things easier but if I let you live then you will spend the rest of your life in misery," Brad said and smirked

"That's good," Conrad said

"You're forgetting something Brad, you're forgetting something," I said

"And what do you think I'm forgetting," Brad asked

"You always lose, but yet you keep trying, why?" I said and he burst into laughter

"He just can't accept defeat and just like the other times, you'll still lose, you can't do anything," Ethan said, I turned to him and smirked, our good fighters found their way here and soon they'll be fighting and I'm sure that just like the other times, He will lose

"Brad, I know you spent a lot of time on this plan," I said as I made one step forward with a smile on my face

"But it's a shame that in the end, you'll lose" I smiled but surprisingly Brad didn't say anything, he kept a straight face and I saw a smirk appear on Brad's face
