Part 40

Previously on Storm pack…

“That is where you are wrong” my mother started with a smile on her face. “Omega’s are useless things, and they can’t even protect themselves and expect that alpha’s should do everything for them” my father said. I shook my head. “No, that is where they were wrong, if omega’s get trained and let them have their freedom, they can protect themselves, and we don’t need alpha’s to protect us” I said to them. They both laugh.

“Well, we will give you some time with that thing, until we have a buyer for that thing, she will stay here, so say your goodbyes soon, because you won’t ever see you children again” my father said. With that they both left and when they left, I was alone with my thoughts again. Sage was asleep I turned us so that she was against the wall and me behind her. I fell asleep, but in a light sleep so that I still know what is going on. My last thought was, please Nash find us soon.

Nash pov

When I woke up the next morning, I tried to give Maxi to my mother or to my sister to hold while me and everybody else tried to find Dillion and Sage. But while I was trying to give him to my mother, he was screaming and holding onto me like his life depended on it. “Maxi please go to Granny; I promise I will be back soon to come and get you” I said while I held him close to me to calm him down. “Nooo” he cried and held me tighter. “Please Maxi, I promise I will find Mommy and Sage soon” I said to him. “Come on big boy, let daddy go to work so that he can find Mommy and Sage, and then you and me can go bake cookies for them when they get back” my mother said to him.

I then gave him one last hug and then gave him to my mother. “Thanks mum” I said to her and quickly gave her a kiss on the head. While I was walking away, I heard his screams. I was in the hall in front of the office, and I still heard him. I stood and listened to his cries and then I made a decision. I turned around and went back to where my mother moved outside to try and calm him down. She saw me and looked confused. “Come here Maxi” I said and took him. “Daddy is sorry, shhh” I tried to calm him down.

He clung to me while sobbing in my arms. My heart broke for him. This is the first time since he has been away from his mother for so long. “And now” my mother asked me with a smile on her face. “I will take him with me, I can’t stand that he cries like this, and he has never been away from them this long” I said to her. Maxi calmed down a little. “That’s good, then I will go and bake cookies” my mother said. “Thanks mum” I said to her. She smiled and walked towards the kitchen. I looked down at a quiet Maxi and saw that he cried himself to sleep. I walked inside and went to get his pram.

I then placed him in his pram with her blanket and with Sage and his teddies. I then pushed him towards the meeting room where everybody was busy trying to find Dillion and Sage. I walked in and everybody looked up. In the meeting room was my father, Uncle Ivan, Uncle Brian, Zain, Carlos, Keiran, Grandpa Ben, Andrew, Ria, Uncle Neil, and Uncle Kendrick. I guess my father called most of them in so that we can find out who kidnapped my mate and children. “I thought you were going to leave him with your mother” my dad asked me. “Yeah, but he was crying to much, so I decide to keep him with me” I replied. I then went and sat down and put his pram next to me.

“Okay first things first, who do you think took them and why” Zain asked. “Alpha Russo” Keiran said. “Why” asked my father. “Remember what he said last night that Dillion should give his Alpha son to them to raise them and that he should let his daughter marry Nash” Carlos said. “I agree with them, let’s say some scouts to go and scout to see if they can find out anything” I said. My father nodded his head.

“Okay I will get the scouts and tell them the plan, you all go and rest and wait for the news” Uncle Ivan, Zain’s father said. He is the beta of the pack. “Thank you, Ivan, I think we all stay in the pack house for now so that everybody is close until we know more about the situation” my father said. “I agree, it is the saftest option, because everything is still unclear” Uncle Brian said. “I will tell the pack of the situation” Brian said. “Thank you, Brian,” my father said. “I will stay and help out; my beta is handling our pack for now” Carlos said. I looked at him. “Thank you, Carlos,” I said and gave him a grateful but tired smile.

“Hey, we lost him once, and we all will help to make sure we don’t lose them again” he said. “I agree with Carlos” Zain said. “This time we will fight and get back our Luna” he said. “And get back the little girl” Keiran said. “Okay now that everything is sorted out, everybody goes and gets some rest” my father said. With that Carlos took the parm that Maxi was sleeping in and pushed it to the game room, everybody of us following behind him. When we entered everybody took a seat. Everybody was in their own minds, thinking their own thoughts. “Why don’t we play some games” Andrew asked, and just as he finished talking Maxi woke up crying. I quickly went to him and picked him up as soon as he was in my arms he quieted down.
