Chapter 75

The next morning, Riana woke up with a pounding headache in a random room. She didn't recognize her surroundings and it took her a few moments to remember that she had gone to a party the night before. She vaguely remembered that it was Zillah and Alpha Killian's anniversary. 

"Where am I?"she asked.

"Shit! My head hurts!" She complained.

Riana was unable to remember what had happened, but she had a feeling that something had gone wrong. She had a strange feeling of sadness and the tears that had dried on her face confirmed it. She had been crying, but for what reason she couldn't recall.

"Riana, please move on.okay?" She told herself.

"It was just an anniversary,"she added.

"Ohhh Really,Riana? Fuck that day! That was the day he betrayed me!" She became emotional.

Suddenly, the events of the night before came flooding back to her. She had been dancing with male wolf when she had become overwhelmed with emotion. She had been trying to show Alpha Killian that she is really comfortable being with another male wolf. She didn't care about her feelings but he had seemed distant and uninterested. With her heart broken, she had fled the party in fun. 

Now, she was determined to make things right. She knew that she had to apologize  for her behavior and try to explain her side to everyone. 

She should always think of Diego first but all she did was betray him.

With a newfound sense of determination, Riana got up and went in search of Alpha Killian. This time, she was determined that things would be different.

"He has no right. Why is he mad to see me with another male wolf? It was just for fun and no malice. Right?" She was talking to herself.

"Ohhh Riana please stop thinking about him anymore,"she said, confusely.

Later on, she went to her room and lay in her bed, she could feel the consequences of her reckless actions. Her head was pounding, and her stomach felt uneasy.

She tried to recall the previous night's events, but all she could remember were snippets of conversation and laughter. What had seemed like a great time last night now felt like a mistake.

She took some painkillers and tried to rest, but her head ache persisted. She eventually got up and opened her curtains, hoping the sunlight would give her some relief. Unfortunately, it only made her headache worse.

"Grrrrr!" She said, irritated.

Frustrated, she went to the kitchen and brewed some tea. As she sipped it, she thought about her life and how she had gotten here. 

She finished her tea and decided to take a walk, hoping it would help clear her head. As she walked, she realized that she had been so focused on her position as a Luna of a bloody moon pack.

"I don't deserve this.I'm really sorry,Diego," she said emotionally.

She made a vow to herself that from now on, she would pay more attention to the things that made her happy and not let Alpha Killian take over her entire life.

When she came back to her room from the kitchen, she felt a bit better and decided to take a nap. As she drifted off to sleep, she was finally able to put the events of the night before behind her.

She had been lying in her bed, trying to get some sleep in preparation for the big day ahead. She was just starting to drift off when she heard a loud knocking at her door. Startled, she woke up and got out of bed to answer the door. When she opened it, she was surprised to see Alpha Killian standing there.

"Killian?!"she uttered, confused.

"Riana,"Alpha Killian uttered as he hugged her.

He immediately swept her into his arms and kissed her passionately. Despite her surprise, Riana found herself unable to push him away.

"Stop it! They might see us. What the hell are you doing?!" She asked emphatically.

 He had never expected him to be standing at her door like this.

She tried to push him away, but he only held her tighter and kissed her more deeply. She felt her whole body melting into his embrace, and finally she gave in and returned his kiss.

"Just let me do this please,"Alpha Killian begged her.

When he finally drew away, Alpha Killian smiled at her and said,"I'm sorry for coming here like this, but I just had to see you. I know you are mad at me."Riana  felt a pang of sadness, but at the same time she was grateful that he'd come to see her before leaving.

"Please leave now,Alpha ''she asked as she tried to calm herself down.

"Okay. Thank you for ten seconds," he said weakly.

She knew she'd never forget the moment when Alpha Killian had appeared at her door, and the kiss they'd shared.

Riana and Alpha Killian had been in love for what felt like forever. It was a forbidden love -- Alpha Killian was mated to Zillah because he chose her over Riana.

Now he is still blaming herself for making a wrong choice and a complete mistake.

The complicated situation also is his brother was mated to Riana. But Riana and him had been drawn together since the first time they had met again.

Riana returns for revenge but why is she in love now?

Tonight, they had finally given in and were in Riana's room, making love.

 In that moment, they forgot all of the rules and limitations that had been placed on them by their families and their packs. They only wanted to be together, and in that moment, nothing else mattered.

For hours they explored each other, forgetting everything but each other.

When they were finally spent, they lay in each other's arms. The guilt started to creep in, and they both knew that what they had done was wrong. Alpha Killian had betrayed his brother and his mate, Zillah, and Riana had betrayed her mate as well.

But despite the guilt, they were happy. They were happy that they had finally been able to express their love and be together at that moment. They knew that their secret affair would have to remain a secret, and that it was wrong.
