The Werelion's Kitty

***This is Book 2 in the Werelion Series*** "What's wrong, Kitty?" Aiden leaned down and kissed her head. She didn't know what to say. Everything that had happened was catching up to her and was now bubbling to the surface. "Nothing and everything. I don't understand this, Aiden. Why did you come into my life, pulling me out of the dirt and into your world? This doesn't feel real, and I don't want to wake up if it's a dream. On the other hand, I have angered the Italian mob, and they want to kill me. So am I living in a dream or a nightmare?" She leaned back, taking comfort in his warm embrace. "Kitty, if this is a dream, it's my dream too. I promise you it's very real, and you were never in the dirt. My dear sweet girl, you were the shining light beckoning me to you. I'm at your mercy Kitty and will do whatever I need to do so I can be at your side. Whatever dreams you have, I'll support them. Wherever you want to go, I'll take you there. You are special, Kitty, in more ways than you know, and I hope you allow me to be there as you find your full potential." ------------------------ Kittana is homeless after being put on the streets of San Francisco when she aged out of foster care.
