Chapter 25 I really can’t wait!

I don’t know how it happened but that kiss turned into something else and it was after two rounds, that we finally pulled away from each other. 
“Bye,” I whispered and he wanted to kiss me again but I quickly dodged it and got out of the bed.
“Ohh now you’re running from me?” He teased. 
“I have to before you get me begging for more.”
“And will that be bad?” He quizzed while I rolled my eyes playfully.
“As enticing as that sounds, I don’t think we want to be caught this very night. Remember how sneaky how your brother can get.” I said and then quickly put on my nightgown.
“Arghhhh! I’m just going to sleep early then so we can continue in my dreams.” He muttered while I blushed. 
“That’s so sweet, I guess I’ll join you soon then. Good nitey…” I blew him a couple kisses and then left. 
I made sure I was really quiet and getting back to the room, I stayed at the door for a while, just to be sure Matt was still sleeping. 
I finally got into bed and he didn’t even flinch. The moment my body hit the soft mattress, I slept right off and just like we planned, I was soon in a dream with Theo and my goodness, we had tons of fun.
The next time I opened my eyes, it was morning and the bed was empty. I initially thought Matt was getting ready for work but I looked up and saw his car keys were not at the usual place. His phones and laptop weren’t there too.
He has definitely gone to work. 
A sweet smile immediately took over my face as I hurried out of bed and into the bathroom to freshen up.
I got into the closet, threw on my sexy lingerie, wrapped my robe on it and then made my way to the door. 
I was going to see my sweet boy. But then, just as I opened the door, I saw Evelyn there, about to knock.
“Hi darling,” she exclaimed with a big smile which I tried to return but I wasn’t in the mood for her at all. I just want her out of my way so I can get on my own way.
“Good morning, hope you had a great night?” I asked.
“Of course I did and that’s why I’m up early. I’ve been busy thinking about your wedding and I’ve managed to come up with some ideas that I think will really elevate the whole thing. Come with me, let’s go talk about it. I’m sure you will love them.” She chimed in and then pulled me along with her downstairs. 
I was so turned off and if I could, I would magically cause her to fall into a deep sleep. I don’t know why she’s so hyped about the wedding when I, the bride hasn’t even had any thought about it.
We settled in the living room and she grabbed her iPad. She scrolled through and stopped on a page. It was a list of the ideas she got and it was a really long list. I mean, a damn long one. 
“Ohh my, this is a really long one!” I muttered slowly while she looked at me like she wasn’t seeing it too.
“You call this long? This is only the first part, I haven’t had the time to put the other parts down here. Grace darling, this is the first wedding in this family and you know the position we hold in the society. The wedding has to be loud, expensive and perfect. Your planner will be coming over to the house later in the day and you can let her know everything you need.” She let out and before I could respond, she continued.
“You don’t even have to worry about money, not that you’ve ever had to worry about it anyway. But as far as this wedding is concerned, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We are going all the way with the money. No stone will be left unturned.” She added.
I wanted to tell her to save her energy as no wedding would be taking place. And all the money they spend will only be a waste. 
But then, I can’t tell her such. She wants this wedding just as much as Matt wants it too telling her my stand on the wedding won’t change a thing. In fact, she would join hands with Matt and make sure it happens. Even if they have to kidnap me, they won’t hesitate. 
“That’s so kind of you, I’m just so lucky to have you. I can’t imagine the stress I’d go through if not for your support. I’d probably crash and maybe even won’t make it to the wedding.” I let out, pretending I was being playful. 
“I know right, that’s why I’ll never leave your side. This wedding has to happen.” She replied and though she had a cute smile on her face all through, I could hear the seriousness in her tone. 
We went over every point on the list one after the other till we were finally done. 
“Phew… that was such a long one.” I said, finally letting out a deep sigh. 
“I think we should put a pause for now till the planner comes. That should give you some time to attend to yourself too. I’m sorry I dragged you out of bed so early in the morning.” She pleaded while I nodded.
“It’s fine, you just wanted to help and I’m so happy you did.” I replied. 
I looked up just then and saw Theo descending the stairs. He was all dressed and looking so hot. He hadn’t been down since morning so that only means he’s coming for food food. 
“Okay, I should get some food in this belly, it has been making noise since we started.” I said, while running my belly, pretending like I was so hungry.
“Alright darling, I’ll send someone for you when she gets here.” She said and I was already gone before she even finished. 
I went to the dining table but Theo wasn’t there. I then went into the kitchen and saw him there, downing a pack of juice. 
There was a maid there so I couldn’t jump on him like I planned. We just stared at each other and exchanged all the sweetness through glances. 
When he was done, he walked past me and made sure his body brushed past mine. I blushed and thought that was all until I turned to leave and someone pulled me into a corner. 
I looked up and it was him.
“You don’t look surprised, trying to proof touch?” He asked while I smiled.
“Well, I’m tough but I already know it’s you. Only you can do that, not even Matt and he’s not around anyway. And you don’t actually expect me to be scared of my man.” I replied and he smiled before leaning over to press long deep kiss to my lips. 
I let him do his thing and just followed his lead. We savored each other lips and only stopped when we ran out of breath.
“How was your night? The dream?” I quizzed.
“Superb, you were so naughty and wild. I love it. I wish you could do that to me for real too.” He replied while I blushed.
“I never said I don’t want to, you’ve just not given me the chance. We could go upstairs now and I will do everything you want and even more.” I said seductively while he groaned against me.
“Hmmmn, I love it when my girl dominates. But we can’t do that now, I have someplace to be and it’s urgent.” He revealed and I just rolled my eyes.
“It’s her, huh? You’re going to your girl again.” I muttered and he smiled and gently spanked me.
“Who could have thought jealousy would look so great on you? Yeah, I have a meeting with her but she’s not my girl. My girl is standing right in front of me.” He corrected.
“It’s business, trust me. I have nothing else to do with her.” He persuaded.
“It better not be because I suspect that she has been involved with Matt in the past or recently. Knowing Matt well enough, it might even be going on currently.” I let out while he scoffed like I was just speculating out of jealousy.
“Don’t say that. I don’t think she’s involved in such.” 
“I’m a woman, Theo. I think I can tell when a woman is into my man.” I argued while he pulled back a bit.
“Wow, we are there already. Matt is your man now.” He chimed in and I scoffed.
“Ohh who is the jealous one now. Don’t be dramatic please, you know what I mean. That girl had a look on her face last night that made it so obvious that she and Matt knew each other intimately. And from her reaction, and the subtle killer looks she kept throwing at me, I know it’s recent and she’s not over it yet.” I said confidently.
“I’m not just bluffing. I’m sure of it.” I affirmed. 
“Well, I don’t have such relationship with her and I was even going to ask you to come over so we could have some fun when I’m done with the meeting. What do you think?” He asked and I jumped up like a little girl.
“Of course, I want to.” I said.
“Good. I will send you the address then. You can come later when you’re ready. I should be done by then too.” 
“I really can’t wait!”
“Me too!” He replied and we kissed again.
We finally pulled apart and he spanked me before running off while I stayed back for a few minutes before I left too…
