Chapter – 10

Third Person's POV

Rishav and Hiya were sitting inside the plane which was going to take off very soon.

Rishav noticed how tensed Hiya was when they had to stop in front of a railway crossing. He noticed how tightly Hiya had held the handle of the car door when a train passed the crossing. He pretended as sleeping but he noticed everything.

Even after riding on the plane, Hiya was not completely herself, like the feisty woman, as Rishav called her in his mind. She was a little tense. Rishav could feel that. After sitting in their respective seats Hiya closed her eyes as if she was trying to sleep. Rishav has been observing her every little action since he found out Hiya takes anti-anxiety pills.

The moment the plane started to move Hiya became tenser, Rishav could feel that. After pondering for some seconds a thought came to his mind and he smirked.

RISHAV : Do you think it is a good idea for you to sleep leaving me uncovered?

Hiya, who was trying to calm her nerves with closed eyes, opened her eyes and frowned in confusion hearing Rishav's statement.

HIYA : what? What do you mean by that?

RISHAV : Have you seen me? And have you seen those hungry wolves? No no no let me correct my word, have you seen the looks the she-wolves are giving me?

Hiya looked at Rishav as if he has lost his mind.

HIYA : Have you lost your mind? What nonsense are you speaking?

Rishav, himself didn’t know what nonsense he was speaking. He wanted to hit his head with his fist for saying such nonsense. But he just wanted to divert Hiya's attention while the plane was taking off and he did it successfully. What could be the better option other than annoying her!

The plane has already taken off and they were now far away from land and above cloud. Through the windows, only clouds could be visible. But now Rishav could not abruptly stop his nonsense. Besides Rishav's plan was not just ended in take-off. He wanted Hiya to have this journey without any anxiety. So he continued his nonsenses.

RISHAV : Don't you know when a she-wolf gets her prey, she attacks upon it without any mercy?

Hiya sniffed Rishav's clothes making sure he was not drunk.

RISHAV : what are you doing?

HIYA : I am checking if you are drunk or not! But you are not smelling like alcohol. Then why are talking such nonsense? Wait…wait…wait, don't tell me you have taken any kind of narcotic drugs? Oh God Rishav they will put us in jail! This is illegal. You can’t do that. Oh my God, I have to end up in a jail because of you! My life –

RISHAV : Hey! Hey! Hey! Hold your horses, woman! Have you lost your mind? What nonsense are you saying?

HIYA : I am saying nonsense! It was you who is speaking nonsense. She-wolf, prey… from where these words are coming from?

RISHAV : Of course, from my mouth.

Hiya rolled her eyes in annoyance.

RISHAV : Can’t you see the look all the women are giving me? When a handsome man like me is travelling with them, how could they resist this temptation?

Hiya wanted to throw away Rishav from the plane.

HIYA : I have never seen such a self-obsessed man. Thanks to God, You are not my real husband. I will not be able to tolerate you for my whole life. Undoubtedly, a murder will have happened by me if you were my real husband.

Rishav felt a little bad but he didn’t understand why. He didn’t like the statement of Hiya. But he shrugged all his though and again started talking nonsense to Hiya. Throughout the journey Rishav annoyed Hiya so much that Hiya attention got completely diverted and thought out journey she didn’t become tense like before.

After they reached Switzerland they started exploring beautiful places like friends. They did not quarrel with each other like before. They become close to each other as a friend. They became comfortable with each others company. Unknowingly they started enjoy each other company. Completely forgetting the complications of their situation they enjoyed their stay there.

After staying there for 12 days when it was time for their return, Rishav hid the medicines from Hiya's purse. Every time they travel there by car Rishav always made Hiya busy with his talking or annoyed her with his nonsense. It worked, it made Hiya busy quarrelling with him and made her calm during any travel. But Rishav was not satisfied with the outcome as he knew very well Hiya takes those pills every time they travel. He wanted to change that habit of her. So on the day of their return without Hiya's knowledge, Rishav hid those medicine bottles before they left the hotel room. He wanted to see what would happen if Hiya didn’t take the medicine. He had talked with Hiya's uncle, they have no idea about it. This made Rishav more worried. Because he has no idea for how many days Hiya has started taking those medicine. Rishav was sure that Hiya has become addicted to these medicines more than she need. Rishav hoped he would be able to help Hiya to overcome this addiction. He was a little afraid to do anything during their stay so at the time of their return he planned this. He wanted to see what would happen if she didn’t take the medicine.
