Chapter 12 — The Meeting
Lucy POV:
Tonight, my husband will go to meet Cassandra with her husband. That bitch, she lied to me. How dare she asks for a one-night stand for my husband to have a baby with him? She's the crazy woman I ever met in my life. I tried not to think about it, but I can't deny the fact that Kent will be spent the night with a psycho. My husband is now preparing his things for their meeting place.
"Did you install an app called GPS/ voice locator?” I check it on Kent.
"We have to be aware that Cassandra was a smart girl, honey. She lied to me inside the prison so she can do it again." I informed my husband about her behavior.
Kent stopped fixing his things and sat beside me. He cupped my face and locked his eyes on mine. His face was full of hope and care.
"Hon, don't think too much okay. We talk about this. For the sake of Austin, I'll do everything to save him. Do you trust me?” he asked me with those warm words.
I was hesitant to answer. I can't trust anyone this time even my husband. What if he will do it? What if Cassandra will do something to make him do it?
“Honey, I know what you're thinking. I'm not the old Kent anymore. I won't let her touch me. This body belongs to you!” he sneered at me.
I pinch his nose and cheeks.
"You're a very naughty boy!” I giggled and planted a kiss on his lips.
The light kiss began to deepen but I quickly pushed him.
“Hey, think of Austin first. We can have it all you want, silly boy!” I bit my lips to tease him.
Kent calms himself and accepts his defeat.
"Okay, I understand! But just one last kiss and I will go!” he requested, and I let him kiss me again.
As our lips touched each other, his lips started to nibble inside. I can feel his urge of wanting my tongue when he slid it inside mine. I know Kent. Je wanted more and I let him.
He slammed my body against the soft mattress, and he quickly jumped on me. He slid his hands under my dress and cupped my breast. I let him massage it and played it. We catch our breath after our lips are parted from each other.
“After tonight, I promise you, honey, we will be together again with our son Austin. No one can separate us forever!” he murmured while he spread my legs and thrust his hardness inside me.
He pounds me hard like it's going to be our last.
"I love you, honey," he whispered behind my ears.
"I love you too, honey!” I replied, and we both reach in orgasms.

Tonight, Kent will go to meet Cassandra. This is her last request in exchange for Austin's freedom. While Kent and Lucy are busy preparing for the kidnapper's request, police officers are trying to locate Austin's location. Since Kent can't use the phone, the GPS locator has been installed also in their phones.
“We need to be vigilant in Kent's phone movements. I told him to keep his phone open while we followed his location." Detective Damian ordered his team.
Tonight, everyone is busy. The whole Makati Police Department has a big mission. They will go to capture the ex-convict and the ex-asylum patient.

Eloisa POV:
I quickly called Lucy after I recognized Cassandra. She's one of the patients to where my mom was diagnosed too with her mental problem.
"I remember her now. She came from an asylum for mentally ill patients. I told you, Lucy, I don't like her from the start. So did she call again?” I asked her over the phone.
Gale and I were inside their room having their third honeymoon again.
Eloisa heard Lucy's shocking expression.
“What? You mean she's crazy for real? Do you know what she wants for my husband?” Lucy told her and Eloisa just stared and listened to her.
Lucy can't believe what she found out about Cassandra's real identity. She thought this woman suffered from the harshness of life and bitterness of the world when she met her inside the prison. She had no idea that this woman is a psychopath.
"Yes, she is. She was discharged when her husband told them that he will the good care of her, that he withdrew his claims for his wife. Then she went to prison for murder." Eloisa told her everything.
Lucy's lips began to quiver after hearing her case. What if she won't stick to the deal? What if she will kill my husband and son? What is her motive for making my life miserable? There are the things I wanted to ask her if I have the chance to meet her. I want to ask what she wants from me? She knew all of my past and how it was difficult for me to forget it easily and now she's making it tougher.
"Hey, you said earlier that Kent went to meet Cassandra. Why? Did she ask for ransom money for Austin?” Eloisa muttered.
Lucy answered her instantly.
“No! She wants to sleep with Kent! She wants to have sex with my husband!” I said to her without a barrier.
I heard Eloisa gasp for air. She seems surprised.
"What? Is she insane? Holy shit, that is ridiculous!” Eloisa told Lucy.
Lucy felt shame to tell her but since they talk about it, she had no choice but tell her the truth.
“He's now on his way. I am better off. I had something to do. I'll contact you if I need your help. Bye." She cut off their conversation and she started to prepare herself for her plan of abiding by Cassandra's rules.
She doesn't trust her. She can't let her ruin her family, her child's future, and her husband. She sacrificed her dignity and life to be with them again. She's the main character of her own story and the protagonist always wins no matter what. Even it will cost her death.
Lucy clenched her fist while thinking about Cassandra.
"I won't let you ruin our lives. I will cut this nonsense of yours!” she mumbled as she navigated her way out to their mansion.
She will follow her husband. The locator she installed is working. She's just within the province of Cavite.
She drives her way to their location. Lucy took her phone to call Detective Damian.
“Sir, did you locate them? I'm on my way!” she informed them.
"Yes, we found them. Copy. We will go there. Cassandra's husband is on his way to the airport, but we found out that he's on his way to the beach,” he told Lucy.
"Okay. I know she will do that. Let's communicate later. Bye." Lucy said and turned off her phone.
They plan to corner Cassandra and will arrest her husband at the same time.

Kent POV:
As I reached the meeting place, I roamed my eyes around and the place seems darker than yesterday. I saw a few stars from the sky so maybe a storm will come. I wasn't wrong, the rain started to pour down from the dark sky. I was inside the car waiting for Cassandra's message.
I heard my phone beep. I check my inbox and saw her text.
"I'm inside. You can come in,” she said in the text.
I took a deep breath after reading it. I don't know if our plan works but I will do my best to act like I am willing to sleep with her. I can make her sleep with the pills I brought. I have champagne here. We can have a drink first before we start.
I hop off from my car and drag my feet to the old building. I was one meter away from my car when I saw Cassandra, a guy the same height as mine holding Austin. I guess he was her husband. I calm myself and act brave.
I walked closer and stop in front of them. My heart is going to tear into pieces to see my son in front of me.
"Dad, help me. I want to go home,” he calls me.
I tried to calm myself. I hold my tears because I want to show him that his dad is not vulnerable, his dad is brave.
"Don't worry, son, I will save you." I get mad when Cassandra ordered her husband to take Austin away.
"Wait! Can I hold my son? I promise I won't do anything bad." I told her.
She seems hesitant to let me hold Austin, but she finally agreed.
“Okay, but only one minute. Val, take Austin to him,” she said, and my son ran towards me and hugged me tightly.
"Daddy!” he calls my name.
God knows how I miss my son. We don't know what to do without him. He completes our life.
“Baby, are you okay? Did you eat well and sleep?” I said while checking him.
Austin just nods his head. I wanted to be with him for a while when Val pulled him away.
"Enough! Now you saw your son is doing well, maybe we can start the deal!” Cassandra said after his husband took my son again.
I simply nod my head.
