I decided not to mention that I can already remember everything now. I took my time to think about it and I realized how good our present is than to relive what happened in the past because it might just complicate things for all of us.
I tried to understand their decision for not telling me the truth. I also looked into their perspective and I understood why our friendship fell apart. But to be honest, I’ll love it more if we’re together. We fill each other’s lapses and that makes us a very good team. Unfortunately, I guess I could never mandate them to go back to what we were because the scar of the past will always be there.
“Finally, your first day of school,” Heaven jokingly said to me before we leave our unit.
The other guys acted as if they are celebrating that I’m finally having my first day.
“Be careful, okay? Tell us if you’re not feeling okay so we can rush you to the clinic before you pass out again,” Fire concernedly reminded me.
The doctor told me that I’ve been passing out lately because my brain is remembering something from my past. He also told me that I shouldn’t worry about it anymore because now that I remembered my past that I’ve forgotten, chances of me passing out will be so little.
“I’ll do,” I answered at him.
Heaven looked at me and smiled a little because I didn’t inform them that I have a little chance of passing out now.
“Hans, you are seated at the middle part of our room but you have an option to seat beside anyone of us if you feel uncomfortable, okay?” Leaf informed me.
“I’ll just sit at the middle,” I answered at him because I actually do not have any issues with sitting next to someone I don’t know. Besides, I can meet new friends if I am away from them.
When we reached our classroom, I instantly found my seat because it’s the only chair with no one sitting at the moment. I was surprised when they followed me at my seat and forced the people around me to leave.
I looked at them fiercely because of what they did.
“That was so rude!” I complained at them.
The students were forced to take their seats even though it wasn’t their appropriate seats.
“We wanted to make sure that you’ll always be safe,” Leaf explained at me.
I saw Stone from my peripheral vision when I looked at Leaf so I waved my hands at him and he smiled back at me.
“Well, I just went with them,” Fire defended himself as if he didn’t force the student sitting beside me to leave.
“You could’ve said ‘please’ at least, you know?” I kept on scolding them for their behaviour.
I started fixing my things and placed my bag under the chair. When I got up, I saw how the guys looked fiercely at Stone as he stood in front of me.
“I printed these out for you,” Stone said while handing over the notes that he told me yesterday.
“Wow,” I reacted. It was quite a lot and I thought that he will just photocopy his notes but now, he printed one. “Thank you, Stone.”
“Sorry for the last time,” he then said and put his hand at the back of his head.
“We’re good, Stone. No worries,” I informed him. I knew that they were just affected by their emotions back then so I already forgave them for that.
“So, when shall we expect you to go back to our unit?” He then asked as if the other guys aren’t listening to our conversation. Fire faked a cough for Stone to notice them but he remained unbothered by their presence.
Why would he? He’s just inviting me like they used to so I guess there’s nothing wrong about it.
“If we’re not busy, I’ll visit you,” I answered. “I miss your kpop songs by the way,” I added because I really miss how alive I feel like whenever I’m at their unit.
He shyly laughed when I said that and signalled that he’ll go back to his seat now.
“Gay,” Heaven whispered when Stone already left.
“Kpop isn’t just for gays,” I answered back at him.
Since our instructor isn’t here yet, I decided to go to the restroom. I don’t know if I will laugh or not when all of a sudden, they all stood up as well.
“I’ll just go to the restroom,” I informed them.
“We’ll join you,” Fire answered. “We want you to be safe all the time,” he then added to convince me.
“It’s embarrassing!” I whispered loudly for them to realize what they’re doing. “We’re inside the building already. I’ll be safe, okay?” I insisted and I didn’t push through until Heaven told them to take their seats again.
I sighed in relief after that and made my way going to the restroom. I usually go to the cubicles whenever I pee because it’s uncomfortable to pee whenever someone takes the urinal near me.
Once I got out of the cubicle, three guys all looked at me with smirk on their faces which made me nervous.
I should’ve allowed at least one of them to come with me.
“Those gangsters really are stupid, eh?” Said one of those guys.
“What do you need?” I asked them. But instead of answering back, the other one approached as if he’s covering my mouth so I immediately shouted for help. “Help!”
