CHAPTER THIRTY THREE
Rosetta's pov

The airplane landing was so smooth that I didn't even notice we had touched the ground until people started getting up, I took the earphones from my ears, carried my purse well, and came down the plane like every other person, my bags were handed over to me as I checked my phone for a text from Kyler, I had called him before I got into the plane letting him know I was coming to him as soon as I came back to the state.

"Oh sorry," I said to a lady I bumped into while checking my phone, as I turned around to keep walking I felt a sharp pain under my navel and I winced, I was told at the hospital that the pain was one thing I would keep feeling until I was completely healed of the poison I had ingested, I wonder who I had so badly offended enough to poison me, and when did they even see the poison from, I couldn't remember what the doctor had said about the poison but I remembered him saying it worked faster because my stomach was empty. My phone dinged and I stared down at the screen seeing it was a text from Kyler I opened it.

MY CAR IS AROUND, DRIVER ON PANTS WITH A GREEN BASEBALL CAP

Looking around I searched for a man in a baseball cap, I looked around enough until I see him, standing out from the crowd, he wasn't holding a sign like the other taxi drivers waiting for their pick up, he just stood there with his hands in his pocket, if I wasn't sick I would have had fun with him, smiling I put my phone in my pocket and walked up to him, he looked at me once and turned to walk towards where he parked I suppose, following him behind I stared at his ass and imagined groping it, it looked soft, chuckling at my thoughts he opened the door for me.

"Thank you," I said getting in, he got in after me, and I realized then that he wasn't the driver, shit, I thought I had the space to unzip my pants cause they were too tight.

Well, who cares anyway, it's not like we were going to get it together, relaxing myself I stretched out my legs and unzipped my pants taking in a deep breath, it felt so good to be free.

My phone rang and I checked to see if it was Jessie.

"Sup bitch!" I said happily, I was so happy to be back, I had missed her.

"Tell me you are on your way here 'cause I am about to pull out the most expensive drink in this club and I want to steal some for us," she said, matching my excited energy. I loved this girl.

"Unfortunately I can't, but we totally should steal it irrespective of if I am there to drink it with you, because we will drink it!!" I said giddily, biting my lips, she had a whole vibe when alcohol was involved.

"No problem, I got a new sexy customer talk to you later, let me know when you get off your engagement"  

She said and before I could respond the call ended and I hissed loudly that the baseball dude had to give me the side eye, which I found cute. I am not going to lie that shit was sexy as hell, hehe.

Just how long were we going to keep driving, I was beginning to feel sleepy and once I slept I hate to be disturbed ugh.

"How much further" I asked the baseball dude and he looked at his wristwatch and didn't utter anything, ha, what was that about?

"Asshole" I muttered and rested my head on the window preparing to take a nap, I arranged myself on the seat properly, and just when I was about to close my fucking eye the car came to a stop in Infront of a very large gate which was familiar and then I knew we had arrived at Tyler's house, this dick head couldn't tell me to not get comfortable when he saw me adjusting myself preparing to sleep tch.

"Welcome" I heard Kyler say and I jumped out of the car, he didn't have to come out to greet me.

"Did you know you could have waited inside for me to come to you?" I said, entering his warmth, his arms squeezed me lightly, he smelt like home, even though I couldn't remember the definition or the description of home.

"I have been waiting, didn't want to wait anymore..come let's talk in the garden," he said, directing me towards the garden where seats were arranged neatly.

"My bags?" I asked and he showed me with his hands and I chuckled. We took our seats and immediately the empty garden table was filled with delicious things to choose from but I couldn't because I was told to watch what I ate and eat only soft things.

"So everything in detail," he said, requesting about my trip and I told him, even with the realization that Asher was the main reason for my parent's death and my disqualification.

"That man needs to go," he said angrily, he was old so his frown made him appear even older.

"I know, we just need another sort of strategy, since the mother fucker poisoned me and used it as an excuse to get me out of the competition"

"Him leaving as well sounds like he already knew your plans, he couldn't possibly be working alone, we need to strategize quickly cause he must die, no matter the cost Rosetta you must avenge your parents!" He said holding my hand, I looked at his face showing him that I shared his ideas and I was going to do everything I fucking could to bring justice to my family's legacy, I was bringing our name out of shame and making sure any opposition to that suffers,

"Trust me to do this with my life," I said and he smiled nodding his head slowly, he trusted me he didn't have to say it out loud.

"You should eat and rest before you begin your journey back home," he said and I nodded.
