Chapter 58 The Land in the Sky
They were standing on the top of that perched atop the archaic Volcano cork.
"This is called the land in the sky," Felix said while standing there breathing in that untainted breeze.
" They have treated me, they give land to me, so I can live peacefully, they will also treat her," Felix assured him.
Orion roamed his eyes and found the place was wrapped halfway in green, as nature was embracing the old and harsh surface of the old with its softness.
The edification was pale and luminous, and the rocks were scarred with time.
"From this distance, the world feels irrelevant," Felix whispered into Orion's ear.
"This place is solitude, not loneliness." Felix stands here and breathes into that finest air. He closes his eyes, and the moment he opens them, they are numb, and emotions are dripping out.
Someone saw them coming, a little boy with a bald head, and round features wearing loosely stitched clothes was standing behind the huge rock, his head was completely bald, and he had a clean-shaven face, while having an upright posture.
His eyes were soft, curved, and lowered, as his brows were furrowed.
Besides him, a little guy was standing, and they were wearing the same type of clothes, and their faces were identical.
" We need to tell Monk," the elder one said, and the little one frowned.
" Let's ask them first." He turned his steps towards him, and the other one grabbed his hand and pushed him behind the rock.
"Pema, do not go there, we do not know him, they can be those demons," That elder boy stopped him.
"Don't you see their faces?" That elder one was afraid of them, and their appearance was astonishing as well; they looked like those extreme fighters, as the people they lived with are mild and unguarded.
" Should we tell Yuki about their coming?" Pema, the younger one, asks.
"Yes, and we should sneak from here now, " the elder one said, and the little one nodded.
As Orion heard them whispering he fastened his sword from the back of his body, and at that moment Felix stopped him by placing his hand over his arms.
" They are the little people, and they will get afraid if you show them the sword," Felix describes.
"So what's the point of hiding it? Have they never seen the sword before?" He asked with browned and Felix nodded.
"They have never seen it," He replied and Orion was shocked in his place.
"You should be quiet and composed in front of them, they are the most innocent people you are going to see today," Felix said, and told him to follow him.
"There are some minors," Orion said and kept walking.
" They are harmless, every person, everything here is harmless, it seems to be some other world," Felix said, and stopped in front of a huge white and golden temple.
That was magnificent and clearly a work of art, the spirituality was wafting out of the place, and the surroundings were the most soothing and relaxing ever.
" They are moving to Yuki's place, do they know him? How does Yuki know such monsters?" The elder one said.
"But maybe we are mistaken, and they are not monsters." The little one let out, and the elder one furrowed his brow.
" They are here to meet Yuki, don't you think?" Pema asks, but Satori, who was his elder brother, was not satisfied.
Felix stepped forward and tried to ring the bell that was fastened on the giant brown wooden door.
Those boys appeared on the back with their wooden wands.
" What do you want from here?" Satori asks, and the little one was holding his wand with great difficulty as his hands were trembling.
"Tell me who you are, or I will show you who we are," Satori let out with extreme enthusiasm, and it does not bother them at all.
"Tell me now.....," Satori growled, but at that moment, an old and tall man opened the door.
They all were stunned, as well as those little boys.
"Felix.....," suddenly those hidden thin lips veiled by a long mustache let out an undying emotion, while his eyes were filled with tragic tears.
That man was bald as well, as he was wearing unstitched clothes that covered all the torso and the lower body, he had round eyes and a flattened nose, his face was engrossed by the wrinkles, and every aspect described the righteousness he taught all his life.
"After these years! How?" Yuki was flabbergasted to see him, and that was the one who saved him in his difficult times.
" Let's make this moment gracious later, in that moment, I need your help," Felix said, and Yuki turned his eyes over Esperanza, holding her half dead in Orion's arms.
Yuki's eyes went wide because he could sense the sentinels of Aura, and her essence was out of this world.
He frowned. He wanted to let out, but then he heard Felix.
"She is a human, and she has been injured terribly," Felix let out, and Yuki sensed the dark aura emanating from Orion.
"Who is he?" He stopped and his eyes were wide while glaring at Orion.
He looked profoundly into his blue eyes, and a shiver ran throughout his body.
" I am asking you Felix, who is he?" He was terrified, as his eyes started flinching and his body started quivering uncontrollably.
" Let go of that girl," Yuki growled at him and pointed his finger at him. He turned his eyes on the Children who were standing behind him.
"What are you doing here? You indolent," he was letting out while his voice and body were trembling.
"Go, hide somewhere...., he lets out, and by waving his hands, he makes them leave the place. They run for their lives after hearing his words.
"He is the demon, he cannot stay here, go...., I commanded you to leave." He was exaggerating, and Felix placed his hand on his shoulder.
" You do not need to be scared of him, he is worth me." Felix tried to comfort him, but he was not letting go of the thing.
" You bring our death with you, after these years," Yuki turned furiously towards Felix.
And Felix was looking at Orion who was broken and not letting out a single thing in his defense.
As he kneeled abruptly and Felix's eyes went wide, Yuki predicted his outcome and turned around.
He saw him kneeling and placed his love of life in front of him.
