Chapter 13- Going Home
The civic long weekend is coming up next weekend. I booked a few days off work to have an extra long weekend, and asked Adam to do the same thing. This is one of my favorite weekends in the entire year. I have never missed a year. Back home in Port Colborne they have one of the biggest festivals. It is called Canal Days. The town shuts down West St. for the entire weekend, it’s the street that runs parallel with the Canal. I can remember going as a teenager walking around with friends and as I got older the fun got better! Friday there is always a band in “town square” or Market square. West St. is lined with all types of vendors. There is always some sort of magic show or something similar, at the far end they are a small midway, with fireworks on Sunday night, Monday is the last day for vendors. My parents for so long now have this huge fish fry on Saturday late afternoon to however long you last into the night. I have gone in previous years with Jeremy and now I will obviously be bringing Adam. This will be the first Port Colborne event he will accompany me to. I’m excited and nervous. It’ll be a lot of people for Adam to meet, but lucky for him, Lacey and Steve will be home too and said they would come over for the fish fry. I start packing for the weekend, I am like a kid on Christmas Eve, I am so excited. I check the weather to see what I need to pack, it’s going to be beautiful out all weekend, I look through my clothes to see what to wear. I need to make a list, so I don’t forget anything. I am going home for the first time since I left for Toronto where I will see more than just my Mom and Dad. Plus, I’ll have some eye candy on my arm. I want to look smokin’ make everyone do a double take. Friday I will be going to the concert which is outside and this year the music is rock, so something that says hard core, but not dirt bag. Jeans or jean shorts, and a flow tank top, and my runners or sandals, okay now Saturday I normally change from day to night so two outfits and more nautical. I know just the two outfits to pack, and then Sunday is a cozy night on the beach, fire and fireworks, Monday travel clothes, I have each day in a pile on the bed, I stand up and oh my, I better clean my room. I have clothes everywhere now. Just as I open the door to get a suitcase Adam walks in the loft, I wave and carry on. He walks in our room to change.
“Jeeze Molly, what happened?”
“Sorry I’m packing for Port, I’ll hang it all back up, then we have to pack you. But that’s easy now I can just match you to me.”
“I’m going in the shower, then I want to show you a new move I learned today at my street dance class.”
“Okay cool. How is that class?”Adam’s newest interest since the showcase he wants to expand his style and he found a new class called street dance. We will see. While Adam showers I clean up my mess, pull out his collared shirts, cargo shorts, jeans and a few regular tees. He’s so easy to pack. Dressed and ready to share, he turns on some rap music and starts to pop and lock his body. I joined in and it gives me an idea for work tomorrow.
It’s Friday! We are leaving for Port today. I look at the clock and it’s only 5 am. I need to go back to sleep, but I can’t so I decided to go for a run. I quietly change and sneak out of the loft. Running this morning I feel free like nothing can get me down. After an hour run on the lakeshore trail I sit in the field watching the sunrise, I stretch my muscles. I can’t stop thinking about this weekend. How excited I am to be home for 4 days, to be with my family all at once, to see old friends. For Adam to meet everyone. I am a little nervous for all the people we could run into and all the explaining I’ll have to do. Maybe during our car ride, I can warn him. I should start walking home, Adam will likely be waking up soon. I get back to the loft and head right into the shower. As I’m running everything we need for the weekend in my head, I feel a hand on my butt, I jump and scream at the same time.
“Babe, relax, where were you when I woke up and you were gone?”
“Adam, you scared me; I went for a run. I'm so excited for this weekend, I couldn’t sleep. Are you going to join me in here?” Adam climbs in the shower with me. As I rinse out my hair, Adam is all hands, caressing my breasts. I switch spots with Adam so he can get wet. He pushes me against the wall, kisses me lustfully, kissing my neck then back up to my lips.
“God your body is gorgeous” Adam moans into my ear as he runs his hand down my body cupping my butt and lifting me up.
I squeal in anticipation as I wrap my legs around his waist. With the water beating on us, he grabs his rock hard cock positioning it between my lips before slowly entering me. Inch by inch Adam pushes into me further until he's fully engulfed inside me. Each inch I take of him I let out a moan. Before long Adam is slamming into me over and over again. Heavily breathing until we both find ecstasy at the same time. Adam groans my name as he releases inside me. He gently removes himself, while I release my legs from his waist, and he sets me back down. I wash Adam’s chest before giving him a quick peck on the lips as I get out of the shower letting Adam finish washing himself. I go get dressed into a racer back tank and gym shorts for the car ride. I brush my hair, throw it up in a messy bun on top of my head. I check over our bags one final time before grabbing them and bringing them down to the car. Adam makes us coffee and toast for breakfast, after eating We are quick to hit the road to Port Colborne but not a moment too soon. Most of the people staying with my parents arrived last night as they came from farther away. It only takes about an hour, 45 minutes if traffic is good. The GPS says we’ll be there around 10:30 am.
“I am so excited for this weekend you are going to finally see what it was like when we partied as teenagers. I feel like I should say I can’t be held responsible for anything outrageous that happens this weekend.”
“What does that mean?” I can’t help but smile at all the memories, I look over at Adam who is smiling too. He grabs my legs as he replies, “I’m not worried, I’ve seen you and Lacey together, I might be a little more mindful of your mother now, but I’m open-minded, I want to meet your friends from home and party with your family, I mean I’m not expecting to funnel beer with your Dad but if he asks I’m not going to say no.”
“Just one of the reasons I love you, I just told you like a handful of crazy shit that’s gone down over the years and you look forward to what crazy comes this year.” Adam doesn’t say anything, just squeezes my leg. As we drive out of Toronto, I suddenly start to feel my 5am wake up, my eyes are feeling heavy.
“Babe, babe, wake up I think we are in Port Colborne.” I open my eyes and we are driving down Highway 3, we are so close. This is one of my favorite parts about coming home. Turning down the back road into Port, seeing the lake before we get to Hampton Avenue, seeing how the houses on our street have changed. Then rounding the bend, pulling up to the house. My parents work so hard to keep their house always looking beautiful. They have a gorgeous two-story home, the outside is this beautiful decorative brick in brown, a luxurious garden out front, a wrap-around porch which leads to the side/backyard. This is my favorite part, we always had a pool and over the years my parents have improved the area into this oasis. They even built a bar off the dining room into the oasis. I can’t wait to show Adam all of it. Finally, at my parent’s house, we unload the car, head into the house.
“So, Mom likes us to put our stuff in our rooms so it’s out of the way. Come on, I'll show you my bedroom.” I wink at Adam and head upstairs. We put away our stuff in my room. Adam can’t help himself, I catch him looking at all the stuff in my room, it still has all my photos and knickknacks up. There are some old party pictures, I look at them and start pointing at different people telling Adam who’s who and who we will likely see this weekend.
“Come on let’s go see who’s here and say hi to my family”
We head outside to the pool. I see my sister, Elizabeth, her husband, Jullian, and their son Robert, Jullian’s parents Desarai and Andrew, and a couple of Jullian’s buddies. I introduce Adam to everyone, we sit down with our feet in the pool, watching my nephew swim.
“Do you miss it here?”
“Sometimes, but I love being in a city where not everyone knows everyone and everything. I just love coming home, I have so many memories here from when I was little to a year ago. But home is where you make it.”
“Well I can’t wait to make new memories this weekend. Here give me your phone, we'll take a picture of the start of our amazing weekend.” I hand over my phone, lean in to get our photo taken, next I know I am headed into the pool, I scream as I go under the water. Oh, I’m going to kill him. I surface.
“ADAM” Just as I look at him, he takes my picture. I swim back towards him, game on boy. Adam hops up and goes to put our phones on a table. I climb out of the pool soaking wet a run after him. Clearly, he is too strong for me to throw in so instead I give him a huge hug. Laughing, my dad comes in through the shed.
“Molly, someone finally threw you in?” He pats Adam on the back.
“Ha-ha Dad, you wanna be next?”
“Hey, I didn’t throw you in.” I open my arms facing my dad.
“Want a hug Daddy?” “Don’t even think about it.” Dad jogs slightly away from us.
