Accepting mate

"Can you trace Aira, your magic can help us find her," Max pleaded, desperation evident in his voice. Jane hesitated for a moment, unsure if her powers were strong enough to locate Aira. But she knew she had to try, for Max's sake.

"I will try to trace her. I need someone who is related to her." Jane said " She is adopted, we don't have anyone blood-related." Max said.

"Accept her as your mate Max, she will always be a part of your family," Jane replied, her voice filled with compassion. Max looked at Jane, his eyes welling up with tears. "I never thought of it that way," he whispered, gratitude and hope shining through his sorrow. "Thank you, Jane. I will accept her as my mate and do everything in my power to find her."

"Tomorrow is blue moon day, when the moon is in peak hours accept her as your mate, I will start the ritual to trace her," Jane said with determination in her voice.

"The moon is high now; you can accept her. The moon goddess will grant any wish you make to her today," Jane said while performing the ritual.

Max looked at the moon,

When the moon was high, Coven was filled with witches who were working on rituals to energise their magic. The air crackled with anticipation as they chanted ancient incantations and stirred bubbling cauldrons filled with potent ingredients. Each witch focused their energy, drawing power from the moon's radiant glow, to enhance their spells and manifest their desires. The night was alive with mystical energy, and the Coven harnessed the moon's celestial power to create a harmonious balance between the earthly and supernatural realms.

"Do you have any wishes?" Minerva asked Aira

"Wish!" Aira chuckled. "I don't have any."

"Today we manifest for one dream, which may come true in the coming full moon." Minerva said, her voice filled with determination. Aira looked at the witches, feeling a surge of unity and purpose. As they continued their rituals, the Coven's collective energy grew stronger, intertwining with the moon's ethereal glow.

"Come on, the ritual is ending. Take this herb, manifest it, and put it in the fireball." Aira eagerly took the herb from Minerva's outstretched hand.

"I want to have a peaceful life, said my friend James Maxwell. I loved him, and I wanted him to accept me. No, I've decided not to yearn for someone to accept me. I will not care for his love, nor will I wait for his acceptance. I can love me better than he can." Aira smiled and carefully placed it into the fiery ball at the centre of their circle.

Everyone prayed for their wish and started putting herbs in the fire.

As the herb ignited, a wave of energy pulsed through the air, signalling the completion of their ritual.

Under the ethereal glow of the moon, Max stood in solitude, surrounded by the vast expanse of Blood Stone Pack territory. The silver beams cascaded through the dense foliage, casting enchanting shadows on the ground. Max, the formidable Alpha, felt a profound connection to the lunar presence above.

Simultaneously, in the distance in the coven, Aira stood alone, her eyes fixed on the moon goddess. The night sky was her witness, and the quietude of the moment seemed to hold its breath in anticipation. In her heart, Aira carried the weight of a decision that would shape the course of her destiny.

Max, his voice a mere whisper against the stillness, spoke his truth to the moon and the heavens.

On the other side, Aira, standing in quiet reverence, made her silent declaration to the moon goddess.

"I, Alpha James Maxwell of the Blood Stone Pack," His words echoed through the ancient trees, carried by the gentle night breeze that seemed to carry the weight of destiny.

. "I, Aira of the Red Blood Pack, " The words, unspoken but fervently felt, resonated with the ancient magic that intertwined the fate of werewolves and the celestial bodies above.

"Accept Aira of the Red Blood Pack," Max's words continued.

"Reject Alpha James Maxwell of the Blood Stone Pack," Aira said, unaware that they were making declarations simultaneously.

"As my mate," both said simultaneously, looking at the moon goddess. As the words left their lips, the moon goddess seemed to shimmer with approval. The ancient trees rustled in response, as if acknowledging that something was about to take place.

Little did Max and Aira know, their destinies hung in the balance of that cosmic moment. The moon, the eternal witness to the affairs of supernatural beings, held the power to weave or unravel the threads of love and connection.

The echoes of Max's acceptance and Aira's rejection reverberated through the mystical forest, creating ripples in the unseen energies that connected all werewolves. The moon, like a silent orchestrator, conducted the ebb and flow of their intertwined fates.

Unbeknownst to each other, Max and Aira stood under the same moon, their destinies written in the stars, awaiting the unfolding of a story that would shape the course of their lives in ways they could not yet fathom.

'It's paining' Aira held her chest. Ignoring her pain, Aira started at the moon. After a few minutes, the pain intensified in her whole body, causing her to collapse to the forest floor. Gasping for breath, she realised that something was happening within her, something beyond the physical realm. As Max continued to stand under the moon, unaware of Aira's distress, the mystical energies surrounding them grew stronger, intertwining their fates in ways they could never have imagined.

'This is the pain of rejecting an Alpha' Aira thought before darkness consumed her.

"What happened?" Minerva held Aira, shivering. It was hot around them due to the ritual, yet Aira was shivering like she was in a freezing cold blizzard. Concerned, Minerva quickly took her to her room.

As they entered the room, Aira's pain seemed to subside slightly, but her body continued to tremble uncontrollably. Worried, Minerva called for a healer to come and assess Aira's condition. Time passed, and the healer did not arrive. Aira grew increasingly restless, her pain becoming unbearable. Minerva, desperate to help her friend, decided to take matters into her own hands.

"Where is she?" Elizabeth asked Minerva, who is running around Coven, for a healer.

"In my room," Minerva said breathlessly. "But the healer hasn't arrived yet, and Aira's condition is getting worse. I can't just wait any longer; I need to do something."

They both hurried back to Minerva's room. As they entered, they found Aira curled up in agony, her face pale, and sweat dripping down her forehead. Elizabeth's concern deepened as she realised the urgency of the situation. "Minerva, we can't wait any longer. Let's try to find a solution ourselves until the healer arrives," she suggested, determined to do whatever it takes to alleviate Aira's suffering.

"What is happening to her?" Minerva asked, her voice filled with worry.

"She is shifting. Her wolf has been caged. We need to find a way to release it before it causes her any more pain," Elizabeth explained, her eyes searching the room for any clues or tools they could use.

"Quickly arrange a nest in the garden. Moonlight can help her heal from pain." Minerva nodded, understanding the urgency of the situation. "I'll gather some blankets and pillows to make her comfortable," she said, rushing out of the room. Elizabeth continued her search, hoping to find something that could aid in releasing Aira's wolf and bring her relief from the agony she was experiencing.

"What triggered her to break the curse?" the priestess asked, joining Elizabeth in her search. "If we can identify the trigger, we might be able to reverse the curse and free her from this pain," she suggested, her eyes scanning the room for any hidden clues.

"I think the curse is broken. She needs to be free from the physical pain," Elizabeth replied, her voice filled with a mix of relief and concern. "But we still need to find a way to help her regain control over her wolf form. It's the only way she can truly be free." The two continued their search, determined to find a solution for Aira's predicament.

The priestess peered a sharp needle into Aira's arm, drawing a small amount of blood. She carefully collected the sample, hoping it would provide some insight into her condition.

She chanted a few spells and performed a ritual, using the blood as an offering to the goddess. Then she closed her eyes and inhaled the smoke. White beads were spread on the table, which changed into different colours.

She pointed to three beads that were glowing with a vibrant purple hue. The priestess's eyes widened in surprise as she realised the significance of the colour. Excitement filled the air as they eagerly delved deeper into their research, determined to uncover the solution hidden within those three glowing beads.

Aira was moved from the Minerva room to the garden. She is swating purposefully.

"I think there is a binding spell on her. It is not a curse, but rather a powerful enchantment," the priestess murmured, her voice filled with both concern and intrigue. As they observed Aira's deliberate swaying, they began to suspect that she was unknowingly channelling the magic of the beads, serving as a conduit for their hidden message.

"Do you think the binding is lifted?" Elizabeth whispered to the priestess, her eyes fixed on Aira. "It's possible," the priestess replied, her gaze never leaving Aira. "But we won't know for certain until we decipher the message within those beads."

"What is a binding spell? How does it work?"Minerva asked as she was tense for her new friend, hoping for a positive outcome. The priestess took a moment to collect her thoughts before responding, "A binding spell is a powerful enchantment that connects an individual's essence to an object or entity, restricting their actions or abilities. It works by harnessing the energy of the spellcaster and intertwining it with the target, creating a bond that can only be broken through specific means."

Elizabeth, along with a few witches, started performing rituals to strengthen the binding spell. They chanted ancient incantations and infused their intentions into the beads, channelling their collective energy towards the desired outcome. The air crackled with magic as they focused their concentration, determined to ensure the spell's effectiveness.

Healers were trying to soothe Aira's painful transition. They applied cooling salves and administered potions to ease her discomfort, while also using their healing abilities to mend any physical or energetic imbalances caused by the binding spell. Despite their efforts, Aira's pain persisted, leaving the healers concerned and searching for alternative methods to alleviate her suffering.

That night was intense for Aira and the witches. They had never seen such a strong binding spell before, and it was clear that it would take time and experimentation to find a solution. The witches stayed by Aira's side, tirelessly researching ancient texts and consulting with other experienced healers, determined to unlock the secret to breaking the powerful spell that held her captive.
