Chapter 878 Crisis Everywhere

Chapter 878 Crisis Everywhere

In the end, everyone came up to apologize to Tiffany.

“Madam, we are truly sorry. We didn't think things through and just believed what others said. We didn't realize the harm it would cause you.”

“We apologize for this matter and hope you can forgive us.”

Tiffany's eyes flickered. Hearing these words gave her a strange feeling inside.

She then managed a faint smile.

“I don't have much to say about this, but I hope everyone can distinguish right from wrong in the future and not be swayed by a few words from others.”

“If you have any other thoughts about this matter, feel free to tell me directly.”

Everyone in front of her nodded seriously, looking genuinely remorseful.

Tiffany then withdrew her gaze and happened to meet Leon's eyes.

They exchanged a smile and slowly walked away.

Once they got into the car, Tiffany couldn't help but speak up.

“I'm glad you were there today.”

As she spoke, she felt a bit helpless, never expecting to be dragged into this and cause such a big problem.

Leon turned his head to look at her seriously, then shook his head with a smile.

“Tiffany, what are you thinking?”

His voice was low and earnest. “Regarding today’s situation, I believe even if I hadn’t stepped up, you would have defended yourself, right?”

Tiffany was momentarily stunned upon hearing this.

Then she nodded with a bitter smile.

Yes... if Leon hadn’t stepped up, she would have spoken up for herself.

After all, her personality would never allow herself to be wronged.

She chuckled lightly. “It’s different.”

“If it were just me, I would definitely protect myself well. But having you stand up for me makes me very happy.”

Her eyes curved with seriousness as she spoke.

Leon’s eyes were full of sincerity, and he nodded gently.

Then, the car started and drove away.

Tiffany sat quietly in the car, looking at the scenery outside the window. Her thoughts became much heavier in that moment.

She originally thought the matter had passed, but it turned out to be more complicated than she imagined.

After two days of peace, Julie called again.

This time, she was in Leon's office.

Her face carried a mix of emotions, and she stood up awkwardly.

“I need to take a call.”

But before she could leave, Leon called out to her.

She turned back, looking puzzled.

Before she could figure out what was happening, she heard Leon’s deep voice.

“Judging by your expression, if I’m not mistaken, this has to do with the recent events, right? If so, why not discuss it here and figure out what’s going on?”

“He doesn’t particularly mind. If there’s an issue, we can discuss it and find a solution.”

Leon looked serious.

Tiffany understood what was happening.

Leon was clearly worried, which is why he suggested this.

She composed herself and answered the call.

Julie’s anxious voice came through the phone.

“Tiffany, a lot of people suddenly showed up at our studio today and surrounded the place.”

“No one can get in or out, and work has come to a halt. They’re demanding you come out and explain everything, or they won’t leave.”

Julie’s breathing was rapid. “I’m calling to see if Mr. Cooper can send some people to handle this. We have no experience with this kind of situation. We’ve called the police, but we’re still uneasy.”

“The crowd is agitated and impossible to reason with. It looks like they might get violent!”

In the background, Tiffany could hear the noisy commotion, indicating the severity of the situation.

Tiffany frowned, looking worried.

“Okay, I understand.”

“Try to keep things stable. I’ll come over as soon as I can.”

“Most importantly, protect yourselves. If you’re in any danger, prioritize your safety over the studio’s belongings.”

“Got it?”

Her voice was shaking with urgency.

After hanging up, Tiffany took a deep breath, feeling much calmer.

Then she looked up and met Leon’s gaze.

Leon’s expression was serious and complex, as if he was contemplating something.

As soon as Tiffany hung up, Leon immediately turned to his assistant. “Send some people and bodyguards to handle this.”

After the assistant left, Tiffany spoke up.

“I don’t feel comfortable just sending them. The people in the studio are my responsibility.”

“If this escalates, I won’t know what to do. I need to go there myself to make sure they’re safe.”

Leon frowned, his gaze softening as he looked at Tiffany. Despite the situation, he didn’t object or see anything wrong with her decision.

He patiently reassured her. “Tiffany, I know your approach may have some flaws, but going there yourself could be dangerous.”

His voice was gentle as he walked over to her and held her hand tightly. “Let them handle it first. We’ll understand the situation better afterward.”

“I’ve also arranged a press conference. I’ll take care of the follow-up.”

Seeing Leon’s serious demeanor, Tiffany took a deep breath, feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Then she smiled and nodded, her eyes filled with warmth.

“Alright, let’s do as you say.”

After waiting in the office for a while, she left the company with Leon.
