The night was getting darker up there, when the pair of human were still giving each other warmth.

The darkness of the sky, which is now accompanied by a ray of moonlight, successfully witnesses the story of Lexton and Aurora who have just entered the initial phase of their feelings.

The two pairs of eyeballs that were still interlocked also did not radiate doubt at all, because they knew they were on the same line.

"Did I hurt you?"

Lexton's voice became a beautiful tone that flowed and penetrated into Aurora's eardrums, making the girl's cheeks blush again because there was still some shame left.

Lexton didn't seem to realize that his question, which he had just asked, had been repeated almost five times in recent times.

Aurora's body heat that was still clearly felt on the surface of his skin kept Lexton from moving at all, because the man was so immersed and enjoying what was happening right now.

Who would have thought that a respected clan leader who had many fighters in his organization would fall to his knees for a beautiful hazel-colored young girl.

"Stop that questioning, Lord Lexton!" Aurora half-exclaimed. "That sounds like... Never mind."

The woman chose to sink her face into Lexton's broad chest, trying to hide her now tomato-red cheeks.

Lexton's question sounded simple, but it left a deep impression on Aurora's heart now.

Lexton squinted unconsciously. But his body reflexively accepted Aurora who held him even tighter, unable to hold back the laughter that escaped his lips.

"Hey, what's wrong with my question, Baby Girl?" said Lexton not wanting to stop. "I was just asking if I might hurt you, and look now how you're blushing because of it."

Aurora raised her head slightly. The breeze coming in from the crack in the window gave her a cold sensation, which mixed with the gusts from the air conditioner that was still on.

Being in Lexton's arms like this, neither of them had even dressed properly. Just pulling up the large blanket that now covered both of their bodies to shoulder level, both Aurora and Lexton seemed to be very comfortable with it.

"That question of yours has been repeated several times, sir," Aurora told him. "Don't ask me that again, I'm really very embarrassed."

Lexton widened his smile even more. Pulling Aurora's chin to look up at him, the man noticed how Aurora's beautiful face always looked as innocent as silk.

She was like fragile glass, and Lexton was proud that the young girl had chosen him to be her anchor.

"Thank you, Aurora," Lexton whispered very softly.

It all still seemed surreal to the Alpha, but that was where his heart led him. Tricking Lexton's mind with beautiful things, making him forget even the fact that there was a connection between him and his girl.

Aurora listened. Her delicate eyelashes moving in time with her blinking lids, Aurora looked back at Lexton with an equally yearning gaze.

"Being with me may not be easy," Lexton said again. "But there's one thing you should trust, even when I'm not by your side."

Aurora's heartbeat sped up considerably, as the woman now ran her fingers over Lexton's firm chest.

Being this close to the Alpha made Aurora find the answer to her curiosity the other day.

If she had seen some wounds on Lexton's back accidentally back then, then tonight Aurora could see very clearly how Lexton's front torso had more wounds.

Those wounds gave rise to another kind of curiosity, as Aurora now felt very curious about how Lexton actually lived in the world the man had built.

"Tell me," Aurora whispered in the same low tone. "I will listen, and I will believe."

Lexton inhaled slowly, matching the movement of the man's hand stroking his girl's hair.

"Even if I am not beside you later, Aurora," Lexton said. "Trust that I never mess with what I start."

Lexton paused for a few seconds, before continuing his stalled sentence.

"It's not easy for someone to get into my world, because there would be no way out for them. But you, it's that easy to turn things around. I may not be as good as the men you could have met out there, but believe me you now rank as the most important thing to me after the organization."

There was a warm feeling that infiltrated and spread throughout Aurora's pores.

She had never been treated this well before, she had never felt as transported as the sensation she had just moments ago.

Aurora was always thinking about who the first man who would come into her life would be. What does he look like, what does he do, how tall is he, and other questions that demanded curiosity.

Now she had an answer, though she didn't expect to end up with a man with power like Lexton.

Aurora didn't know if her decision was the right one, as she was completely blind to the world Lexton had created. But as it seemed, she just needed to trust.

"I'm also going to say something," Aurora said this time.

Lexton nodded vaguely, enjoying how time revolved around them.

The Alpha's night had never felt this long, and Lexton was really enjoying this.

"Say it, darling. I'll listen."

Aurora smiled briefly before she opened her voice. Her heart was racing inside, as she breathed in and deeply inhaled Lexton's scent.

"I don't know what awaits us on the other side," Aurora began to say. "I don't know if my world or yours will come together or not someday, Mr. Lexton, but you should know that I will not regret what happened tonight."

Lexton swallowed, observing how his girl's pink lips moved slowly to flow the beautiful words.

Aurora's body moved slowly, adjusting as she tightened her embrace. Moving to bring her face closer to the Alpha's, Aurora unceremoniously landed a small peck on the man's cheek.

"Although everything is still gray, I don't care," Aurora continued. "I may only be a young girl in your eyes, but you can come to me when you need a place to return to."

Aurora said her words very softly, with no hesitation or doubt in sight.

Lexton tugged at the corners of his lips to curve a smile. Aurora knew how to get into his heart, the young girl knew how to break down the walls that Lexton had built between them.

"You haven't answered my question, Aurora," Lexton replied now. "Have you thought about it?"

The Alpha reminded Aurora because she still owed him an answer. The answer Lexton had been waiting for when they looked up at the sky this afternoon, which Aurora still held on to.

"Which question?" asked Aurora. She didn't know if the girl had really forgotten, or if she just wanted Lexton to repeat his words.

"You want me to repeat my question?" Lexton replied back.

Aurora kept a smile on her face, not really having the guts to remember who Lexton really was. If she was an ordinary girl, how could she dare to make the Alpha repeat his question. But now Aurora was that boy's girl, already claimed as the property of Lexton Alfacht.

Nodding her head quickly, Aurora could not help but feel a sense of excitement.

"Alright, try repeating it," she pleaded pleadingly.

Lexton knew Aurora liked that, as he now breathed on her nape.

Normally the Alpha never repeats, either for the questions or orders that fall from his lips. But this time the one asking was Aurora, the girl who had so easily turned his world upside down.

"I want to ask you to be mine completely," Lexton whispered. "Miss Aurora Vernon, do you want to date and be my lover?"

A big smile appeared on Aurora's beautiful face, as the girl responded with a single, rambling laugh now.

The expression on Lexton's face when the man asked her earlier made Aurora have trouble breathing, as she was worried that she would drown in the charm that Lexton created.

Nodding her head, Aurora happily agreed of course.

"Alright," the woman replied. "I will date you, Mr. Lexton."

Lexton smiled back. Aurora seemed like a light, in the dark world she inhabited. Like a candle, Aurora was like a light that entered Lexton's long-closed heart.

Pulling her lover into a hug, Lexton showered Aurora with kisses that she landed on her cheeks and forehead.

Now placing a touch on Aurora's lips, Lexton is already turning up the heat again. Initiating a long clinch between the two, Lexton is ready for their other activities just as Aurora's body responds in kind.

In the middle of the night, there is a return to the search for a few drops of sweat.
