Chapter 53 Coastal Villa
\[Lilia\]
If my face could become any more red, it would definitely look like a roasted lobster that is proudly displaying its fiery color.
I cannot believe what just happened and that we were caught humping like some horny bunnies. Though flight attendant Shai seemed to have recovered quickly from the shock and acted out as if she had not witnessed anything. The humiliation has not yet left my system, and each time it flashes through my thoughts, I pray that the plane will break in two before we reach our destination.
Too brutal, I know, but my face burns.
Kael had already changed into his fresh clothes, drank his whisky, and went back to reading the magazine. He now wore a cream-colored three-piece suit, while I, on the other hand, wore his powder blue, long-sleeves shirt. Well, it looks like a dress to me since it fell right on my knees. However, I wasn’t wearing anything underneath.
My face was still hot while I stayed on the corner of the couch. My knees were up to my chest, though I covered what needed to be covered. Even so, let’s just say that he had seen everything. There is nothing wrong in hiding what modesty left in my account, even if there were scarcely left.
Nothing was spoken. I was just staring at my toes, my mind rewinding the part where Kael’s lips had been on my body. Felt his ghostly kisses traveling on my skin, sending skitters of heebie-jeebies and butterflies on my lower belly.
So, this is what it’s like. To finally surrender to the sensation that has been irking me in recent times. I never thought it would be this great, even though Kael gets under my nerves, and I can’t also deny the things he made me feel about my carnal desires.
He’s a beast. I know that, but he had woken the side of me I didn’t know existed for some reason.
I hated him still, but what else could I do? If I continue to resist, he would still end up victorious and have his ways otherwise, no matter what my viewpoints.
Another reason for it is Aya, and she is the only person I could lean on. She had been the only confidant I had in my lavish prison, and hearing her so happy makes me think that what happened, the humiliation was all worth it.
The silence was suddenly broken soon as the intercom in our cabin spoke, announcing that we had arrived and instructed us to buckle up as we were about to land.
I heaved a sigh and stood up from the couch, transferring to the single-seater divan in front of Kael. He threw me a glance, and his eyes ran down to my body, plastering a smirk on his face that I desperately wanted to abolish. I just ignored him and dropped myself to my seat, tugging the straps on and fastening them securely around me.
I took a deep breath, feeling my stomach heave with the pressure as we descended from the sky. I turn my attention towards the window, and finally, the ground emerges to the line of my sight. Following soon was the announcement that we had successfully landed.
I didn’t wait for Kael to finish unfastening his buckles. I preceded him in standing and walked out of the cabin. However, I never got the chance to walk more than ten paces away when I felt him already trailing closely behind me. Neither of us had spoken, though his sharp breath fanned on top of my head.
“Lilia!” My attention was immediately drawn to a shout in the distance that I recognized, which freed me from the tense atmosphere that was predominating around me.
“Aya!” A smile stretched on my face soon as I saw her sprinting down the aisle, coming toward me as though we hadn’t seen each other for decades.
Just as she reached me, she immediately slowed down her pace and took a gander at my attire with a confused look on her face. “What happened—”
“Don’t say a thing about it,” I quickly cut her off before she could complete her inquiry.
“Oh, okay.”
Her gaze landed on the person behind me, and it seemed as though she immediately knew what had happened. Val came through from behind her. He only gave me a fleeting stare before advancing towards the exit. Kael followed behind him, passing us with no regard.
We were the last ones that exited the aircraft. I was carefully stepping down the stairs to ensure that nothing would be seen underneath me, knowing exactly that I was practically wearing nothing under Kael’s shirt.
Three black cars were already lined up below, waiting for us, and before I could say anything, Kael turned back and went for me. He grasped my arm and began dragging me towards the vehicle we would ride.
I didn’t even get the chance to have a proper conversation with Aya. He immediately opened the back door of the car, pushing me inside before he rounded to the other side and slipped himself in.
“Do you have to be so rough?” I exclaimed, venting out my irritation that had accumulated since the humiliation that transpired.
“You like it rough,” he shrugs nonchalantly, snapping his fingers on the driver, and the car instantly revved up and drove.
“Seriously, Kael, stop it.” I rolled my eyes at him and folded my arms across my chest.
He just ignores my fruitless endeavors as we go on through the highways. Still seething in my seat, I turn my gaze outside the window in hopes of distracting my attention.
If only Aya and I had been traveling in the same vehicle, I would have enjoyed the spectacular coastal scenery.
The drive took an hour before we arrived at our destination, and Kael’s men began unloading our luggage from the car.
Kael called for Val soon as he stepped out of the car, leaving me to myself as I observed the surroundings.
I zeroed my gaze around the place. It looks like the auction house inside the dome, but the only difference is that this one is very well maintained. The large medieval columns support the upper part of the villa from the foyer, and the accent colors of ivory and cream.
The entire villa was covered with flowers, many of which were species that I had never seen before in my life, and the smell of the air, which was brought on by the sea wind, was stimulating.
The place was located near the beach, but it was far enough to grow plants in the soil.
“Do you like it?” A cheerful voice came to my side, looping her arms around mine as her face widened with a grin.
She was like a child, and I had never seen her this giddy since the first time we met.
“Yes, do you?” I agreed, nodding my head exuberantly, as I did not want to dampen her enthusiasm with my gloomy disposition.
“Are you kidding? I love it!” She jumped, released her grip on my arm, and looked over the view across the villa. “Can we go to the beach? Master Kael gave me a thousand dollars to enjoy myself for a day. Can you believe it?”
Her smile seemed to have finally affected me as my mood improved with her bliss.
And I know, whatever I did, whatever happened on the plane is all worth it, and nothing can compare to the joy it brings to Aya.
“Yes, I heard, and you deserve it, Aya.”
