Chapter 885 Preparing for a Trip

Chapter 885 Preparing for a Trip

Flora gently raised her hand and wiped the corner of Tiffany’s eye.

“Mommy, don’t cry. This is what we’re supposed to do.”

But Tiffany shook her head, her expression serious.

“There’s nothing you’re supposed to do. The most important thing for you is to let Daddy and Mommy help you, and for you to do what you want.”

“As for things that require your effort or sacrifice, you don’t need to worry about them or feel pressured.”

Her face was earnest, and as she spoke, it seemed something crossed her mind, making her mutter to herself.

Leon watched, the smile in his eyes growing warmer.

Then he said fondly, “I know you’re deeply touched, but this is also the kids’ way of showing their love for us. Don’t feel too pressured.”

The kids nodded seriously.

“Mommy, don’t be too moved. This is just a little thing we did for you.”

“But we still have a lot more to do, and we need to make a lot of money to buy you things you like!”

Hearing their words, Tiffany smiled and nodded.

As the conversation continued, the atmosphere lightened considerably.

Tiffany and Leon played with the kids for a while longer. As bedtime approached, Tiffany reluctantly hugged the kids and looked up at Leon with a pleading expression.

“Leon, it’s been so long since we slept with the kids. How about we all sleep together tonight?”

Their bed was large, specially made for the three kids, so it was just the right size.

Leon’s expression remained calm as he seemed to be contemplating something.

Then he shook his head with a sigh.

“Looks like I won’t be able to hold my Honey tonight.”

The kids looked up from Tiffany’s embrace, still holding her tightly.

“Daddy, you’ve had Mommy all to yourself for so long. It’s our turn now. You don’t mind, right?”

Leon looked at the children with adoration.

“Of course, I don’t mind.”

With that, he carried the kids upstairs.

That night, Tiffany slept peacefully.

She couldn’t quite describe the feeling. Compared to the anxiety of the past few days, tonight was extraordinarily calm.

It felt like everything had finally settled down, and the turbulent life had quieted.

In the following days, things remained quiet, and Tiffany enjoyed a few peaceful days.

As time passed, Tiffany’s long eyelashes fluttered gently.

Feeling the sunlight on her skin was indescribable.

Then a message from Leon came through. She opened it and read the contents.

“Tiffany, I’ve almost finished dealing with work. If you’re ready, you can reach out to Freya and see if you want to make any travel plans.”

“I’ve picked out a few places that might be nice to visit. If you like, we can explore several options or choose a few suitable ones.”

He then sent a file. Tiffany opened it and saw detailed notes on each location’s pros and cons and the current best sights.

She squinted, feeling a warmth in her heart.

A smile spread across her face.

She sent a voice message back.

“If you keep this up, I won’t know what to say.”

“I’m so touched that you managed to handle everything so quickly.”

Her voice was gentle, and she couldn’t help but smile as she spoke.

Leon’s warm voice came through her phone.

“You just need to focus on enjoying yourself. The work stress from before was significant, and this is the least I can do.”

“Once you pick a place you like, you can choose some beautiful outfits and look your best. Don’t worry about anything else.”

“My princess, can you give me an answer today?”

Tiffany agreed without hesitation and then sent all the plans to Freya.

As expected, they quickly aligned on everything.

They began seriously considering each location’s pros and cons.

Finally, they chose a place not too far away.

“Since you’ll be bringing the kids, going too far wouldn’t be ideal. I suggest renting a villa there for safety and convenience.”

“Also, we should hire some help to look after the kids so we can have some time to ourselves.”

Reading Freya’s detailed suggestions, Tiffany’s smile grew even brighter.

She agreed without hesitation.

They chose a place with open plains and lush forests nearby, perfect for picnics.

The air was pleasant, and the climate was mild year-round.

After finalizing the location, Tiffany sent the details to Leon and began packing.

That evening, when Leon returned, dinner was just ready, and the aroma filled the living room.

As he walked in, he met Tiffany’s gaze.

They all sat at the dining table, and the kids beamed when they saw Leon.

“Daddy, you’re back!”

“Come eat! Mommy made your favorite dishes.”

Leon smiled warmly, his eyes twinkling. He looked at the dish on the table.

He nodded with a smile.

“Just by looking at it, I can tell your mommy made it. It might not look perfect, but it’s sure to taste amazing.”

He picked up a fork to taste it.

But before he could, Tiffany’s amused voice stopped him.

“Everyone needs to wash their hands before eating.”

The kids nodded seriously.

“Yeah! Daddy, you need to wash your hands!”

Leon chuckled and agreed, heading to the kitchen.

When he returned, he took a bite and nodded enthusiastically.

“This is the taste. Delicious.”
