Ryan walked through the hallway and came across Luna Emma.

"Ryan, you are here?" Emma asked, smiling.

"Yes, here I am paying a visit to you all" he replied, smiling, and Luna Emma nodded smiling.

"That's a good thing. You know you are always welcome anytime" she said, and he nodded in agreement.

"It's my pleasure then; do you have any idea where Mia is?" He asked, and she nodded yes in reply.

"You should check her room; she's there" she replied.

"Thank you, my Luna" he says bowing his slightly.

"Well, I heard that you are so smart and fearless. You are as a soldier. I am so proud of you, and I guess with people like you, we shall always be victorious. For that, I owe you a gift." She praised him, and he was so excited.

"Thank you so much for trusting me," He replied before they parted ways.

"She's really great, with good virtue, and totally different from the ladies I have met so far" he thought to himself before making his way to Mia's room. He placed a knock on the door. "Who's there? she asked from inside.

"You little brother" he replied. She recognized his voice and didn't take any time to let him in.

"Luna Mia, how are you doing?" she asked, settling on the sofa.

"I am good. How have you been lately?" she asked, and he scoffed.

"I am doing well, my Luna, and the executive chairwoman of Beauty Fashion World" Ryan hyped her, and she smiled.

"You still haven't changed. How much more can you make me happy?' she asked, and he chuckled dryly.

"You called me here; why do you call me here like it was an emergency?"he asked, staring at her.

Yes, I called you here for some reasons. I hope you are going to help me." She let out her grief.

"WOW! I can't believe you finally need my help after such a long time. So what's it?" he asked, and Mia smirked.

"Did you remember what you asked me after the day of my wedding?" she asked, and Ryan tried to rack his brain around.

"Well, I guess I asked so many questions that day. So I couldn't remember which one you were talking about"he replied, and she felt a little disappointed.

"You are so dumb. I wonder how you make it as a soldier" she scolded and he burst into laughter.

", It's by the grace of Mother Goddess; why don't you remind me since you know what it is and since you have a sharp brain? he replied, and she scoffed.

"Do you forget what you told me after I tried attacking you in the hallway?" she reminded him, and he snapped out.

"Well, I guess I asked you if you were happy with this union, and you said yes. What about it? Is there any problem?" he asked, sitting upright.

"Yes, there are a lot of problems, and I don't think I can move on with this union. It's messing my head up" she replied, gulping down her lumps.

"Hope you aren't planning to get a divorce because I know your mother wouldn't tolerate you getting a divorce? he said, and she nodded negatively.

"I am not getting a divorce. I am not tired of Nathan but that lady called Emma she'd getting on my neck. I can't even do what I feel like doing in this palace. I don't know how to get ride of her. The more I tried the more I failed. And the most hurtful thing is that they are working in the same company, which means she has his full attention while I am out here hanging"She let out her grievance and Ryan find it hard to believe.

"I didn't expect you to get tired this quick and moreover Emma doesn't look like a bad person to me. She's so nice and transparent. I know I haven't really live with her, but my mind is telling me how plain she's. She even praise me while I was coming inside. So how can you say all this about her"Her explanation didn't sound convincing enough.

"So you believe I can lie to you? That lady is a sneak; she's the major problem in this palace. If she continues to stay here, I won't have my peace, so what is it? Are you still going to support her now?" she asked, and he took a deep breath for the umpteenth time.

"I don't know why it's hard to believe all you've been saying. You are my sister, and I should be able to help you, but my heart still finds it doubtful to believe what you just told me." Ryan still finds all her explanations not convincing. Emma doesn't look like a bad person, so why is she cooking up this?

"But what about your deep hatred for human, you know how they could be. She's just pretending to be good to you, I live with her and know what she could do. Why don't you trust my word. I don't have my own peace, I can't bear to see her in this palace again" She snapped at him.

"Keep your voice low. What if anyone heard our conversation. About the hatred for human, I don't think we should talk about that. Emma isn't a human, her mother is a wolf and she has that trait. I guess I might not be able to help you. I don't have any negative thing about her "He said and she felt so disappointed, she never thought her own brother couldn't trust her.

"So are you calling me a liar after everything I did for you. Do you think if not for my sake you will be given that job not to talk of being the second in command after Beta Khan, all this happened all because I was involved. And just a little help you can't help me. And we call ourselves brother and sister, Right?"She shouted and Ryan feel so disappointed for her to mentioned those things.

"So what exactly do you want. Should I kill her for you and dumped her body? What exactly do you have in mind, just name of and stop nagging"Luna Mia smiled hearing this.

"Now I can see that my brother, the one who can do anything to make me happy"She stood up as a sinister grin played by the corner of her lips.

"I didn't say I will do this, I am just trying to asked you what exactly do you want. Emma shouldn't be a threat, I thought you are fast smarter than this, but it appears to me that you are just a coward. Who's scared of her own shadow. I don't know why I feel that bond with her and I still feel like you a stranger" Ryan said angrily, his eyes brimming with anger. Mia faced him and dragged him by his collar.

"What did you say?. Hmmmm, why can't you do what I asked of you?"Mia gripped his cloth tightly suffocating him to death.

"Can you let me go. You aren't in you right state of mind. So consider me out of your foolishness Madam"She jerks her hand away, and Mia gave him a hot resounding slap, making him hold his cheek in surprised.

"How could you lay your hand on me? The last time you father did that, it seems you forgetting my reaction, right?" He moved closer with some dangerous hoarseness in his voice.

"You are a bastard, how could I have put my expectations on you. I thought you were going to help but it seems like you are just good for nothing, father was right about you"He gritted this teeth moving closer to her.

"You know why I am still watching you standing right here, that's because I changed. So you better keep quiet now. Or I will teach you to do that in the best way I think"He raised her chin up, looking dangerously into her eyes. She pushed him hard on his chest and the almost stripped to the floor.

"You son of a bitch. Did you think I am that weak?"She shouted. And Alpha Nathan barged him.

"What's going on here Mia. I heard your voice. Ryan what's going on"Alpha Nathan demanded.

"Please asked your Luna, or else she will be taught some lesson"He replied and Alpha Nathan clinched his fist together.

"Learn to watch your mouth, this isn't just your sister but my Luna, understand"He replied angrily.

"I see, why don't you ask her, since you care so much"He snapped his eyes brimming anger.

"Alpha Nathan I am so sorry for disturbing you, it was just a little issue we are trying to sort out. I assure you I can handle this"She said walking closer to him.

"Why don't you just tell him the whole truth?"Ryan asked, with is eyes filled with fury.

"What truth is he talking about"He asked her, and she chuckled and took a deep breath.

"Well the thing is that he said he wants to take some time off work, like 2month so I was angry at him, and I demanded thee reason he want to take such decision"She lied.
