Chapter 128: Jaycee’s Dream Part 1
Jaycee’s P.O.V.

I can’t believe that Ace and my brother made my dream come true. Looking around again I figured that I would go into the stock room and unpack all the boxes with the stock in them, first I go into my office and lock my purse up in a drawer in my desk, then I go over to my cubicle and set down my briefcase and  grabbing a notepad and pen and entered the stock room. I’m there sitting on the floor of the room opening a box when Ace walks in, with the door being opened I didn’t hear him come in.

“Taking inventory?” He asked me.
“Yeah, I figured before I open the store up I should see what we have and what we need to still order.” I explained to him.
“Need any help?” He asked me.
“That would be great, just grab a notepad and pen from your cubicle and come back.” I say to him. He leaves and comes back sitting on the floor next to me.
“Here.” I say handing him a box. We start opening boxes and taking inventory when there is a knock on the glass door of the store. “Can you get that?” I asked him as I continued to work.
“Sure.” He says leaving the room to answer the door. (Must be the order for Carmella and Ricardo’s wedding.) I thought to myself as Ace comes back in holding two small boxes.
“Oh, those must be the invitations and napkins that was ordered for Carmella and Ricardo. Put them on my desk in the cubicle for now, I’ll call her after we’re done here.” I tell him briefly looking up before looking back down at my notepad. He leaves again and a few seconds later comes back. “How did you guys know that I would need shelves for my stock?” I asked curiously.
“Well, it is mostly books so I figured shelving would be a better choice.”
“You thought right this is perfect.” I say standing up hugging him.
“Are we done here?” He asked.
“Yeah, let me put the list on my desk in my office. Oh, when will my business cards be arriving?”
“Should be some time today or early tomorrow.”
“Ok.” I say stepping outside of my cubicle wondering what else could be done before I open for business. “I can’t believe that you and Ricardo paid for everything.” I tell him.
“Yeah well, I have to pay back my half.”
“Oh, do you need to work at the office? I would understand.”
“No, but I could probably be on standby, but your brother does pay enough with the other business. Speaking of the other business, I have to be at the docks at six tonight. Ricardo is expecting a shipment and would feel better if Ricco and I take the lead on this.”
“No problem, so far I can take care of everything here. Plus, I will be home when you leave. I think tomorrow I’ll open up for business, just need those business cards to show up.” I say getting a little annoyed. That is when another knock is sounded on the glass door.
“You want me to get that?” He asked walking towards the door.
“No, I got it.” I also say walking to the door. Unlocking the door a delivery man stands there.
“I have a package for Jaycee Garcia.” He says looking at his delivery list.
“Yes, that’s me. Come in.” I say holding the door opened for him to enter.
“I just need you to sign here Miss.” He says handing me the clip board. I sign on the line and hand it back to him. “Thank you and have a good day, Miss.” He says heading for the door.
“Thank you, and you too.” I tell him locking the door behind him. I opened up the box and sure enough my business cards are here. I grab a few and put them in the card holder on the reception desk, then I take a few more and place them in the card holder of my desk in the cubicle. The rest I take inventory of wants left and put it in the stock room.

After that is taken care of I go into my office and grab my purse and head to the front. I walk up to Ace and standing on my tip toes I plant a kiss to his lips.

“Thank you for all of this.” I say pulling back. “You ready for lunch?” I asked him. “After I want to go around to the places that I would want or need to contact for planning purposes, especially the Florist Lily at the florist shop.” I excitedly say this as we walk out the door locking it behind us.

After we lunch at a diner nearby we then hit the pavement, we went to various hotels, restaurants, and boutiques to drop off my business cards to. We then went back to the shop, and I grabbed my briefcase and we left to go to the florist to drop off a business card there on the way home. By the time we were done with all of that it was five in the evening, Ace drops me off at home.

“Are you going to be ok?” He asked me.
“Yeah, my family is here and as you can see Carlos is here guarding the front door which means Viper is at he back.” I tell him.
“’Ok, I’ll see you later then.” He says pulling me over to him in the driver’s seat giving me a passionate kiss. After pulling away from him I give him a kiss on the cheek and grab my things and exit the car. Before shutting the car door, I turn to him.
“I love you!”
“I love you too.” He said still seating there waiting for me to safely go into the house.

I walk into the house and before I could make my way upstairs to take a shower I am stopped at the bottom of the stairs.

“Hey Jaycee! How was your first day?” Ricardo asked me. I turned around to answer him.
“Good actually, we did inventory of the stock and passed around my business cards. Oh, and the orders for the wedding invitations and napkins came in this morning.” I tell him.
“Come to my office, I have one more item to give you.” He says walking towards his office, I follow. He sits at his desk, bends over to reach something that sis sitting on the floor, handing me a box he says.
“I opened it. Inside is a business checking account which includes checks and a deposit bag. I open the box and right on top is a small book for keeping track of the money that goes in and out of the account, then a bag with a zipper and then a medium size book.
“The book is filled with checks and deposit slips.” He explains this to me.
“You did this?” I asked surprised and happy at he same time. One thing that I forgot he already had it taken care of.
