Chapter 78 - Restarting Love

Eva POV:

"Vishita, the one who came into my life as bliss in my dark life. I met her as an NGO. Her smile, her talk and her heart everything seemed genuine to me," Jason said closing his eyes and taking a deep breath.

I don't know why but it hurts when he is saying about his love towards another girl.

"Vishita is Veronica's sister. I felt that she was my life. She tried hard to bring me out of my miserable life. I felt to leave Wilson too. One day, I saw her with a guy in a hotel talking so close.

I confronted her, but she said that he was her brother. I told sorry to her. We were happy in love. I decided to marry her. She too agreed. She was the one to whom I got intimated for the first time.

She called me on my birthday saying that I had a surprise. I went there to meet her without security. I got shocked seeing her with Wilson's rival Alok's brother. Only then I understood that Vishita was Alok's brother's lover. On that day I saw her with his brother about whom she lied saying that it was her brother without any guilt.

They started firing. I shot Vishita and Alok's brother but severely got injured, in which four bullets entered into my body. Three were removed, but the one near to heart was not removed as it may kill me. That was the one which was removed by Dr Vishwanath recently.

After that, Veronica tried to take revenge on me. Unfortunately, her plan was backfired, and my gang held her as a captive. You know my ways of treating an enemy. But I didn't force her but tortured her a lot until she revealed Alok's whereabouts. We killed Alok and left her. I didn't know what happened to her after that," He said and looked at me directly into my eyes.

"I hate my birthday and girls after that. When you tried to change me and showed innocence, I thought you too were acting as Vishita. So I tortured you. I forced myself on you because I thought you would never leave me once if I make you as mine. When you refused, I thought you were fooling me and wanted to leave me soon. So I became cruel," he said and hugged me from the side.

"But you showed me another side of society. You gave me love and made me a human. Thank you, Eva. From I am all your's. I mean it. I love you," he said placing a sweet kiss on my forehead.

"I love you too. But Jason, never try to find love. It's better to give love. Giving love is the only way to make ourselves happy. Love never fails. Expectations in love may fail but not love," I said hugging him.

"Eva, I am not over possessive as you think. I am insecure about you. When you said Vansh was your friend, for a second, I remembered Vishita saying her lover as her brother. So I behaved rudely and shouted at you. But now, I trust you completely," he said making me smile.

That's what I need. His love, his trust, his smile and his happiness. I want every moment of my life to be filled by him.

"Within one month, I will complete my treatment to quit drugs, Eva," he said, surprising me.

I am happy. I held his arm and leaned on his shoulder.

"Wait, on that day you lied to me saying that you hate your birthday as your parents dead on the same day, right?" I asked him seriously.

"I am sorry, please. I didn't want to say about my past, so I lied to you," Jason said holding his ears.

"Promise me that you will never lie to me again," I demanded.

"Promise, I will never lie to you," he said, and I got convinced as I didn't want to hurt him by dragging the issue.

We chitchatted till late night and then slept peacefully as everything cleared.

Jason POV:

Finally, everything was fine. My Eva was back into my life.

"Eva, coffee," I shouted.

She brought coffee to me.

"Where is my shirt? Where is my watch? Why didn't you keep everything ready? Did you prepare breakfast? You are not doing anything on time," I asked continuously in a serious tone, and Eva opened her mouth shockingly.

"Till yesterday you managed everything by yourself. But today you are shouting at me. It's not fair. Give me sometime, and I will do everything," Eva said.

I hugged her from behind.

"I love you, baby. Don't worry; I am just teasing you. If you do work late, it will be too good. Because, till then I can stay at home seeing my lovely wife," I said, kissing on her cheek.

"I love you too. I am sorry, Jason," she said bending her head.

"For what sweety?" I asked her.

"For my rude behaviour with you all these days. Please forgive me," Eva said holding her ears with hands.

I smiled and pulled her closer to me. I kissed her on the forehead.

"I know you did it as I had hidden my illness from you. Even in your anger, I felt only your love, darling."

"You are not angry with me, right? I insulted you; I asked you to take an appointment to talk to me, I acted as if I am giving priority to Rio and ignored you. I am sorry," she said.

"Don't worry, baby. Soon you will be awarded your punishment for those things," I said seriously.

She pouted.

"Tell me did you deserve punishment or not for your acts?"

She nodded.

"Ok. Tell me what should I do for hurting you so much," Eva asked sweetly.

"Promise me that you will never ignore me and never give importance to anyone except me," I said.

"The first one is ok but second one is a bit tough," she said.

"What do you mean? Do you have someone who is more important than me?" I yelled at her.

She smiled.

"May come in the future," she said.

"What?"

"Maybe junior Jason may become more important than you," she said, bending her head.

I smiled at her answer.

"Let's see, baby because I will try even then to occupy your whole mind. I will do one thing. I will take care of our kids and you in future and you take care of me," I said, smiling.

"You know what? It's tough to stay away from you if you talk like this," I said again.

"It's your decision, dear husband. I didn't ask you to do so," she said blushing.

"Just one month, Eva. My treatment will come to an end and then I won't ......" I stopped my words and leaned towards her and kissed on her neck.

She blushed and hit my shoulder and went from there. We had breakfast, and I dropped her at the office and went to my company.

In the evening I went to her company to pick her. I went to reception to ask to call her.

"Can you inform Eva that I came for her?" I asked in the reception.

"Sir you can go directly to madam's cabin. Madam ordered us never to make you wait or take permission," the receptionist said.

I walked towards her cabin. I opened the cabin door, and Rio is talking to Eva.

Eva POV:

"Jason, please come. Just five minutes, I will start," I said.

"I will wait outside," he said and closed the door going away from there.

Is he angry with me? But I was discussing company matters with Rio. Why does he always misunderstands me?
