“Okay I will get the scouts and tell them the plan, you all go and rest and wait for the news” Uncle Ivan, Zain’s father said. He is the beta of the pack. “Thank you, Ivan, I think we all stay in the pack house for now so that everybody is close until we know more about the situation” my father said. “I agree, it is the saftest option, because everything is still unclear” Uncle Brian said. “I will tell the pack of the situation” Brian said. “Thank you, Brian,” my father said. “I will stay and help out; my beta is handling our pack for now” Carlos said. I looked at him. “Thank you, Carlos,” I said and gave him a grateful but tired smile.

“Hey, we lost him once, and we all will help to make sure we don’t lose them again” he said. “I agree with Carlos” Zain said. “This time we will fight and get back our Luna” he said. “And get back the little girl” Keiran said. “Okay now that everything is sorted out, everybody goes and gets some rest” my father said. With that Carlos took the parm that Maxi was sleeping in and pushed it to the game room, everybody of us following behind him. When we entered everybody took a seat. Everybody was in their own minds, thinking their own thoughts. “Why don’t we play some games” Andrew asked, and just as he finished talking Maxi woke up crying. I quickly went to him and picked him up as soon as he was in my arms he quieted down.

Nash pov

It has been a week. A week of me not knowing where my mate and children were. A week without them. Each day we don’t find them if a day closer to never finding them again. This last week I barely slept, and Maxi stopped talking to everybody. My son is not his happy babbly self anymore. He doesn’t even want to be in his room, and he doesn’t even play with his toys anymore. He doesn’t want to go to anybody and clings to me. He sleeps badly and when he does sleep it is filled with nightmares. He wakes up every night screaming from a nightmare.

I am busy in the office with some packing duties and Maxi is just sitting on the couch and staring in front of him. I sighed. “Maxi come here buddy” I said to him. He looked at me and then climbed off the couch and walked to me. When he was next to me, I picked him up and placed him on my lap. “I will find them buddy, I promise you” I said to him and kissed his head. “I miss mommy and Sage” he said. “I know buddy, I miss them too” I said to him. And just then the office door opened and in walked Carlos, Zain, Keiran and one of our scouts. Behind them was Uncle Ivan, Uncle Brian, and my father.

“Alpha Russo has them” Carlos said. I looked at him. “Are you sure” I asked him. “Tell him” Keiran said. Then the scout nodded his head. “We staked out their pack house for the last week. We saw nothing out of order but yesterday two guards were outside talking about two prisoners they had, a male omega who is pregnant and an omega girl, and that they maybe have a buyer for the little girl” the scout said. I was furious. “When” I asked him. “They said that the buyer will come tomorrow to see the little girl” the scout said. “Then we have to move today” my father said.

“I agree” Keiran said. “We have to move fast” Zain said. “I will get everybody ready” Uncle Ivan said. “I will get the plan ready” Uncle Brian said. “Thank you everybody let’s get going” my father said. Everybody walked out of the office and all that was left was me, my father and Maxi. “Are you ready son” my father said. “Yes, I am, let’s go and get my mate and children back” I replied. When then walked out to get everything ready.

It took us a few hours to get everything ready and at 7 thirty my father got us a meeting with Alpha Russo. When it was about 6 o’clock I walked with Maxi to my mother and sister who would watch him while we go and rescue Dillion and Sage. “Hey mom, hey sis” I said when I saw them in my mother and father’s room. “Hey Wen, hey Maxi” my sister said. I looked at Maxi who was just looking at them.

“Hey Maxi” I said, and he looked at me. “You have to stay here with Granny and Aunty Ria, while me and the rest of the boys will go and get mommy and Sage, we will be right back” I said and kissed him on his head. “Noo” he screamed and clung to me. I then hugged him once more before I pulled his arms off of me and gave him to my mother. “Thank you, mom” I said then walked out of the room to go and get ready for tonight. I heard him scream until I was no longer in ear range. When everything was ready for tonight, we climbed into our cars and drove to Alpha Russo pack. My sister walking

It was silent all the way to the pack house, everybody gets their mindset ready for tonight and I am going through the plan for tonight that I made sure that I don’t mess it up, but that I keep to the plan so that we can rescue them safely. I promise to get them back safe and sound so that my family can be whole again.
