Margot stood in the doorway, looking radiant, as she confronted us. She had a fire in her eyes, clearly ready to express her frustration. She pointed out how we had been overly cautious with her since the pregnancy, and that it was making her feel frustrated. She was eager to be treated the same way as before, without us holding back.
I could see the intensity in her words and in the way she held herself. I knew she wasn’t feeling neglected, but we had been extra careful because of her condition, even though we all had strong desires and needs we hadn’t addressed.
Lucas responded first, teasing her but also wanting to make sure she was truly ready. He gently questioned her desires, asking if they were a result of feeling neglected. Margot reassured him with a quiet but firm answer, her need clear. She wanted us to treat her like we used to, not as fragile, but as the woman we loved, and she was ready for that connection again.
She looked at each of us, full of trust, and I knew how deeply her words affected me. She wanted us to treat her the same way, not to hold back. We each had our own moments with her, but we were all aware of her limits, making sure we were gentle while fulfilling her needs.
We took our time to make sure she was comfortable, respecting her boundaries while still meeting her desires. The connection was passionate but always focused on her well-being. She felt empowered and cherished, and we responded with care and love, each of us attuned to what she needed.
Margot, ever the firecracker, broke the silence with a teasing remark. She mentioned how now that we knew what she needed to feel at peace, things were bound to change around here. Her words were playful, but we could tell there was a serious undertone to her desire for more connection, especially with all the changes happening.
Lucas, always quick with a comeback, chuckled and teased her about how things might escalate now. Margot responded with a laugh, showing she was in on the joke, but also made it clear that she was still very much in control of the situation.
Ryder, sensing there was more to the story, asked her about what had sent her rushing in here, and Margot, with a touch of hesitation, admitted it had to do with one of her favorite hobbies—her collection of romance novels. Lucas, ever the tease, didn’t let her live it down, but Margot was quick to play it off.
She then mentioned she hadn’t finished a book she was reading, and decided to take the opportunity to do so right there. It was clear that her pregnancy hormones were having an effect on her, and she wanted a little more attention from us. As she settled back in between us, it was clear that her teasing and playful nature hadn’t changed.
By the time we reached sunrise, we were all feeling a bit exhausted, with Margot having worn us out in more ways than one. I laughed, realizing that maybe we’d overdone it. I suggested maybe we should stop at just one child, and Lucas agreed with a smile, while Ryder joked about his past adventures.
Margot, still half asleep, curled up against us, reminding us of her usual bossy yet loving ways. Her words were soft as she asked for quiet, and I couldn’t help but smile at how well we all knew each other by now.
