Chapter 173 Resolution

Chapter 173 Resolution

This was not a discussion—it was a blatant threat.

Bianca, who had been somewhat pleasant before, raised her eyebrows and said flatly, "After everything she's done, I'll never let this go."

Mia suddenly stood up and said with a pointed tone, "Really? Bianca, do you think you can actually do whatever you want?"

Bianca didn’t bother responding. Mia, being proud of herself, didn’t stick around.

But after Mia left, memories from her previous life kept flooding Bianca’s mind.

She hadn’t taken the Simmons family seriously before, seeing them as mere strangers passing through. But now, with Ramon showing up and Mia appearing too—surely she didn’t actually want to be friends with Blair, did she?

So what was their goal?

The Simmons family. Terrence.

These two names kept cycling through Bianca’s mind. She couldn’t focus on her classes all day.

That evening at the apartment, she still couldn’t shake it off. She didn’t even notice when Terrence arrived.

"Bianca, what are you thinking about? You’re so lost in thought."

Terrence suddenly leaned in close. Bianca jumped, instinctively looking up to find him right in front of her.

Bianca wrapped her arms around him. "Terrence, do you know the Simmons family from Sunrise City?"

Terrence tilted his head and nodded.

"Do you have any grudge against them?" she asked again.

Terrence shook his head.

"We have some business dealings, but nothing beyond that."

Hearing this, Bianca fell into thought.

If that was the case, why did the Simmons family go after Terrence so many times in her previous life?

"What’s wrong?" Terrence shifted slightly, pressing his cheek against hers as he asked.

"Terrence, you need to be careful of the Simmons family. They’re going to come after you."

Bianca’s tone was extremely serious.

Terrence raised his eyebrows.

Bianca seemed to always know things others didn’t.

"I understand. Don’t worry."

Terrence reached out and pinched her nose. "You’ve been too tired lately. Get some good rest, okay?"

Bianca nodded and lay down on the bed. Terrence lay down beside her, wrapping his arm around her waist and holding her for a long time.

Bianca held his hand and soon fell asleep too.

The next day, as soon as Bianca arrived at school, she ran into Blair and Mia walking arm in arm, looking like good friends.

Blair saw Bianca, said something to Mia, and they both walked toward her.

"Bianca, you and Mia met yesterday, right? I really have Mia to thank for being able to come back to school."

Bianca crossed her arms, her gaze sweeping over both of them before saying, "So she’s your ally?"

Seeing Bianca’s calm demeanor, Blair didn’t get angry. Instead, she slowly moved closer.

Blair’s cold voice was suddenly right at Bianca’s ear.

"Bianca, Mia is a socialite from Sunrise City, and she’s someone who can end everything. Do you really think you can remain untouchable forever just because of the Anderson family?"

Bianca sensed something strange in her tone. Looking at Blair’s confident eyes, she had a different suspicion.

Blair seemed very certain that Mia or Ramon could end everything and back her up.

"Bianca." Mia suddenly spoke up. After getting Bianca’s attention, she said arrogantly, "You ruined Blair’s reputation and got her disciplined. You should apologize to her. How about you kneel and say sorry right now?"

Mia was full of confidence. As soon as she said this, students passing by stopped in their tracks, looking at them in disbelief.

Everyone knew Bianca was Terrence’s woman. Who was this person? How dare she say such things?

"What are you talking about! Why should Bianca apologize to Blair?"

Jasmine had come specifically to meet Bianca. Hearing this, she rushed in front of Bianca like a startled rabbit, her eyes turning red.

"Bianca, let’s go!" Jasmine pulled Bianca toward the school, but Blair blocked them.

"Bianca, you need to apologize to me."

Bianca gave a cold laugh.

"Fine! I’ll apologize!"

Before the burst of joy in Blair’s eyes could fade, Bianca had already slapped her across the face.

Then came several more slaps. Blair’s face visibly swelled.

"You..." Blair’s eyes blazed with rage as she pointed at Bianca. "How dare you do this to me!"

"Ms. Simmons, this is my apology to Blair." After saying this, Bianca pulled Jasmine straight into the school, leaving behind many students filming with their phones.

She could vaguely hear people talking.

"She actually has the nerve to demand an apology. After everything she did before, I don’t even want to talk about it..."

"Well, she’s got powerful backing. Even after all that, she can still come back to school."

"Stop talking. What if they retaliate?"

"Get lost, all of you!" Blair screamed hysterically.

The crowd instantly scattered. Bianca wasn’t afraid of Blair, but others were—after all, everyone fears crazy people.

Only Blair and Mia remained at the entrance. Mia felt humiliated, too.

"Mia, that Bianca needs to be taught a lesson!"

Mia played with her bracelet. "When you came to me, didn’t you already say Bianca’s final outcome is death? Right now we’re just letting her strut around for a bit."

Blair suppressed her rage, though her eyes were already blazing.

She said through gritted teeth, "Yes! We’re just letting her strut around for a while. She’ll definitely die! Definitely!"

When Bianca arrived at the Anderson Group, Barry greeted her in person. As soon as she entered the office, she saw Terrence meeting with someone.

However, the man sitting across from Terrence looked vaguely familiar to Bianca.

"Bianca, this is Donald Simmons from the Simmons family in Sunrise City. He’s also the heir to the Simmons family."

Terrence made the introduction.

Donald Simmons?

Hearing this name, Bianca was somewhat shocked.

But regarding the Simmons family—this family that had been constantly appearing in her mind lately—she had a very strong impression.

Bianca sat down beside Terrence. She noticed Donald wore glasses and narrowed his eyes slightly when he spoke—clearly a cunning person.

He reached out his hand to Bianca.

"Mrs. Anderson, I heard two people from our family have caused you some trouble recently. I apologize on their behalf. Don’t worry, I’ll handle it."

Bianca froze, looking at Terrence.

So, Terrence had already resolved this matter so quickly?
