Chapter 55: Is There You Can Do, Viktor?

Third Person Point of View.

"Where in the world is Gabriella?"

A scream was what jolted Gabriella out of her sleep. She was restrained with her wrists and feet tied while she lay on a bed.

She surveyed her surroundings. She had no idea where she was, but she was certain that Lycan Gregory had been successful in his attempt to kidnap her.

Gabriella was startled when she heard a deep voice say, "Relax, Gabriella." When she looked at the person who was speaking, she saw a maid filling a glass with water.

"What is your name? Exactly where am I?" She engaged in questioning.

Gabriella received a friendly smile from the maid, who then responded, "You are at Lycan Gregory's Palace."

Gabriella was approached by the housekeeper. She couldn't explain to herself why she was feeling so carefree with the woman standing in front of her at this very moment.

The maid freed her hands and feet from their bindings.

"Don't bother asking me, Gabriella," Gabriella was taken aback by her response when she claimed that she would find out everything at the appropriate moment.

"I overheard, Viktor! He has arrived! I have to see Viktor right away!"

Gabriella was presented with a glass of water by the maid.

"Gabriela, please hold on just a second before you confront Lycan Gregory," She said in response, "You need a little bit more time to fully regain your strength."

"Could I give myself some time to gather my strength? Do you have any idea what happened to me? I am aware that I do not require a short amount of time. I was thrust into one conflict after another," Gabriella explained to her.

Gabriella was just greeted with a smile from the maid as she gazed. She caught a whiff of her and immediately realised that she was not a Lycan.

She reassured her, "You're not a Lycan," and she smiled.

There was a nod from her. She walked away from Gabriella while she put the glass back on the table before turning around to face her again.

"Who are you?" she asked. Gabriella inquired once again.

She glanced at Gabriella and said, "Get some rest." she ordered.

"Just ten minutes, and you'll be free to go," the maid told her before she left.

Gabriella hid her face by closing her eyes as the maid exited the room where she was hiding. She had no idea what the maid was saying, but she sensed that she was beginning to feel better despite her confusion. It appeared as though her body's strength was gradually returning, and there was no pain anywhere in her body as a result of the struggle that he had with Lukas.

"Did he administer any medication to me earlier?" Gabriella questioned herself about the matter.

To help herself feel more at ease, Gabriella took a few deep breaths.

In the meantime, Viktor confronted Lycan Gregory. As he looked at him, his eyes began to glaze over, and he began to clench his fists.

"Take Gabriella out of here!" Once more, Viktor let forth a roar.

Viktor was greeted by Lycan Gregory's friendly smile. Because of the look that Lycan Gregory was giving him, Viktor's irritation and rage grew to a boiling point.

"Take a deep breath, Alpha Viktor. Let's get into this topic in great detail.

"Gregory, you can't expect me to relax until you hand over Gabriella to me!"

Viktor's response made Lycan Gregory laugh, He moved closer to Viktor so that he could confront him.

"I am aware, Viktor, that you have a great deal of companions outside of my sphere of influence. If you want to get into a fight tonight, I won't back down from the challenge."

"But, Viktor, we can stop what is going to take place. Let's talk about these two things in great detail," he said.

"There's absolutely nothing worth discussing, Gregory! What I require from you right this second is for you to return Gabriella to me," Viktor provided an answer.

"I can't give Gabriella back to you, Viktor," the Lycan Gregory said repeatedly.

Viktor exclaimed with a gasp, "Gregory, what has occurred in the past will never occur again!"

The remarks made by Viktor caused a shift in Lycan Gregory's expression on his face. When Viktor made such remarks, he meant them to be taken seriously. He was well aware that he was not joking.

"Do you remember what happened back then, Viktor?" Gregory posed the question.

Viktor inhaled deeply and exhaled slowly.

When Lycan Gregory went to the Kingdom ten years ago to look for his soon-to-be Luna, he happened to see Carmen, who was destined to be Viktor's mate.

Everyone is aware of what it is that Lycan Gregory is trying to find. In all of his 42 years on this planet, he has never managed to track down his Luna. Therefore, what he does is search throughout all of the kingdoms that he can visit for a she-wolf so that he can transform into Luna.

When he first laid eyes on Carmen, the daughter of an Alpha, he announced that she would be his Luna. Viktor was not willing to comply with Lycan Gregory's demands. He made an effort to fight it. The Lycans led by Lycan Gregory engaged in a fight with Silver Fang, but in the end, Carmen decided to side with the Lycans commanded by Lycan Gregory to save Silver Fang and Viktor.

Viktor only recently learned that Carmen passed away, which was less than a week ago. Even if he wanted to exact revenge for the killing of his soul mate, he was powerless to do so because Lycan Gregory was powerful and had a large number of Lycan warriors under his command.

Lycan Gregory is so feared that even his fellow Lycan Kings try to avoid confrontation with him.

He asked the question once more: "Do you want a repeat of what happened before, Viktor?"

Viktor was unable to respond or even speak. He was well aware that if they engaged in combat with Lycan Gregory, it would result in the loss of many lives. Although the three Alphas have planned for every contingency, likely, they will still end up losing.

"Please respond to me, Viktor. Do you want the same thing to happen again as it did previously?"

As Viktor glanced at Lycan Gregory, his eyes grew significantly larger.

"Gregory, we won't allow that kind of thing to happen ever again!" Viktor gave a bold response to Lycan Gregory.

Viktor was handed in an instant by the lyc an Gregory by being strangled. Viktor kicked Lycan Gregory multiple times in the body, but it does not appear that he was responding to the blows.

When Viktor watched Gregory, the Lycan, smiling, his teeth clenched into a tight fist.

"There is no way you can defeat me, Viktor. If we engage in combat, you will come up on the losing end, no matter what!

Viktor attempted to release Gregory from the choke hold by grabbing Lycan Gregory's hand, but he was unsuccessful.

"Are you aware that I'm harboring resentment towards you? Viktor, you didn't mention to me that Gabriella had unique qualities. After conducting an inquiry on her, her background, and what took place in the Kingdom, I was the one who made the discovery," said Viktor.

"The purpose of my attack on the Blue Lagoon was to draw your attention away from Gabriella, and I sent my men to retrieve her. However, when she arrived here, I was shocked to find out that she had defeated Lukas!"

"Lukas is one of my strongest men, and he was just defeated by a she-wolfless?"

"However, my research indicates that he was also successful in defeating Alpha Arman, who was formerly the Alpha of the White Moon Pack. Because of this, I started taking an interest in her.

"If she's that strong, she could very well be the one I am looking for, a Luna, provided that it's appropriate! That one night spent in bed won't be the end of her life!

"She will give me my heirs, my children!" he continued.

The words said to Viktor by Lycan Gregory caused an increase in temperature throughout his entire body.

"Every single one of the female werewolves and female Lycans that I've captured has passed away after only one night in bed with me. I know that I am responsible for that too because I have no self-control, but I think Gabriella would be the perfect woman for me!"

"You can't have Gabriella! I won't let you!" Viktor courageously responded to him.

"Is there anything you can do if I kill you now, Viktor?" He asked with a grin on his face. "Is there anything you can do?"

Viktor inhaled deeply and exhaled slowly. He used every ounce of his effort to break free from the stranglehold that Lycan Gregory had on him.

After moving away from the spot where Lycan Gregory was, Viktor transformed into a werewolf very immediately.

Viktor made a resounding groaning sound. The roar of Viktor could be heard by all of the werewolves, even though they were outside of Lycan Gregory's domain.

This is the signal that a battle is about to begin to retrieve Gabriella and put an end to what Lycan Gregory is doing.
