I purposely chose to jog at dawn, so that my mind would be distracted from Piper. Damn, even though I released my sexual desire to her repeatedly, I felt like I was never satisfied. Piper's exhaustion matched my sexual desire.

So, when she was exhausted. She really fell asleep soundly. I didn't expect, this morning when I woke up and found her sleeping soundly beside me. Heat hit me again, and I felt really crazy to want to have sex with her again.

That's why I forced my wolf to get some fresh air outside, so I had to save Piper from the wildness of my beast.

“Alpha Damon? I didn’t expect to meet you here.”

Suddenly my steps stopped, I ran into Beta Arka. Behind him, six wolves had just run into the forest.

“Getting some fresh air, just for a moment!” I said.

“Well, we’re hunting! Would you like to join us for our campfire tonight? If we’re lucky, we’ll have some top-quality venison, you know nature provides everything, right?” he said.

“I need my Luna's approval for that,” I said, smiling faintly.

“Yeah, Luna, we will also be happy to welcome you, and…” Arka's words stopped.

His face became tense, accompanied by the return of his six pack in human form. Each of us felt the instinct of what was happening.

“Shit!” I grumbled.

Beta Arka also felt the anxiety that I felt. He ordered his friends to scatter, and only a few of them followed me.

“Don’t disappoint me, Beta Arka!” I said.

“I fucking don’t know what the hell is going on,” he said, as he followed my running steps.

Even though I had met Alpha in this area before. We had a good relationship, but not with some of the elements. These bandits really made me nervous, while I could see Piper feeling comfortable here.

Piper's eyes were excited to enjoy the atmosphere here again, so I thought it would be a good idea to bring her here. But it seems like I'm going to regret my decision to bring her here.

My mindlink is active, Mona tells me the situation. Some of my men have fallen because of the attack.

“I’m sorry sir, but suddenly we were fooled and they scattered wolfsbeen powder towards us,” Mona said. I could imagine her hoarse and anxious voice.

"What about my Luna?" I asked

“We tried to protect her, Sir, but…” Mona’s voice broke off, then I heard a long howl.

“Fuck!” I groaned. That meant Mona was almost at her limit, she had surrendered her body completely to her wolf.

I quickened my pace, as did Arka. We didn't want this situation to happen, but I swore I would declare war if anything happened to Piper.

When I arrived at the villa, the bodies of my men were scattered. Some of them were still breathing, but could no longer move. I followed Piper's scent, while Arka and his gang secured the backyard.

As soon as I passed through the main door, I was brutally attacked. They attacked me all at once, but they were not the biggest obstacle for me. It was easy for me to knock them down.

I charged in another direction, following the scent of Piper and Mona who seemed to be on the second floor.

Mona was at the door, panting for breath. She sat down holding her chest, but her movements were like trying to get up to reach the doorknob.

“Mona?”

Mona glanced at me, she put her hands together begging me for forgiveness “I’m sorry Alpha! I tried, I just…” She whined.

I glanced toward the bedroom door, and my wolf instincts felt more than I could control. I hated to think of what was going on in there.

I burst through the door, and couldn't believe my eyes. Holly fucking moon, these three bastards were trying to rape my mate.

Piper lay weakly on the bed, her legs struggling to save herself. Her clothes were torn and messy. Tears were streaming down her cheeks, so swollen with a face that was flushed red.

“Kill them all, kill them!” my wolf shouted.

I howled, how dare they touch my mate. My wolf took over my position. We attacked the three bandits without mercy. I was really brutal, while Piper ran to the corner of the room.

Piper curled up there, her face buried in her knees. I could still hear her crying, and it really made my emotions go out of control.

I howled once more, signaling to the inhabitants of this area how angry I was. How upset I was, to the point that I felt like destroying them all. I wanted to declare war, until I leveled every pack here.

“You bastard, you’re ruining our fun!” said one of them.

They turned into three black wolves. I didn't care about the room that was destroyed because of our fight. As much as I could, I controlled my wolves, but the anger I felt had controlled everything.

It was unbearable, until I tore them apart. Blood was everywhere. The room was filled with howls and screams of pain.

Mona couldn't move anymore, and Piper just curled up and covered her ears. I regret leaving her here alone. I tried to comfort her. I tried to make her not feel stressed, but what do I do now?

A few minutes passed, I managed to defeat the three of them. As soon as I shifted with my wolf, Beta Arka communicated through mindlink with me. He had also captured the others out there.

However, I couldn't let this matter rest so easily. I knelt in front of Piper, my breath half-gasping. There were a few scratches on my body, but they didn't hurt at all.

The only thing that hurts me the most right now is my heart “I’m sorry, I really apologize to you!” I whined.

Piper slowly lifted her head, her red eyes and pale lips staring at me. Her body trembled, while her tiny palms tried to cover the torn part of her clothes.

“I didn’t expect this to happen, I’m really sorry to you!” I said again.

Piper didn't say anything. Silently, her tears flowed softly. Not long after, Arka came bringing a medical team from their pack. They moved quickly to save my men who could still be saved.

I didn't let anyone touch Piper. I carried her body bridal style, and moved her to a different room.

By midnight, the villa was quiet again. Piper was already asleep after the medical team gave her a sedative. I still felt restless to see Piper's face.

My nose smelled a different scent, Alpha Meret with Beta Arka entered my villa. I grimaced, feeling displeasure because of their presence. As soon as I clenched my fist, and my intimidation instinct was active, they felt my anger.

“We can talk about this with cool heads, Alpha Damon,” said Alpha Meret.

“How can you ask me to calm down, when your gang can't control these bandits!”

“We didn’t expect them to bother you and your Luna! They don’t usually hang around here.”

“Do I look like I care about that? They’re part of your pack!” I said. My voice raised.

“I know! And I will be responsible for everything. Your losses, and other things!” said Alpha Meret

“Do you think I am not capable of repairing all the damage that has occurred in this villa?” I replied,

“Damon, let’s make a decision. Some of those bandits have already died by your hands, so…”

“They tried to rape my Luna! If this happened to your Luna, would you just stay calm, and forget about it?” I protested.

Meret and Arka looked at each other, they must have known that my emotions were out of control right now. In fact, I can't say how tight I felt. This was not about the material loss I received, but about my Luna.

I couldn't stand seeing Piper insulted, hurt and put down. I thought, not to disturb their comfort, to come in good condition to this area. Damn, they were so brave to disturb the comfort of me and my Luna.

“So, what do you want?” Alpha asked simply.

“I want to kill the leader of these bandits!” I replied.

“They don’t have a leader! They just live in groups, and just do whatever they like.”

“Then take me to their headquarters! Why are you all just standing there? Letting these bandits roam free!”

“We have done our best to destroy their group, but it is like a web of evil that will never break. As long as they do not make a big impact, then sometimes we ignore them,” Arka replied.

I took a deep breath, once again my heart just couldn't accept it because they tarnished my Luna. I don't even know what Piper's psychological situation is like after this.

“I said, take me to their headquarters!” I ordered firmly.
