The Peaceful Time Ends.

The Peaceful Time Ends.
The sky had darkened when both men walked out of the house.

Evans turned around to wave at his granny, and asked her to go back in and only proceeded to enter Nathan’s car after he had watched her go back into the house and locked the door.

He found Nathan staring out the window with a cigar in between his lips. Evans frowned but said nothing and only waited for him to start the engine of the car.

“Are you facing any problems at school?” he removed the unlit cigar from his mouth and turned to look at Evan, “Did you friend tell you I have agreed to sponsor your project?” He asked with a raised brow.

Evans was surprised, his hands which were pulling the seat belt paused, “You did? Leo hasn't told me, but I'll thank you in advance.” He said.

Nathan looked at the polite smile on his face, and felt uncomfortable, he couldn't point out where he felt was not okay but he was sure his little lover had something in mind.

This relationship has been a rollercoaster and he’s getting confused.

Without another word, he started the engine and the rest of the drive was so quiet.

“Good night.” Evans said after they got home. Without even waiting for Nathan to respond to him, he walked away but his wrist was caught.

He turned around and fell into the arms of Nathan.

“Stay with me, tonight.” Nathan whispered in his ear and blew some air into his sensitive ear hole which made Evan tremble like a wet cat.

Evans raised his head and met the eyes of Nathan’s which were filled with desire. Those intense eyes that say how much he wants him which almost made Evans lose control of his mind, but he manages to get hold of himself.

He licked his lips, closed his eyes and raised his toes to kiss Nathan’s lips.

The moment their lips touched, he melted right away but something still kept him from losing control.

“Yes, just lust. This is how it should be, Evans. Pure lust and you leave when the time says so.” He muttered in his heart, then closed his eyes tightly to enjoy the moment.

The sound of loud growls and moans rang out from the room, mixed with the sound of heavy breathing and skin slapping each other.

Evans could be seen lying down on the bed with his legs raised high while Nathan plunged into him like a volcano. Suddenly, Evans placed his palm on the chest of Nathan, exactly where the heart lies.

After some time, he let out a shaky smile full of self-loathing, then squeezed the sheets under him. Nathan who was pursuing his release didn't notice the single tear that dropped from the eyes of his lover.

The next few days passed uneventfully.

From class to home and from home to class. Evans had been spending his days calmly, and when it was night, he made sure he enjoyed the service of Nathan and he enjoyed it to the fullest while also making sure not to think of any other thing.

Today, Nathan had sent a message to Evans for him to prepare his signature Spicy chicken and macaroni, and he would be returning home soon.

Evans had smiled gently at the message, and without wasting any more time, he had rushed home after class.

Evans didn't know why Nathan had been acting really well, he returns home early and they both eat the meal he had prepared and also do the dishes together. They act more like married couple.

It was already 8pm when Evans finished cooking, he brought out plates after plates and arranged it on the table before taking off his apron.

Looking at the time, he decided to take a quick shower before Nathan arrived, but even after he came out, Nathan still wasn't back which was unusual.

“Are you busy? When will you be back?” He sent a text to Nathan hoping for a response but even after waiting for a while, he got nothing.

He picked up his phone again, “Hey, should I keep yours in the microwave? Are you busy?” he sent another text.

“What's wrong with him? He isn't picking up either. Is everything okay?” Evans frowned as he tightened his hold on his phone.

He sat down for another hour, and now, Evans couldn't sit still anymore.

It was almost 11pm and he still hadn't received a reply.

Not able to sit anymore, he stood up anxiously, and walked towards the door without even putting on a cardigan as its was chilly out there.

“Where are you? I just hope you’re okay wherever you are, Nathan.”  He muttered as he rushed out of the house.

He released a sigh of relief after he finally got a taxi.

“Take me to the Collins Pharmaceuticals company—”

“Ring!!”

The sound of his phone ringing interrupted him. He immediately brought out his phone but when he saw the caller, he rolled his eyes irritably and hung up before entering the taxi.

His phone kept on ringing, annoying Evans so much that he picked it up.

“You'd better have something important to say, Megan!” He growled.

Megan sneered on the other end, “Guess what I saw?”

“And what business do I have with what you saw?” Evans responded with a scowl.

He wasn't in the mood for any of this.

“Calm down, love.” She chuckled sassily, “I’ll send something to you, make sure you check it.” Megan said and hung up.

Evan looked at the hung-up call in confusion, then he heard the voice of the driver who announced they had arrived.

He raised his head and looked out to see the huge building.

“Oh! Thank you, this is your fee—”

Evans looked down and raised his phone to check the message that interrupted him, but what he saw shocked him. He looked at the message under the picture sent to him.

Megan: I couldn't believe it when my cousin brother told me he saw Nathan and Jesse at the airport.  Jesse’s back and Nathan went to pick him up!”
