We’ve reached the cancer centre safely, even with my jokes and distraction. Mr. First, he really is a good driver. I thought he wouldn't like and would be against Mike joining us but, he is okay with that. I am seeing new sides of Mr. First.

"I got a surprise for you" he winked

"Okay..." I said but, what is the surprise. We went inside, this time we went in the opposite direction of the doctor’s room. There are beds, equipment and hell lot of things that patients need. This is common but, what is the surprise. He curled his hand around my waist and kissed my head. I looked at him, his eyes are front. Nat, Nick and Mike were behind us. He definitely has planned something. Damn man, it is not just only for the children, there are other people too, middle age, adolescent and old-age, so basically it covers people of all age groups. So this is the surprise very funny, I looked at him he smiled. So this definitely is not the surprise. What is the surprise?? Nat pulled me back

"Are you okay?" she asked, I nodded, she smiled. We started our conversation with old people, but Nat she is busy with the children. She really wants to have a child, but Nick is not ready. What would have happened, if Mr. First is against my pregnancy, of course I'll keep the pregnancy and raise my child that is going to happen but, the father how can I give that relation to the baby. Please Ell, don't go there. I looked at Mr. First, a cool human enjoying the moment, it's not his first time here but enjoying. I have to learn so many things from him. What to learn? There is a list.

"Hello Boyfriend!"A girl between the age of 10-12 shouted, she is neatly dressed and a woman beside her, I think she is her mother.

"Girlfriend!" Mr. First waved, she ran to us and hugged Mr. First. Who is she?

"You must be Elena" she asked

"Yes" but who is she?

"Hi I'm Milly, Jacob's girlfriend" she introduced herself. I looked at him; he is smiling; now I get it, so this is the surprise. I don't know how but, I knew the answer I needed, with his expressions. So she is his girlfriend.

"Hi Milly, you are so beautiful, Jacob you didn't tell that she is this beautiful"

"Thank you" she blushed, awe so cute "you are beautiful too"

"Not as beautiful as you are" she blushed again; she is so cute and pretty

“Am I?” she asked awe so cute.

“We can ask your boyfriend, what do you say boyfriend” I turned to him, he nodded with a smile “See” she is blushing, I wish I have baby like her.

“Thank you”

"Milly, say thanks to Mr. Powell” the woman with her said

"Thank you so much Jacob" she hugged him again and he hugged her

"I just did the boyfriend work my dear girlfriend, no need to thank, you would do the same, won't you” she blushed and nodded. She took his hand and went somewhere. I smiled at the woman, she came beside

“Hi, Elena I'm Milly's mother, nice to meet you"

"Hi, Milly is such a cute little girl" that’s true she is.

"Yes she is but, never thought I would see her like this with me again" what? Why? What happened to her?

"She is one of the patients here, we thought we lost her and lost all our hopes until we find Mr. Powell" she stopped "he stood beside and helped us for the treatment; he paid each and every penny for the treatment. Thanks to him she survived and we got her back" she started crying, I too got tears. Yes, that is what a mother would be like, I hugged her and patted her back "you really are lucky to have him" she smiled, yeah my child really is lucky, I turned and looked at Mr. First, he is playing with Milly along with other children, a free happy soul. Nat pulled me aside. I looked at the mother, excused from her and went.

"Ell this child almost got recovered, let's come on the day he leaves" she pleaded. I nodded "please ask Jacob"

"He will never say no" I assured her but, what if he is not okay with that. I think I should ask him first. I went to him.

"Mr. First, Nat want to come on the day that boy discharges"

"Okay let's come here on that day" he smiled, see simple. Everything is simple with him. We had a great time here. The children are so cute and they are really strong. We really should learn from them. No one should ever get this problem, not only the children; no one should have this problem. I pray to god whole heartedly that everyone here should have their normal life back.

"Ell" Mike called. I turned to him "do you know that he is the sponsor to this cancer centre?"

"Yeah, I know"

"Only sponsor?" What, he is the only sponsor, this is news. How can he do that "what exactly does he do for earning?"

"Kind of investing"

"In what?"

"Everything I think" I shrugged but the only sponsor, what exactly is he doing for living. He definitely should answer that. I searched for him, but he is not there. Nonsensically, Mike is following me to find him. I rolled my eyes. He is there, wait he is talking with... ha it is Nat. I went to them. They turned to me at the same time, what happened?

"Think about it Jake" Nat said

"I'll Nat" they hugged each other and she left. Wait, did I miss anything?

"Hello Mrs. First, how is the surprise"

"You have a cute, pretty and a little girlfriend Mr. First" he took my hand pulled me closer to him and placed my arm on his shoulders and curled his hands around my waist.

"Yeah she is, but not as pretty and cute as you are" he winked

"She is a child" I rolled my eyes

"You too are" I want to protest but stopped, because he'll win the discussion. He always calls me a child. I don’t know why.

"Only sponsor of the centre?"I asked him

"I think" that means he is the only sponsor

"What actually do you do?"

"You already know" I folded my hands and looked at him "I run my own business" so he has his own business but

"You said you invest"

"Yes I invest in those which I think makes profit" holy fuck he is a businessman and here I am thinking that he is just a typical investor.

"I don't know anything about you"

"Actually no, you know everything about me" I looked at him puzzled, what the hell is he talking "you interrogated and asked me everything, but you don't remember" he said, holy fuck that day our first meet, which I don't remember, I think I did a lot more than usual stuff.

"Okay fine stop, I get it, I get it" he laughed and hugged me tightly

"My cute little Elena" he kissed my head.

He is an amazing human, he is a businessman and invests on things that make profit, most importantly he helps those who are in need and he is not only helping people with cancer but also people with Autism and many more. I sometimes think Dr. Brown knew him before. My baby is really lucky to have a father like him. How did I find this human? My Mr. First. I hugged him tightly.
