CHAPTER 27: His love

"Ahhhhhh" Audrey shouted, she was sweating. She looked around and saw Melvin sitting next to her

"What are you doing here?" She asked. She recalled what had happened. She had tried her alpha powers and it worked but she was out of control, then something happened. She touched her neck and she could feel a mating mark on it

"Did you mate me!!!" Her eyes were wide open.

"I did, I had no other choice, I know you would be angry that I did…

"What is this dream that I had about you and Elvis, you were cursed and the cursed was from a witch, I don't know what it is all about but you need to be careful,I have to go tell Elvis about it too" she tried standing up but he held her down

"There is no need, The dream you had was why Elvis and I are not on good terms now. I didn't want to share my burden with anyone, but you were out of control and my mating was the only way to save you. You saw the dream because I had mated you" Melvin explained. Audrey looked at him and tried to balance all he had said

"Are you truly caused not to fall in love?" She asked and he nodded

"Was that why you never loved me?" He nodded again

"But you loved Diana"

"I don't, she was the only option I had to use so you would not have any feelings for me, I didn't know it would hurt you,you were out of control because you needed revenge"

"I don't care about that anymore"

"The witch had said, the girl you love would die, would I die?"

"You won't, I haven't done anything with you yet, only if we had consummate our wedding that you would" he replied

"You were trying to save Elvis, and now he thought you had killed the one he loved, why didn't you explain to him what happened, Maybe he would understand"

"There is no need, she was his only love, since he saw me stab her with my sword, there is nothing I would say that he would believe" Melvin looked at the worrying Audrey

"You don't have to worry about…"

"I have to worry Alpha Melvin, I know I was hurt because you didn't show me love, but now I'm involved,so I have to worry" Audrey interrupted

"What are we to do next?" She asked

"Just like before, we have to keep living our life separately, I haven't figured out anything about the curse, when I do, I would inform you"

"Do I have to keep avoiding you?" She asked and he nodded..

"Ohh..what happened next after Elvis saw you and the witch?"

"He still doesn't know that she is a witch, I left the place because I was suffering changes from the curse, I don't know what Elvis did to her body" He explained

"Do you want me to ask him about her? I can I directly ask him about it and he would not know you know about it"

"There is no need, he won't say it"

"Why didn't you tell anyone you were an Alpha?" He asked and she came down from the bed

"I had a blocked memory, and I didn't know it would open one day, so I classified myself as an Omega. Now that I am one, does it make any difference in anyone's life?" She turned and looked at him

"I will still remain an Omega, I would only use my powers when it's necessary" she headed to the door

"Where are you going too? You haven't recovered fully yet"

"I have to go see my parents, they must be worried about me"

"Your parents left, your sister is the only one here" he answered "I still need to let her know '' she left without looking back, the sound of the shutting door was loud.

Aubrey walked into a hall and went into the third floor section

She bumped into a body and she looked up to see Diana glaring at her

"Look who we have here, isn't it the lady who stole my Melvin from me" Diana said looking hatefully at Audrey

" Stole? Did you just say stole?, Sorry Diana, am not that low, it's obvious you are jobless this morning"Audrey smirked

" You think Melvin loves you right?"Diana asked and Audrey smirked, "what was Diana up too now" she thought

" Of course, Miss Diana, Melvin loves me with everything in him, he chose to love the Beautiful, loving and Humble Lady, not the Ugly and Grumpy one"Audrey said as she flaunted her hair and Diana smirked. She was tired of making Diana feel more higher than her, now she is an Alpha, she has to make Diana respect her

" Well let me make this known to you, Melvin don't love you, he didn't love you then, and he won't love you even even if you are the most powerful Alpha"Diana said and Audrey eyes widened but she quickly cover it up

" You think you can get me confused, no my dear, Melvin loves me, and shouldn't you respect me now that I am an Alpha?" Audrey said

"Really, then wait for it Audrey, you will cry when Melvin comes back to me"Diana said as she leaves not after glaring at Aubrey who smirked

Her Face suddenly turned to a sour face as she rethink about what Diana said

"If only you knew that he does love me because he is cursed, you are the one he is using" she murmured
