Chapter 76

Days had passed quickly since Riana and Alpha Killian continued to meet in secret. They had found a special place beside the cave just beyond the trees, far from the eyes of their mates, where they could come together without anyone knowing.

“Are you sure no one will see us here? “Riana asked.

“Sure. Don’t worry, My love. I am really sure, “Alpha Killian assured her.

“Okay. I hope and I trust you,” she replied.

The moments they spent there were filled with passion and desire. They would forget about the world around them and just enjoy each other’s company. They had sex and forgot about their lovers in the process.

Uhmmm shit!” Riana moaned.

Riana had been so consumed by this former Alpha or hers, she had forgotten about her true desire, revenge. She had been betrayed by someone close to her and wanted to make them pay for their betrayal. But each time she thought of it, Alpha Diego’s gentle embrace would fill her mind and she would forget her anger.

“I love you so much” Alpha Killian said gently.

“I love you too,” she responded.

That was until one day, when Alpha Killian was late to their secret meeting. Riana waited for him, her anger rising as minutes passed by.

“Where have you been?!” Riana asked emphatically.

“Sorry I’m late. You know it was hard to escape from my pack,”he apologized.

“I think we need to stop this,”Riana said seriously.

“What?! Why?!” Alpha Killian frowned.

She was so brave in telling him that she was done with their relationship and all his lies.

Alpha Killian was taken aback by her outburst. He tried to explain, but Riana had already made up her mind. She had remembered her true desire and was determined to take her revenge. Alpha Killian slowly backed away, knowing he had lost her forever.

Riana walked away, her heart heavy but her mind clear. She had remembered why she had come here in the first place. She was determined to get her revenge and would do whatever it took to make her enemies pay.

They had been together for a decade, but it hadn't been easy. Riana had always been the strong one, always standing by Alpha Killian through the hard times. But now it seemed like the tables had turned and Alpha Diego was the one who was struggling.

“Riana, I'm so sorry,' he said. “I never meant to hurt you. I was stupid and foolish and I made a terrible mistake. I regret it every day and I'm sorry for what I did.”

Riana said nothing, her eyes fixed on the ground. Alpha Killian continued, his voice trembling with emotion.

“I know I can't take it back but I want you to know that I'm truly sorry. I wish I could go back in time and make it right but I can't. All I can do is apologize and ask for your forgiveness.”

Riana looked up and met Alpha Killian's gaze. Tears glistened in her eyes as she said softly, 'I forgive you. I can't deny the hurt I feel, but I do forgive you.'

The two of them hugged, both relieved to have the conversation out in the open. Alpha Killian thanked Riana for her grace and understanding, promising to make it up to her in the future.

And so, after a long conversation, Alpha Killian and Riana were able to move on from the betrayal and start anew. No matter what happened in the past, they were determined to remain close friends.

Later on, they decided to explore a small, peaceful forest they had both heard of. As they began their journey, the sun was shining and the birds were singing.

Everything seemed perfect until suddenly, a group of rogues appeared out of nowhere and attacked them. Alpha Killian defended Riana with all of his strength, but he was wounded in the process and quickly began to weaken.

Riana was terrified, but Alpha Killian protected her from the rogues, shielding her from their blows and taking the brunt of the damage. Despite his injuries, he still fought with all his might, refusing to give up until the rogues ran away.

“Alpha! Riana shouted.

Once the rogues were gone, Alpha Killian collapsed in exhaustion. Riana hugged him tightly, thanking him for protecting her. She knew that without him, she would never have made it out of the forest alive.

Rina watched from a distance as Alpha Killian fought against the Rogues. She feared for his safety and prayed for his victory. When Alpha Killian emerged triumphant, Rina was overcome with emotion. She rushed to his side and hugged him tightly, tears flowing down her face.

“Don’t worry I will be alright,”Alpha Killian said gently.

“Are you sure? Can you promise me?” Riana replied worriedly.

Alpha Killian hugged her back, understanding her fear. He promised her that he would always protect her and that no harm would come to her as long as he was around. Riana felt a wave of relief wash over her. She knew that Alpha Killian would keep his word and she felt safe in his arms.

Alpha Killian and Riana had ventured out from the safety of the Castle. They had been wandering the forest for days, living off the land, and exploring the depths of the woods.

They were nearly at the edge of the woods when they were attacked by a group of Rogues. The fight was fierce, but Alpha Killian was ultimately victorious. However, in the fray, Alpha Killian had been wounded.

The two of them made their way back to the Castle, limping and battered.

When they arrived, the pack was shocked to see their Alpha wounded and Riana barely able to walk. They all panicked, but Alpha Killian reassured them that everything would be alright.

“What happen to you, alpha?!” They asked, worriedly.

“Rogues attacked us,”Alpha Killian responded.

“But please calm down. It’s okay now,”he added.

“Why are you together?”one of wolves asked.

“What kind of question is that?”Alpha Killian frowned.

“Stop it. Let’s treat your wound immediately! Riana said.

“Yes You have a big wound, Alpha!” one of the wolves panicked.

He asked his pack to calm down and he tended to Riana's wounds. He applied a salve to her cuts and a warm blanket to cover her body. After he was done, he stepped back and let her rest.

The pack was so relieved that Alpha Killian and Riana were safe. They had been worried and scared, but their Alpha had been brave and his strength had kept them safe. The pack gathered around them, grateful that their leader had been able to protect them.

Alpha Killian and Riana had survived the dangers of the forest and returned to the safety of the Castle. They had proven that they could survive anything if they stayed together.

Days passed, Riana was the one taking care of Alpha Killian, since his Luna, Zillah, was absent from the castle again. It was no secret that Killian was worried. He was concerned that Riana and he were facing a betrayal issue, since Riana never left his side.

Riana could tell that Killian had a lot on his mind. She wished that she could tell him that she would never betray him. But she knew that she shouldn't speak out of turn. She also knew that she had to be careful with her words, because she didn't want to make Killian even more worried than he already was.

Killian's thoughts were consumed with trying to figure out where Zillah had gone. He had tried to reach out to her, but she never responded. He was beginning to think that Zillah was gone for good and he couldn't help but feel a deep sadness.

Riana was determined to take care of Killian until his Luna returned. She wanted to make sure that he was not alone in his sorrow and confusion. She had become like a mother to him, taking care of his needs in Zillah's absence.

Killian was grateful for Riana's presence. He knew that she would never betray him, and he was comforted by her loyalty. He was also relieved that he was not alone in his search for Zillah. Even if his Luna did not return, he knew that he could always count on Riana to be there for him.

One day Melissa approached Riana and remind Riana that if the bloody scar pack knows about her secret affair with Alpha Killian. They both banished again and this time Alpha Killian will be banished by his own pack if they got caught.

“I’m afraid that two of you will get caught by the pack,”Melissa said worriedly.

“Can you help us, Melissa?” Riana asked.

“Help? How can I?” Melissa asked.

Riana asked Melissa's help to help them keep their secret and defend them from betrayal issue.

“Defend us,”Riana answered.

Melissa took a deep breath and said that she would do everything to defend the two of them from all the issues inside the castle.

She started to devise a plan to keep their secret safe and protected. She suggested that Riana and Alpha Killian should meet in secret and only in places where no one would suspect them and they should go outside the castle with Melissa. She also suggested that they should find a way to communicate without leaving any trace behind.

“I’m willing to help you, Alpha and Luna,” Melissa said.

“Thank you so much, Melissa. I hope we can trust you,”Riana replied.

“When you are planning to go outside the castle, I can come with you until you arrive at your meeting place, “Melissa volunteered herself.

“Really? Do you think it was a good Idea?” Riana asked, confused.

“Yes It is!” Melissa replied.

But Riana and Alpha Killian were still both worried and scared of the consequences of their secret affair, but they both agreed to Melissa's plan. They started to meet in secret, and only in places where no one would suspect them. To communicate without leaving a trace, Melissa provided them with a secret code of symbols that only the two of them would understand.
