Chapter 45: Rescue Mission

"Well, gentlemen, thank you for coming, and your assistance is greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that we can find my daughter as soon as possible." Tito Harry addressed them.

"Anytime, Cloudio, we've been allies for decades and are happy to assist." If I'm not mistaken, the slender white-haired man's name is Mr. Yosores, and the other is Mr. Gualiza. Before they leave, they say their goodbyes to Tito Harry and send their regards to Tita Trixie, who went to the kitchen.

Tita returned with a tray of juices and placed it on the coffee table in front of us, taking the seat next to her husband. Now there are only five of us left, sitting on their couch. We fell silent and just stared at each other as if we were waiting for a bomb to explode on our faces.

I cleared my throat, breaking the awkward silence between us.

"So... Do you know whose son of a bitch we're going to face this time?" I asked Tito because it appears that he knows who our adversary is.

"It's Lino." He simply answered me; I was about to ask him if he knew who Lino was, but he got me first.

"It's my brother."

He went on to say that the way he spoke his name was like a venom trap in his mouth. Does he have a brother? That is something I was unaware of. Why does Isla's family have so many secrets?

"How can he do this if he's your brother?"

Why would he do such a thing? I mean, brothers wouldn't do something like that, would they?

I didn't have a brother or a sister, but from what I've seen to others, they don't treat each other like this. Raynel, Axhton, and I aren't related by blood, but we consider ourselves brothers. Why would brothers do something so heinous?

"I've done something unforgivable to him in the past. And he intends to retaliate against my daughter." He took Tita's hand in his and intertwined it with him, smiling comfortingly.

What about Isla's twin? I remember when we arrived at the VS main headquarters, she told me that her twin Luzy was still alive.

"Isla mentioned me that her twin, Luzy, is still alive." I blurted, their bodies tensed and they looked at me with a shocked expression.

"L-Luzy is alive? But-H-How? I thought ..." Tita exclaimed in disbelief.

"Are you sure, Seth?"

"Yeah, when we went to Cheska's funeral, he saw this man and she said it was him. I'm guessing he saw Lino, but I didn't see his face. Then, later that night, I accompanied her to the main headquarters of VS. Actually, we had a argument at the time, and she told me not to interfere with her business, so I just let her.”

“She said she'd be back in less than an hour, but she hadn't returned after more than two hours, so I decided to follow her. She had killed all of the mafia members inside the area, and I found her silently crying on the floor, with Mr. Villa Samonte's hand pinned on the desk. I was in a panic at the time, so I killed him without thinking. I turned to Isla and asked what had happened, and she told me that Luzy was still alive.” I narrated everything to them what had happened that night.

They fell silent once more, and another commotion broke the thick atmosphere between us. Kiro was rushing towards us when I noticed him.

"Tell me it isn’t true? Tricia can't be missing!" He blasted through the area. What is this guy was doing here?

"Who are you?" Tito inquired abruptly.

"Kiro, you're out of this." I stoically stated to him, this guy really gets on my nerves, just the thought of him being practically naked at Isla's place makes my blood boil.

"Night Owl. You can't tell me that! She's my master, so of course I'm involved in this situation." He snarled back at me. I never imagined he could be so enraged over her.

He turns his attention into Tito, he was taken aback just seeing him.

"Y-You!" He exclaimed.

"Who are you? And what are you talking about when you say my daughter is your master?"

"What is he on about, Seth? I know Isla is an assassin, but what does he mean by her being his master?" Tita turns to me with confusion on her face. Looks like they had no idea her daughter was the founder of the Azoukawa clan in Japan.

"Tita..." I was cut off when Kiro butted in.

"You! You were her parents? So that's why Ranshio Violet canceled my mission."

"Canceled what? You're the one who tried to assassinate me?" Tito gritted his teeth ferociously.

"Isla, also known as Violet, is the founder of Japan's Azoukawa clan." They all snap their head at me on my sudden insertion.

"I didn't come here to make trouble. I came here to help. I can't just sit there doing nothing when I know something is going on around here. She once helped me, and now it's my turn to help her." Though I dislike the idea of Kiro assisting, he is right that we need more help right now, especially since we don't know how strong our enemy is.

If Luzy is still alive, there's a chance they're together right now. If this Lino man has Luzy, why does he need Isla? Why would he want them both?

"Uhm, Tito I was just thinking that Luzy and Isla could be together right now, and I'm wondering why he would want both of them when he already has one." Tito sighing and wiping his face with his hand.

"The truth is that Luzy and Isla are my biological daughters." He admitted, albeit hesitantly.

"Wait, what?" Except for him, Tita Trixie, and Kiro, who is looking at us puzzled, we all exclaimed.

This family surely got a lot of secrets. Hell!

"It's a long story, and my brother Lino has something to do with it."

"That explains why Tita Trixie and her resembled each other." Raynel muttered, and I noticed Axhton silently looking into something in his palm. I know he's thinking about something right now.

"Seth, how did you discover Violet had a twin?" Axthon asked me calmly, why would he ask me...

HOLY SHIT!!!! HOW COULD I HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT!!!

Stupid! I saw them running together with her twin at the time. That abandoned pharmaceutical, where I ended up by accident when my parents got into a fight.

"Shit! On the abandoned pharmaceutical! That's it! I remember it now!"I hissed to myself.

Shit!

"Abandoned what?"

"I think I've figured out where they are now." I came to a conclusion.

"Where?" They asked in unison, but I ignored them and turned to Raynel.

"Did Axthon tell you about that Jacob Stan and his involvement in the Stan Mafia?" When I asked him, he looked at me strangely at first, but then he got to my point.

"Yes, I discovered he's a member of the mafia, but I can't get into their system to find out more. The Pentagon's system is easier to hack than theirs." He gives his response.

"Could you please explain what you're talking about?" Tita Trixie interjected.

"I had a hunch where they'd brought Isla, but we can't be too hasty. We need more information about the entire establishment, and the first option is to hack into their system. They have a high security level that even Raynel cannot breach. Our second option is to hire a spy to inform us of what's going on inside, but that's too risky because they might find out and kill whoever it is." I went on to explain.

"Someone I know is a computer genius. I'm sure she can help with this. She’s in Japan, but I can summon her here." Kiro suggested.

"Who is it?" Raynel inquired, and judging by his tone, he didn't seem to be pleased hearing that someone is better than him.

"Tsk! another nerd I bet." He mumbled something to himself.

We waited for him for nearly thirty minutes and he still hadn't returned and I’m getting impatient.

I was about to nag him when he showed up, but I noticed a petite young woman, probably between the ages of 19 and 20, with a white skin complexion.

Her brunette hair was curly and hung just below her shoulder. She also had a fit body that any girl would kill for. Raynel's breathing became ragged the moment he saw this girl.

"Everyone, I apologize for the delay, but I'd like to introduce you to Pavi, fresh from Japan. She came here quickly as she can after hearing what had happened to Ranshio Violet." Kiro introduce her.

Pavi grab Kiro's elbow to face her, Raynel let out a low growl the once Pavi's hand made a contact with Kiro. They're saying something in Japanese that I understand.

"Would you like to explain why we've come here, Kiro? You told me Master had gone missing, but you didn't tell me about them!" She scowled.

"I was about to explain it to you over the phone when you cut me off. Look, Pavi, this is not the time to argue about it. They found something and require your assistance with hacking." Kiro hissed back, but the tone of his voice indicated that he still respected her.

"Fine."
