DAY 15.3 – Jealous King

I almost fell on the floor from the bed when I realized that it’s almost 2 in the afternoon, I quickly went down in the living room hoping that Fred went back home.

“Just stay here okay? I will be back, let’s have a dinner date later OUR FIRST DINNER DATE, okay? I’ll promise I’ll be back”

I smiled when I remember what he said. I went at the bath room to take a bath first.

I don’t know but I can’t stop smiling, I feel a lot of excitement because it is our first day together and our First dinner date.

So this is how it feels, even if you use to eat together when you had a label it feels different from you use to.

After I take a bath I quickly went up to dress up, it’s already 3 o’clock and still Fred’s haven’t here yet.

I check our fridge and still there’s nothing inside here.

I decided to go on the convenience store to buy something that we can eat later.

I was walking going out the village when I saw two guys.

“Are you okay Jerome?”

The guy asks the other guy, he’s taller than to his friend and he had a wide shoulder.

“Huh? Ye-yes! I’m fine Polo, why? Is there a problem?”

The other guy replied.

They don’t look a couple but I can say that the taller one had a care on the other guy.

I always saw them walking together, maybe they lives near here.

When I’m about to enter at the convenience store, I saw a different store across here, maybe it’s a new opened store so I went there to take a look.

Happily it’s a mini grocery store, so I quickly went on the meat section to buy some. After that I went at the noodles section, I’m not a noodles lover but I feel like I like to store it since it’s easy to cook.

I was busy to reach a noodles on the top when there’s a hand reach it easily.

I look up at the guy who reach it and it’s Giro.

“Giro!”

I said when I saw him.

“Hello”

He greeted me, and then smile at me.

I couldn’t hold myself and my hand automatically pinches his cheek.

“Ouch!”

“Shit! I’m sorry” I said and chuckled.

“It’s okay Are you alone?”

He chuckled.

He ask me while busy looking at the noodles.

“Hmmm yup, Fred’s mother went home then they went out to had a lunch” I explained

“Oh! So they already met”

“Why are you here?”

I ask him.

“Nothing! I just saw you entered here so I follow you”

He explained then we went at the vegetables section.

“It’s your last day right? What’s your plan?

He unexpectedly asks. I stun a little bit when I heard him.

“As of now, I don’t had any plans, besides Fred might get mad at me if I rent an apartment”

“Oh! So you two were okay?”

He replied directly

“Yup! We’re okay now”

I said then pick some vegetable.

After I buy what I needed I went on the counter to pay it.

“Do you want to have some Ice Cream?”

He invited me.

I almost gulp when I heard it, I feel like my throat need it.

“You don’t? Okay Don’t mind..”

“Who said I don’t? I didn’t say anything right! Come you’re too slow! Where? Come make faster! Your treat huh!”

I said quickly and pulled him. to went outside.

“I thought you don’t want”

He chuckled.

“Give me that! I’ll help you!”

He added then gets the grocery bags on my hand

“Thanks”

I just said then we went on the Ice cream parlour.

We just order two chocolate Ice cream bowl and eat it.

Then after that he volunteers to walk me home.

“Thank you Giro! Till next time”

I thank him when we got here in front of the house.

When I open the gate to get inside I saw Fred seriously looking at me standing in front of me.

This is the moment I remember that we had a dinner date, I quickly check the time on my watch and it’s already 7:40 in the evening.

I feel guilty because I forgot our first dinner date.

“Fe-fred”

I mumbled out of embarrassment.

“Where have you been?”

I don’t know what I have to say, I can’t explain because I’m admitted that it’s my fault.

“Tss”

He muttered then he turned around me and went straight at the house.

I followed him and went straight at the kitchen, but I was shocked when I saw a nice set of dinning table, it’s simple with a candle light and some foods on there. I realized that he’s waiting me for too long When I saw the candle light almost bellow on the half.

“You may eat that or throw it if you want then sleep”

He coldly said then went on his room.

Fred’s Point of View

It’s already 2 in the afternoon and yet we are not done here, they had a lot of talks I can see that my dad and mom are in good terms. Maybe they accepted what happened to them.

I’m bored here and I want to went home alone, I’m excited because this is our first day and our first dinner date, I wish that Jano are not mad at me because I left him.

It’s already 2:30 in the afternoon, and I can’t bear it anymore so I insisted and went home. 3:35 when I got home but suddenly there’s no one’s here, maybe Jano brought some groceries since we don’t any stock here.

I decided to prepare some things, actually I’m not a romantic person but I’ll try my best to make him happy.

I’m don’t know how to cook any dishes so I decided to order some pizza since its my favourites and of course an Ice cream for Jano, I also ordered some chicken and dishes from the restaurant.

It’s too simple but I know Jano will appreciate this.

Upon waiting on him, I sneak out in our neighbour to get some rose and flowers, I saw it when I got home earlier, I’m too excited to go home so I forgot to buy some roses for him.

It’s already 6 in the evening and yet Jano doesn’t come back home, I tried to contact him but he didn’t answered it, something he’s out coverage because his phone are not updated.

7:30 when I decided to find him, but I’m about to open the gate when I heard him talking to giro.

My entire mood changes a little quick, I feel cheated and my body shaking too fast. I would like to open the gate and confront them but I’m stuck where I was.

A second later when the gate’s opened, I saw Jano’s shocked face.

He checked his watch and I guess he just realized that we had our first dinner date.

Tss.

I ask him where he had been but he couldn’t speak. It’s just a sign that I caught them on the act.

I went inside and he followed me. He was shocked because of what I prepared.

All my efforts were ruined, what a waste of time.

I just ask him to eat it or throw it if he wants then I went on my room and closed the door.

Tss. What a totally waste of time!
