The Slumbering Soul

Roaming the earth for millennia in search of his soulmate. Caine, the first of all vampires, father to all children of darkness, and his beloved Lillith ruled the shadows together in defiance of all that was good. That is until a small skilled sect of holy crusaders, armed with a talisman forged in heaven, tore her from him. Destroying her body and condemning her soul to wander the earth lost, in a state of forgotten sadness, unable to remember the truth of her real power. Rebecca Adams is a journalist with an insatiable curiosity for the murderous underbelly of the city. Convinced there’s a darker force at play than mere human immorality. When they meet for the first time, it all feels like a dream. How far is she willing to find out why?
