“We have come to our grand grand finale, who do you think will walk around the stage?” the host asked the audience with a smile on her face.

“My husband Nick,” someone shouted, resulting in laughter.

“Oh no, how can my hubby be defeated? Averett!” some shouted, competing with the young lady who had shouted previously.

The host chuckled as she found this the funniest event that she had hosted.

“Well, let’s say whether you guys are correct. If it is really Nick, I will make sure that Nick hugs the young lady,” the host said, stunning everyone while the young lady shouted in disbelief. The others regretted not shouting too.

In the midst, Averett’s fans, who had shouted, looked at the host with expectant gazes. “Averett’s fans shouted all at once. How can I choose?” the host said, feigning sadness. “Maybe you should discuss and decide who will come if it's really Averett.”

That made the saddened fans shout in celebration while they started murmuring among themselves.

“Okay, okay. Let’s start counting up to ten as they….” The host started saying, but she didn’t get to finish before the audience started counting, making her flash them a helpless smile before joining them as she walked away.

Those who were expecting either Nick or Averett were stunned when they saw two beauties walk in. Though they had a mask, it was now very difficult for them to differentiate who was who now that they were wearing the same design, some color.

However, they weren’t so disappointed as they got to see two angels. Their dresses seemed to have wings on the back. The audience wanted to scream in excitement, but didn’t, thus they were only anxious inside.

When they got to the centre, both Averett and Nick walked in. They didn’t walk in the same direction the ladies had walked, but on the opposite side, making them meet Ivanna and Isley at the centre. The audience was dumbfounded.

“Hello, everyone,” Nick greeted them, making them scream. Even Averett’s fans found him so handsome at the moment.

“Thank you all for the successful day. This was our grand finale, but I don’t want my brother Averett to go and spend time with my sister, thus forced them to stand here with me,” Nick said, earning some laughs.

However, some serious people got that he had omitted Isley.

Both Averett and Ivanna, who knew his plans, took a step back when he turned to them.

Seeing them taking a step back, Isley frowned and looked at her sister, who just winked at her. She had a feeling that something was about to happen. She wanted to take a step back, but when she turned around, she found Nick kneeling on one knee, stunning him.

Though she was wearing a mask, her shock couldn’t be hidden. She immediately understood what was going on. She opened her mouth to say something, but was interrupted.

“I have known you since we were kids, though. Though we never met, we surely heard about each other from our families. Your father really protected you from me as he had always called me a hyena sent to swallow his daughter,” Nick said with a chuckle, while Mr Alessandro, who was in a private look, was stunned as he never expected the latter would recall the words he had told him more than seven years ago.

“I had looked at him with confusion and scoffed, you know. But the moment I laid my eyes on you, I fell in love with you,” Nick continued, earning some sneers from the Barnes, though they wondered when Nick was so good at faltering.

Floyd looked at Nick with envious eyes; he wished that he could also propose to Ivanna. Thinking of that, he turned his eyes on her only to see how looking at Nick with mischief eyes, and he raised his eyebrows.

He turned towards the Barnes and saw that they were looking at Nick with interested gazes, making him frown. He felt that there was something wrong with this Miss Alessandro, but he couldn’t pinpoint what was really wrong.

“I had always vowed to prove to your father that I wasn’t a hyena. Sadly, he made a mistake sending you to our family. I really love you, Ivy Alessandro. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Picking you up from work and showering you with all the love. Will you marry me?” Nick asked, making Ivanna look at her sister excitedly.

The more Isley took time, the more Ivanna felt like answering it for her. Averett, sensing her anxiety, chuckled.

“Yes,” Isley replied calmly and unhurriedly. She accepted it as it had already been decided that she would get married to Nick, thus she didn’t see anything wrong.

“Phewks, you almost gave me a scare there. Thought you were really going to reject the poor hyena,” Ivanna said, stunning everyone.

Nick halted his actions of helping Isley to wear the ring while Isley flushed in embarrassment.

“Ivanna Alessandro Barnes, do let me catch you,” she said angrily as she gritted her teeth.

Everyone was stunned when they heard her words; though her voice wasn’t loud, there was total silence. There were murmurs all around as people started discussing why there was an Alessandro in Ivanna’s name.
Ivanna herself was stunned when she heard the word. The Barnes, the Martinez brothers, and Mr Alessandro panicked. Isley felt there was something wrong, and once she heard the murmurs, she realised that everyone had heard.
