Chapter 88

Caught in the act

Because of Aciel’s little games, I can’t help but to feel awkward around Ms. Madrigal all day. It’s not that I have something against her, it’s just that I’m shy as we all have this little pretending thing that went on these past two days. We hadn’t talked about it since, so when the time of the day went, I started to step forward and background, whether I talk to her or not. I’m having second thoughts.

”Yes, Ms. Madrigal. That’s all you have for tomorrow.” I said as I reviewed her schedule.

She nodded. “Great. That’s good to hear.”

I smiled. Usually, after she acknowledges my review of her schedules, I would bid my goodbye already. But since I have these things going on inside my head, I stood on her side looking like a fool. When she sensed that, she glanced at me. My cheeks immediately flushed because of that.

I bowed my head, feeling her intent stare at me. After a few seconds, she turned to his laptop again.

”Go on. I’m all ears.” she said.

I sighed heavily. “Just about Aciel, Ms. Madrigal.”

She smiled. “I’m supposed to be the one reaching out to you, actually.”

I shrugged.

“But I’m kind of reading the room since I don’t know how specifically your conversation went with Aciel.” she added.

”Uhm, he told me about the real deal between you two.” I said.

She nodded and stood up to meet my level.

”And that’s all, Alia. I’m sorry if I’m one of those people who gave you something to think about. Or if I’ve caused you pain even for a short period of time. Just, sometimes, pain needs to be inflicted so that people will knock their senses.”

I chuckled. “I was actually gonna say thank you. Not just for being the  bridge for Elijah and I but also for letting me be part of your success. “

”Of course. Know that I’m always here to support you and Aciel.”

I smiled and embraced her. I couldn’t contain my emotions anymore. I just want to express my gratitude towards her.

“And don’t worry. Besides calling him babe, nothing more went on between us. He’s not my type in the first place.” she laughed while caressing my back.

I chuckled. Sometimes, the world will be the one to give you the right people. Those people that will be deserving of you. People that will not inflict you bad pain, but good pain.

I checked my phone while waiting for Elijah to fetch me. I replied to Zoey’s message since I had seen it already.

Zoey:

You know what, I’ll just drop by your place once I have time. Text messages won’t give this gossip justice.

I chuckled. Of course, Zoey’s stories as always.

Me:

Alright. See you soon!

The last time she told me is that she’s going home. I don’t know what time she’ll arrive here. But for sure, when she has the time, she’ll drop by my place to spill some tea.

Minutes after, Aciel arrived. It’s been just days with him, yet it feels like this routine has been going on for a long time now.

“You remember Hugh?” he asked while driving.

I pouted. “Of course. What about him?”

”It’s his birthday. He’ll be celebrating his birthday at Long Beach. You wanna come with me?”

My eyes gleamed. Hearing the place that brings back so many memories sent me so much excitement.

”Long Beach?” I echoed.

He glanced at me once and nodded. Thoughts flashed to my mind like crazy, but ended up feeling disappointed.

“But I have work.” I voice out.

He chuckled without any humor. “You’re forgetting that I gave that scam bag woman a unit. I can give her another just so she would let you.”

”Hey!” I smacked his arms. He laughed.

“I’ll file for my leave. No need to spend a dime for me.” I rolled my eyes.

”I won’t mind though. That’s my hobby, remember? Spoiling you with my millions.” he smirked.

I pouted and tried to look at him angrily, but my smile won’t just hide perfectly. This man, really.

“Stop spoiling me with your millions. I can simply beg for you kisses.” The last words are almost audible.

“What?” he said, half amused and laughing. I just pouted and ignored him.

“No need to beg, baby. Just you wait.” he said. My pupils shook hearing his tone.

And so when we arrived at my apartment. Even though I did tried so hard to distract him with so many things, I had no control anymore when he decided to work things in his own goddamn ways.

I hadn’t even closed my door fully when he grabbed me and made me face him. The next thing I know, he pressed his lips into mine and ate me vigorously. I caught my breath because I can’t cope up with his aggressiveness.

It’s been so long since I felt this kind of kiss from him. The kisses from the past few days aren't like this. This is different. This is nostalgic. And moreover, this kiss feels more secure and less worry.

He escalated the situation. He walked through the living area without actually breaking the kiss. I tried to pull myself but he’s so strong.

”Aciel, the door.” I said between our kisses.

”It’s close.” He said and came back with more aggressive kisses.

My eyes shut automatically when his tongue wandered the inside of my mouth. He tasted so good, a mixture of mint and sweetness. I encircled my arms to his neck. From running my fingers to his hair down to grabbing his collar, we didn’t stop kissing.

“Jesus. Stop fighting back.” he groaned.

I didn’t answer him. This is not a talk show for goodness of good. I had the chance to push him on the couch. That’s when our lips parted. He looked up to me. I saw how his eyes looked at me, with a hint of desire and tiredness.

I wet my lips and leaned on him. He leaned unto the back rest to have a more relaxing position. His tie is grabbing my interest so I  pulled it to loosen it a little bit. I had no other things in my mind anymore. I placed myself on top of him, placing him between my legs.

He bit my lips so when he’s done, I bit him as well. I heard curses again. His palm went to my buttocks, grabbing it and massaging it gently.

I grind my body slowly. His breathing became so heavy as if he’s hurt or what. He even withdrew himself from the kiss. I had no time to rest. I kissed his jaw down to his neck. I planted small kisses while I grind myself on top of him.

His eyes are shut calmly while his mouth is agape. His adams moved up and down as he was gulping continuously.

”Fvck. I’ll cum with just you grinding on top of me.” he said. He opened his eyes and attacked my lips again.

Another battle had been raised. This time, he came back more equipped and trained. He’s so good like he had gotten strength from that short period of time, resting.

“What the-”

”Zoey no-”

It’s like I’ve been poured by a cold bucket of water. I immediately withdrew myself and my eyes went into the direction of the voice that I heard.

My eyes went OO when I saw Zoey’s shocked face and Lulu’s constipated reaction. Seconds when my senses knocked me. I stood and removed myself on top of Aciel. Aciel’s head turned to them as well but unlike me, he’s looking more relaxed and composed. You can’t even see  hints of embarrassment.

”Uhm,” I bit my index finger while looking so awkward.

We were caught in the act. Now what?
