He placed his hands on his chin as he stared at me.
“ Hey come on now Joe, don't take the piss already.

I didn't feel too proud while I spoke, or after I said this, but then I clearly didn't want to tell lies, or even reveal his son to him.
He smiled and sucked his teeth.
Looking up briefly to meet my gaze, and he nodded slightly.
“ Well, allright. If you say so.
I clearly agree, and I will not stand in your way for any reason anymore. Just business it is, partners we are.
Professional it will remain.”
He raised his hands to the air briefly.
“I believe in done here then. I've passed my message across, and saved the fax’s energy. That's quite unprofessional, but I've learnt.”
He got up, still looking at me, “ just be careful.
I didn't take you out of Egypt for you to still have anything doing with their gods.”
He winked and left.
I heaved a huge sigh as soon as he was gone.
Son of a bitch thinks he can manipulate me easily.

Shaking my head I immediately began to go through the file he brought.

I sighed and threw the file into the drawer.
Closing the drawer, I saw something.

I took a deep breath, and stared at the picture.
I took it out, and instantly tears dropped from my eyes.

I questioned my choices.
“ Am I really doing too much? Am I overcomplicating issues? Is this really worth all of the stress and trauma I'm putting the kid through? Starving him of his father all this while.
I am not sure he would be the happiest when he finds out, but then I had to go about it this way, till I was sure Jonathan was ready for the truth and reality.
He was clearly a good person now, but could still switch at anytime.
I needed to solidify my stance in his life first, especially with the presence of Miriam in his life.
It was all going to be a rough part, but it didn't matter.

Hissing, I picked the phone to dial his number.
I had no choice but to go ahead with the plan.
Not long ago, I got info that Rocks was onto a major move to diversify into degeant.
This would be the final blow to me if I didn't act quite fast. I really needed to do something and fast.
“ Hey !”
I called out, but there was silence at the other end.
“ Hello! Anyone there?”
I called out and soon I got a reply

I rolled my eyes.
“ Whatever , I've reviewed what you said, and yeah I'm in for it.”
He chuckled.
“ In for what exactly? What did we discuss?”
I stared at the phone scornfully.
“ What do you mean? I came to your office a few days ago, and we spoke about helping me sabotage the plans of degeant growing any further.
Crumbling even, and the owner getting frustrated out of my life.”
He chuckled.
“ Yeah I know that, and what else did we discuss?”
He asked, and I sighed.
“ Yeah I know, I'm ready.”
He clicked his tongue.
“ Nah.. you don't get it.
Sex is not enough anymore. Except of course you up your game and make it unforgettable, it will be a bonus.
But the main deal is something worse.
I will be needing a lot more from you.

He chuckled and smacked his lips, and I could immediately feel the ICL already, but nothing so much that I could actually do.
I heaved a huge sigh and I nodded.
“ Allright then 5 it is, let me see what I can quickly hold on to.”
“ Yeah that's right, the time is ticking tick!”
He laughed and I hung up.
Oh my days! What on earth have I turned to?
Well, honestly I really care less.
I know I only needed all of this to cement my position in Jonathan's life.
