Chapter 175 Do You Want to Come with Me?

Chapter 177 No Matter What She Is Like, Andrew Is Used to It

Lightning also rubbed its head against his leg.

Andrew chuckled softly, reached out to ruffle Bianca's head, and noticed little Lightning at his feet.

His voice carried a smile as he said, "The little guy has gotten quite chubby and grown a lot."

Bianca nodded her little head and said to him in a sweet childlike voice, "Yeah, Lightning eats so much now, twice as much as before!"

Andrew nodded and told her, "That's because Lightning is still growing, so he eats more. Looks like it's about time to arrange some new training."

Hearing this, Bianca's eyes lit up, and she said excitedly, "When that happens, I want to go too!"

Andrew replied gently, "Okay, I'll take you along."

Bianca was very happy. Tugging at his hand, she continued, "Uncle Andrew, do you want to see my art studio? My mommy set it up for me."

Her soft, sweet tone held a hint of excitement about sharing.

"Oh?"

Andrew raised an eyebrow.

He hadn't planned to stay and intrude for too long.

But seeing Bianca's face full of anticipation made it hard to refuse.

So he agreed readily, "Then let's go see your art studio."

"Yay!"

Bianca was thrilled. She took his hand and led him to the studio.

After entering, Andrew saw the room's layout.

Light yellow curtains, blue walls painted with grass and white clouds—very warm and spacious.

The color scheme used in the studio was full of childlike charm.

You could tell this place had been carefully prepared.

And clearly, Olivia valued each of Bianca's works.

Every successful painting had been framed.

Even the unsuccessful drafts had been pieced together and posted on the wall, forming a highly artistic wall collage.

Another wall had been turned into cabinets, filled with all kinds of paintbrushes and fresh paper...

Seeing all this, Andrew's eyes couldn't help but soften.

The entire studio's arrangement showed how much care she had put in.

Every detail revealed Olivia's love for Bianca.

"Does it look good?"

Bianca asked in a sweet childlike voice, her tone full of love for the studio.

Andrew praised gently, "Yes, this is a wonderful studio!"

Bianca's eyes crinkled with her smile. Nodding her head, she said, "Yeah, I think it's the best studio too!"

Then Bianca took him to see her latest painting.

On the easel was a just-completed portrait.

The lines were simple, but you could see the artist had put her heart into it.

Andrew only needed one glance to know Bianca had painted Olivia.

He raised an eyebrow and asked, "Your mommy?"

"Yes!"

Bianca nodded her little head and said in her baby voice, "My mommy seemed unhappy before, so I wanted to make her happy and painted this."

Andrew smiled, "You painted it very well. I think your mommy will definitely be happy. But..."

He pointed to several spots on the painting and said, "The lines and shadows in these parts are a bit lacking. Would you mind if I add a few strokes?"

Bianca's eyes immediately lit up. She nodded happily and said, "Sure!"

Of course she didn't mind.

Bianca immediately made room for him and brought over the brushes and paints.

Andrew picked up the brush and smoothly added a few strokes.

Soon, the already well-painted figure became even more vivid and lifelike.

Andrew was a professional—with just a few strokes, he captured Olivia's spirit perfectly.

He put down the brush, very satisfied with the finished piece.

Bianca had been watching him from the side. After he finished, she clapped her little hands and said happily, "So amazing!"

She looked at the painting, her eyes growing even brighter.

Andrew, hearing her baby voice, was completely charmed.

He patted Bianca's head and said, "You're the amazing one. I just added a few strokes."

But Bianca shook her head and insisted, "No, you're the amazing one!"

After exchanging compliments for a while, Bianca put away the painting they had created together.

Yara had finished her tasks and came over to tell them, "I've already helped Ms. Smith change clothes, and the hangover soup is cooking. Sir, did you drink too? Do you need a bowl?"

Andrew checked the time and politely declined, "No need, I didn't drink. It's getting late, I should head back."

After saying this, he stood up and said goodbye to Bianca, "I'm leaving now, Bianca. You should rest early too."

Bianca nodded her little head and obediently replied, "Okay."

She didn't cling to Andrew or try to keep him from leaving. Instead, she and Yara walked him to the door together.

Olivia knew nothing about all this. The next day, when she woke up, her head was still a bit foggy.

Wasn't she at the banquet hall?

How did she get back?

After thinking slowly for a while, a memory finally surfaced in her mind.

She hadn't blacked out—she remembered everything.

As she recalled, last night's events became clearer.

This was... so embarrassing.

Getting drunk, how could she... do so many embarrassing things?

Even let someone carry her home without a second thought.

Olivia's face flushed uncontrollably.

But thinking about it again, this wasn't the first or second time she'd embarrassed herself in front of Andrew.

He'd probably seen every side of her by now, right?

With this thought, Olivia quickly calmed down.

She got out of bed to wash up. After leaving her room, she saw Evelyn and Bianca.

The two were eating breakfast while admiring something.

Olivia was curious and asked, "What are you looking at?"

Hearing her voice, Evelyn turned around, her eyes full of gossip, and said, "Come here and look at this."

Olivia was puzzled.

When she came closer and took a look, she immediately smiled, "Oh, it's Bianca's painting? Is it finished?"

She admired it carefully for a while, then sincerely praised, "Baby, you painted this so well!"

Hearing her speak, Bianca smiled sweetly and told her mommy, "Uncle Andrew helped too..."

Olivia was confused, "Andrew?"

"Uh-huh!" Bianca nodded her little head and pointed to several spots, "Here!"

Olivia's expression was somewhat hesitant, "Did you paint this last night?"

"Yes!" Bianca nodded.

Evelyn immediately leaned in, gossiping, "I heard that last night, Mr. Hamilton carried you home. What happened? Weren't you attending the summit? Why did he end up bringing you back? You two..."

Olivia quickly stopped her wandering thoughts and explained, "Mr. Hamilton also attended the summit yesterday. I just... drank too much and got dizzy, so he brought me back. Stop your wild imagination!"

"Oh, so that's all it was..."

Evelyn's tone was very disappointed.

Olivia found it amusing, "Yes, that's all it was!"

"Ugh!" Evelyn sighed and said, "That's so boring."

Then she dropped her gossipy thoughts and went back to eating breakfast.

Olivia shook her head helplessly and sat down too.

After breakfast, Evelyn went to work, and Olivia took Bianca to school before heading to the research institute.

In the morning, Daniel made a special trip over.

"You left early last night. Are you okay? I messaged you but got no reply. Later Yara said you got home safely, so I felt better."

His mention made Olivia recall last night's scene.

But she couldn't let others know what happened, so she shook her head and replied, "I'm fine. I just drank too much and felt dizzy. I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye to you all first."

Daniel didn't think it was a big deal and said, "As long as you're okay. If you're not feeling well today, you can go home early..."

Olivia wasn't feeling unwell at all.

Last night she was just too tired, and with the alcohol, she slept deeply. It didn't even count as a hangover.

Tonight she could even stay late and work overtime without any problem.

However, when evening came, Benjamin called.

Olivia answered quickly.

Benjamin was calling to tell her about the situation at school.

"Michael came to the kindergarten. He wants to see Bianca, but Bianca doesn't seem to want to see him."

Without thinking, Olivia said directly, "If she doesn't want to see him, don't make her. Thank you, I'll come pick her up right now!"

On the way there, Olivia's phone rang again.

She glanced at it and saw it was an unknown number, so she hung up directly.

But before long, the call came again.

Olivia had to answer it.

Soon, Michael's voice came through the phone.

The man's voice was cold as he said, "Olivia, as Bianca's father, even after the divorce, I still have the right to visit my child. You have no right to stop me!"

Hearing this, Olivia laughed mockingly on the spot, "That's ridiculous. Did I stop you? Legally, I really can't prevent you from visiting, but the condition is that you have to respect Bianca's wishes.

The current situation is that she doesn't want to see you!"

Hearing this, Michael said angrily, "She doesn't want to—isn't that because you taught her that?"

After returning from the banquet hall last night, Michael had been full of anger and hadn't slept well all night.

Today, after finishing his work, he thought he'd come early to see his daughter.

But he didn't expect to hit another wall.

Now, his anger was completely uncontrollable.

Olivia's tone was equally icy as she shot back, "I'm not you, Michael. I only teach Bianca good things. I wouldn't stoop to doing something like that.

As for why she's like this, you need to ask yourself what you've done to disappoint Bianca so much.

Bianca now isn't the autistic child who couldn't speak anymore. She has thoughts and can tell right from wrong!

She remembers everyone who's been bad to her! Are you really like the rest of the Johnson family, treating her like a fool???"

After saying this with a cold laugh, Olivia hung up directly, not wanting to say another word to this kind of person.

On the other end, Michael gripped his phone tightly, his face dark.

He still didn't believe Bianca would be so distant from him.

No matter what, Bianca was his biological daughter.

Blood ties couldn't break their father-daughter bond!

Because he refused to give up, Michael decided to keep waiting...
